I ordered two separate lengths of carpet but DPD only delivered one although they were collected together. The next morning I contacted the supplier and left a voice mail as they had not opened at that point. Within the hour I had a call from the supplier apologising and said they would chase it up which they did as within minutes I received a call from DPD arranging delivery. The carpet has not yet been fitted but it certainly looks to be good quality and at a fair price. So refreshing to receive such good service.

First contact was made via the website to ask if they could supply by a certain date. I received a reply within hours. Decided to order and true to their word my item arrived within 2 days.

Wired campers were really helpful. Answered a ton of my questions around system requirements. And were still available after purchase. Answer the phone pretty quickly and if they are busy they phone back . There product knowledge was in-depth but explained in an easy to understand manner.. might not be cheapest but prefer product service over cheap and no technical support. Lintern electricalS
