Efficient service and delivery

UPDATE: In my initial assessment I gave these radiator controllers 5 stars as they gave me an insight of the temperatures in individual rooms and I thought great control. However, I thought these would work as a normal radiator valve turning the radiator on and off, but as the weather cools down, I have found that they actually act to turn the heating on and off which would be fine if you had one on every radiator in the house but the cost of this will be considerable especially as they are no longer on special offer. For this reason, I have reduced their rating to 3 stars.

Due to recent wifi connection issues, led to further connection issues with my hub and radiators.
I contacted Customer Support via email, and they were extremely helpful and supportive and helped me with all my problems. All sorted now.
I have had the heating system about two years and absolutely love it..

I fitted a Drayton Wiser Home system with Home Hub and smart thermostats to my central heating to replace an aging and difficult to use Honeywell control box and standard trvs.

The effect was immediate and the whole system came to life working much more effectively, it has also saved me hundreds of pounds in gas bills so far. I love the ‘insights’ and the data that is recorded which allows you to fine tune the system and identify rooms where heat is being lost more easily.

As a DIY’er, the system was intuitive and easy to install and I think it’s fantastic customer service that it does not require an ongoing subscription in order to access its full features, it is all inclusive.

I would thoroughly recommend Drayton and the Wiser Home system.

Very quick efficient service, pricey parts but they do a good job and the entire system now works a treat.

Had a problem with dry firing of boiler, I reached out to customer support who were very helpful in assisting me to diagnose the problem, it turns out it wasn't anything to do with the Wiser kit but they were still helpful anyway. Wiser lose a star (not Cust Supp) for making everything to do with setting up the system more awkward that it needs to be.

Have the Drayton Smart system throughout property. Works overall ok. Find the app abit clunky and sometimes connections mixed. Give 7/10 overall.

Support is first rate. Respond within a day when an email and with very helpful suggestions. With phone calls get through quickly and to people that are very knowledgeable, can walk you through problem solving.

Haven’t fitted them yet but they were quickly despatch and well packed. We have a Wiser system and very pleased with it so there should be no reason why these controls are not the same high quality.

The radiator valves arrived on time and worked. What more is there to say, really?

Excellent after sales service

Setup ok but constant wifi disconnection. Impossible to manage and once it disconnects it has a mind of its own. Also, I leave my home empty - I don’t need frost protection - why is this the lowest setting.

I have used Drayton support a number of times. In each case I have found the team to be well informed and very helpful. Because of the good support, I am more inclined to use their products. I have confidence any problems will be solved.

Great product. Easy to link up to the hub. Does what it is supposed to do.

Just moved into a new house and needed to set up the Wiser Hub. Mike at technical support was awesome, helped me get it all working perfectly. Thanks Mike, much appreciated.
