The beds are exactly as it’s shown😊the mattress are very comfortable😌so yes really happy!
The only thing that I’m not happy it’s the person who bring the staff didn’t help me at all.

First time using this company for my daughter’s king size velvet crush ottoman bed? Ho my god it’s fantastic it looks stunning loads of space under the lift up ottoman. I will definitely be buying another one. Also just to comment when the bed arrived the delivery driver was fantastic. Xxx Thankyou

Great mattress, it’s not to soft and not to hard. Brought for my daughter was unsure whether it would be suitable but it’s perfect. She usually comes and invades my bed but I cannot help but to jump in hers now because it’s so cosy. So happy delivery was great and so was all communication.

“ Hi, please confirm a delivery date for the order: #1372. I am now going away and will need to know to arrange for someone to be at the property.
It’s been over 14 days which is the maximum amount of time you said it would take. Statues still says “order placed” very unhappy with the communication of this transaction and would like compensation.

My order was not delivered within the promised 7-14 days, I had contacted them twice approaching the delivery date as the statues stayed at “order placed” (this still says this after being delivered) and was worried it wasn’t going to come before I was due to go away. I had ordered this bed as I thought I would get it in time before I was due to go away. I had to pay someone to be at home at the time of delivery because it arrived in the middle of my holiday. I have messaged them four times and each time I receive a poorly written message refusing to give me a partial refund or atleast my delivery fee returned, stating that it is not something they offer and is not in their policy. I questioned this as I can see from other customers reviews they are receiving a partial refund/ compensation and they ignored my question and told me to have a good day.
Would not recommend.

Bed OK but missing fixings. Had to go and buy some. No gesture of goodwill offered. Manual not particularly user friendly.

Good quality bed.
Assembly is actually really easy, but the instruction manual doesn't match the parts I got, so constantly was unsure if I was doing the right thing leading to much back and forth with customer services.
One fault is that ottoman beds have no base, items just on floor so need boxes/bags for this.

AVOID purchasing from this company. The staff at the end of the phones do not have a clue what they are doing, and management never seem to be available to speak to / never call you back when they promise they will. I paid for express delivery for a bed to arrive in time before a tenant moved into a property, despite me chasing them over 5 times in the last 7 days the bed was not delivered on time. I advised them last Wednesday if they could not confirm delivery date then I wished to cancel the order - I did this several times via email and over the phone but was told the bed itself had gone to the courier on Friday by a manager, this was a blatant lie as the courier company confirmed they did not receive the goods until this Monday. I tried several times to cancel the order as it was clear the item would not arrive in time and have been lied to by the ‘manager’. Bed was delivered today - too late as we had to rush out last night to purchase and build a bed for the tenant as I had heard nothing from wink sleep despite the manager again promising to call me back on Monday. Called them today to state the bed was no longer needed as was not delivered in the express time I paid for and was basically told it wasn’t their problem it was the courier company (WHO THEY CHOOSE)! Having looked at the bed in the packaging the material is very poor quality and it looks like something a Mickey Mouse company has made. I will be fighting to return this and get a full refund. Avoid avoid avoid, it is not worth the hassle!!!!! Also worth noting several of these positive ‘reviews’ have been done by people with the same names I have spoken to over the phone to talk about my order…

Don’t even think about buying anything from this company!!! This is hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. I’ve been going back and forth with them for weeks, and they refuse to process my return or refund, even though I’m totally entitled to one. It’s beyond frustrating! None of the employees seem to know what they’re doing and have been feeding me nothing but wrong information. If you value your peace of mind, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place!!!
