Amazing service

A very lovely mattress very comfortable I look forward to my sleep every night. Thank you wink sleep. And the delivery was super fast really pleased will definitely back in the future for a bed.

I was satisfied with how Winksleep helped solve my case. Athough I wasn't that happy at first, they managed to not only resolve my issue, but also add further insentives.- Great experience.

The customer service had been attentive until it wasn't! My order was OUT OF STOCK. The merchant first used the delaying tactic and finally ghosted me. NO REFUND since my order was cancelled in early September.

Before I placed the order, the agents were very responsive to my queries. One agent even called me every other day for two weeks, offering a discount code and instalment plans and reassuring me of the warranty etc. They also sent me some swatches the next day. Honestly, I found it a bit pushy, but I thought it could just be that the agent was being helpful or needed to meet a quota. I even offered to leave a positive comment once the bed is installed.

Unfortunately, it never happened. One day prior to the delivery date, the agent called me that they didn't have the fabric in stock. If there were no stock, the merchant shouldn't have listed it in the website or sent me a delivery note. Therefore, I requested the restock date. Their communication started to break down since then.

After a week of chasing by email and phone, the manager explained that the supplier did not have a definite restock date. Instead, she sent me some swatches. I don't like these colours though.

Given that my order is out of stock and there is no plan for restocking, I have decided to request a refund. Since then, they didn't answer my emails. Their phone lines were always engaged.

TO WINKSLEEP, I DEMAND A REFUND AND YOUR RESPONSE.

I finally managed to get a call from the manager after my repeated emails of 13/9, 17/9 and 20/9 and other phone calls.

Re the review: As per their feedback, I've removed the name of the manager with due respect and the word 'scam' (which the manager had concern about and expressed that they would confer with the legal department regarding my 'defamation').

All I have written is true and factual, based on my experiences in the past few weeks. I WAS GHOSTED. I agree and apologise if the word 'persuade' was not correctly used. The manager did try to be helpful to send me other swatches as a sugggestion/solution. The customer service agent also included some sweets and chocolates in the parcel.

However, as I wrote above, I didn't get any reply or refund after my clear indication of requesting a refund. Only after a public review, the manager called me. I will not agree to REMOVE my review. I can amend those parts of their concern.

The manager reiterated that they are a legitimate business.

The before-sale customer service was impeccable. However, the after-sale customer service was a nightmare based on my own experience. The repeated lines that I have heard from the call today is 'You have to remove the review'. That's what I've finally heard after two weeks.

We did discuss the refund. Thank you for agreeing to refund because it is out of order. I look forward to receiving it by the end of this month. I will write an update for fairness.

Following my further email, the manager apologised for the miscommunication. I have received the refund eventually.

Beautiful bed. Delivery was on time and winksleep was the best choice for my bed. I couldnt be more happier with the service and bed. Aleema answered all inquires and provided all information before and after the purchase. Thank you very much. I will be purchasing from decorative section soon to light the room up .

Ordered two items from this company one was dirty the other was incorrect/poor quality.

Only when I reviewed the company (accurately) did they decide to return my money. However, now they are none stop calling and emailing asking me to take my review down.

My experience from start to finish has been horrible.

This is the best choice of mattress, excellent quality, comfortable, my daughter sleeps and gets a good night's sleep.

We were shopping for a particular basket for our baby's Nursery from the Bloomingville brand. It was extremely difficult to find the item in the UK, with most websites offering a delivery time in 5 months.

Winksleep had the item so I contacted to query the delivery time. They very honestly advised me that the item would be ordered directly from the manufacturer and could take 2 months to arrive.

We were happy with the 2 month wait, especially as most other retailers were telling us 5 months.

Order placed smoothly. We got a competitive price on it so this was a bonus! Klarna interest free option was helpful.

Throughout the wait, I stayed in contact with their Customer Support Specialist, Haleema, who assured to keep me updated throughout the progress of my order.

We were a little sceptical, thinking the basket would not arrive at the promised date.

Fortunately, it arrived much sooner than expected, with Haleema advising us that the item had reached their warehouse and would be shipped out immediately for an express delivery to us.

The item arrived exactly as pictured. Great quality. Fast delivery.

I now trust Wink Sleep and will surely use them again for future needs!

Buying from company was easy but Delivery was a pain, waited in for a Delivery between 9.20 and 2.20 nothing then said by 6pm nothing, then tracking stopped next morning tracking again said between 9.20 and 6pm came eventually at 10 am but boxes was all ripped open.

I was very impressed with the quality of this mattress. So much so I bought another one for my son, who by the way, said he had had the best sleep ever since getting his new wink mattress.

Excellent service. Always a bit skeptical when buying mattresses online but going by the reviews and the great price I tried out winksleep and am really happy. Insane price and a great single mattress for our spare room. Really like that it is grey fabric and not white like the norm. Incredibly comfortable. Delivery was as expected and on time.

My bed broke in the 2nd week. Very fragile wood panels are used to build up the bed. They have a number online but can’t call them as it’s unavailable. Very bad experience.

I am extremely disappointed with Wink Sleep. I purchased a bed frame from them, and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.

When assembling the bed frame, I discovered that the headboard was damaged and the bed frame slats were also broken. The overall workmanship is appalling and the quality is very poor. This bed frame is definitely not worth the money I paid for it.

I have written to Wink Sleep three times about these issues, but they have claimed each time that they never received any of my emails. Their customer service is extremely poor, and they seem to be employing deliberate delay tactics to avoid addressing my concerns.

I will be reporting this matter to Trading Standards, and if necessary, I will go through the Small Claims Court. Companies like Wink Sleep should not be allowed to get away with such daylight robbery and then ignore their customers. Save yourself the hassle and avoid Wink Sleep at all costs.

I found the ordering process easy and customer service good. I messaged on their chat to check I could have a weekend delivery slot (as I can't take time off work for a delivery) and they said they could speak to the courier to request a weekend slot. I ordered fabric samples which came quickly and I placed an order for a king ottoman bed.

The delivery was communicated well and the delivered into my room of choice.

The bed was delivered wrapped well in plastic and cardboard, I went for a light cream velvet type fabric and so far I haven't found any marks.

It was hard to follow the instructions as I had two, one booklet which I could follow until fitting the gas bit for the ottoman (my beds part looked different) and I saw an extra sheet which had a single diagram on. Between the two I managed to fit the ottoman gas lever part. Although 2 screws (one per side) wouldn't fit no matter how many times I tried to reattach (so 3 out of 4 fit on each side). The bed isn't hard to put together the instructions just aren't the best, I wish it had one for my actual bed so the images matched what I was looking at, I nearly binned the other sheet as it just looks like something to tick off what you have in the box of screws.

Overall I'm really happy with the quality of the build, the bed, the fabric for the price. Time will tell if it will last.
