Good size umbrella thats fit for…
Good size umbrella thats fit for purpose, and looks good. Good customer service in terms of communication. However for the cost i would have expected it to be more sturdy and easier to handle. It can be very unsteady in the wind, and difficult to control it. Its so heavy. I was also expecting to be able to move it around as there are wheels on the base. This is almost impossible.

Experience wasn't great, however I have no complaints about the product or cost.
What was painful that prior to placement of my order, I checked other people's recent reviews, the common denominator was delayed delivery.
As I required the umbrella and base prior to my wife returning from hospital, I checked with customer service that there delivery date quoted would be met, they assured myself by email that it would.
Needless to say the guaranteed delivery date wasn't met (delivery was approximately 10 days late).
I did get an upgrade (LED lights included), but that was no comfort to my wife who had to remain indoors until umbrella arrived.

Great Parasol, great customer service
Very happy with the purchase and with customer support.
The parasol is sturdy and stylish, pricewise reasonably higher compared to what you can order from amazon but it is definitely much sturdier as a design and wider in functionality with tilt, LED lights etc so definitely worth the money, and hoping it will last a long time (we have been using for a month and so far so good).
I would specifically call out for the great customer service, the first default email confused me in terms of delivery times, someone not only followed up quickly, also checked in after it was delivered, for any further questions. That, is a real difference in my opinion. Many Thanks.

Ordered a parasol and base 3 weeks ago UKP123248 from which I believed in the company title to be in the uk. However, I have emailed back and forth been told one date, then moved to another, today I received the base and still no parasol. Customer service is slow and gives the same automated response. Due to significant orders blah blah blah. They offer free and fast delivery - which is false advertisement as 3 weeks on I’ve received only the base. You shouldn’t allow customers to order of things aren’t in stock or at least pre warn for delays. If it’s not settled by the end of this week they can have their base and I’ll have a refund. Save your time telling me that demand is high and what not. I’ve heard it all before at this point I don’t know why I even ordered from this joke of a company.

Fantastic umbrella that covers the whole decking. Fantastic buy
I really do not have any complaints and am really happy with the largest cantilever umbrella with solar lights. I was undecided about a pergola or a large umbrella to cover the whole of my decking. This umbrella did the job perfectly at a fraction of the cost of a pergola. I ordered the heavy base that fills with water and was pleased with the free umbrella cover. I particularly like having drinks with friends on the decking at night with the umbrella over as it helps keep the heat from my patio heater from escaping and is lovely and warm. The solar lighting also creates a nice ambience. I have had many complements from friends who would also like to purchase one. The umbrella is made of a strong waterproof fabric and is easy to put up and down. There is also a feature of tilting and changing the height to block out the sun. Definitely recommend . It was delivered promptly and easy to put together.

A very sturdy parasol and stand
A very sturdy parasol and stand, I purchased it with the wheeled water fillable base, which supports the whole thing very well. A little wobbly in the wind, but it is 3 meters square, I’m sure my free straps will help with that?! Overall, a very good purchase.

Worried about the reviews on here but my experience (and order) was perfect
Made an order for the 'Aegis Premium All-weather Cantilever Parasol with Solar Powered LED Strip Lights, Fibreglass Ribs & Powder-Coated Aluminium Pole — Luxury Garden & Patio Shade' with the wheeled base as add-on after a few google searches and this was a good price.
The order was straight-forward enough but the next day (after I had placed the order), I saw the reviews about no communications and no delivery on here and honestly panicked a bit that I hadn't seen the reviews beforehand and that would have likely put me off if I had seen them first. I then started to look for another supplier but no-one else had something similar in stock or at as good a price so resigned myself to having to complain and request a refund from the bank so I sent an email to PatiosLife about 20 mins after placing the order [Order placed Monday 4th May at 9.30pm] (with my concerns around the bad reviews and if they actually had the product in stock/delivery times).
I got a reply to my email at 07:15 on the 7th of May (Thursday) saying the order had already been dispatched and with the tracking details and advice on filling the parasol base. I checked my spam folder and found an (automated) email from them on (Wednesday) 6th of May at noon with the tracking details and confirmation it had dispatched but obviously hadn't seen this because it went to my spam so it had been dispatched very quickly from ordering on Monday night to on it's way on Wednesday.
The actual items turned up in two packages (but I already knew that from the shipment email) so one was a pallet delivery and one normal courier so one item turned up on Wed 13th May and the second a couple of days later. So I can't really fault them in my experience, the item was dispatched very quickly (was not expecting prime delivery), turned up just after a week later exactly as described/expected and I got a reply to my email within a couple of days addressing my concerns and assuring me my item was on it's way so I do sympathise with those who have/are experiencing issues but that was not my experience so credit where it is due and can't fault them with my order.

Do not buy from the company… ordered a shed as it stated 3- 5 days delivery from a uk warehouse…. Turns out this is a total lie … the company is in fact in china and have been waiting 4 weeks now with no idea of when it will be delivered or at all !!
I have now contacted my bank to try and get my money back … very frustrating and feel like I have been duped !

We ordered a large turquoise cantilever…
We ordered a large turquoise cantilever parasol, and although we received an email to say it might be delayed, it came on time and we're very happy with our product. We had email liaison with Patioslife regarding the delay and they did offer a different colour, however the one we ordered came, it's a lovely teal rather than a bright turquoise, which is preferable and all told, we're very happy with our purchase.

Final update to my previous two reviews!
After countless emails, repeated follow-ups, and multiple reviews just to get someone's attention, I have finally received confirmation that my order was cancelled, and the refund is now back in my bank account. It should never have taken this much time and effort to resolve what should have been a simple issue.
This has been one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I've ever had. Communication was extremely poor, and I constantly had to chase for updates. Most of the emails and public replies felt like generic AI-generated or copy-and-paste responses, repeating the same information without actually addressing my concerns.
Another red flag for me was that the only contact number listed is a UK mobile number, which did little to inspire confidence when trying to resolve the issue.
From my experience, the company also appeared to be acting as an intermediary/DROP SHIP rather than holding stock directly, which may explain the delays and lack of clear information. Whatever the business model, customers deserve honest communication and proper customer service.
Although I eventually received my refund, I would never buy from this company again. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to think very carefully before placing an order. The amount of time, stress, and persistence it took to get my money back was simply unacceptable.

Did not get the umbrella that we originally ordered as not in stock, so why advertise it if it not available.
We got an alternative which was supposed to be better than the one we ordered, but I am not so sure.
It is also missing a bolt that attaches the canopy to the cantilever arm which make the canopy very unstable
However I will give a 5 star for the excellent after sales support dealing with the issues with the canopy

This company appeared in all google searches. The telephone number does not work. They don't tell you an item is out of stock. The communication is the worst. I've been trying to get a refund without any luck. I'm thankful I used a credit card.
