Just do not use
Just do not use! Terrible quality bed, looks nothing like the picture online! even worse mattress. I have asked and asked to get the bed taken back but I have not been replied too every time. Awful customer service and returns police is terrible. They just won’t come and collect the bed and mattress. Just save your time and avoid!!

Disgusting service
Disgusting service. Staff have no clue what they are doing. Delivered my product to the wrong address. Took them a week of back and forth just to get the address right. Delivered my damaged slab again to the wrong address. Ametures working and taking calls. Please stay clear of that company.

Good service in the end!
I have updated my review today (previously 1 star) due to the amazing customer service I received from Chloe and her dedication to sorting out my delivery issues spanning the previous month. Still 3 stars as bed is great but I had a terrible customer service experience before she got involved and website does not reflect reality in terms of delivery lead time and “fast & free” delivery which it isn’t either of them., if customer service that she has shown is reflected in their future orders and they amend their false advertising on the website they could get much higher review scores in the future.

Appalling customer service. AVOID!
Zero consistency in communication - it was only when I chased for an update on the requested delivery date change I found out it was still due to turn up on the day I said I wouldn't be in!
They're also refusing to give me a refund for chosing express delivery because apparently Nowich is a "remote area of the UK".
Can't comment on the quality of the bed frame because it won't arrive until they next decide to deliver to the area.
Avoid at all costs.
