Do not buy the Wink Sleep Premium Hybrid Pocket Spring Memory Mattress if you actually want to get out of bed. Good lord….it is the most comfortable mattress, ever! Team it with the sweetnight pillows from Amazon. Incredible

Scam.
Wrong colour bed delivered was promised a refund / replacement bed by their customer service.
2 months taken with customer service to now be told nothing will be done.
Supposedly old staff member told incorrect information but surely that’s still the companies issue to honour the refund / replacement ?

Phone line off the hook for weeks have to ring through babyfair ltd. Supposedly a known issue but why wouldn’t they highlight this on their social media? Convenient way of avoiding customer complaints

Company seems dodgey customer service awful do not buy

In response to winksleep response a swatch was ordered which was a total different colour to the bed received hence the complaint and issue.

Trust pilot page also says that winksleep have falsely edited their ratings and reviews, says it all.

They first delievered the wrong coloured bed frame after asking there customer service team which of the colours was in the photo, it then took a week for this to be rectified. I still have a complaint outstanding with them and the customer service team have not been in contact with me. Poor service and poor quality bedding for the price you pay.

Dreadful company. Bed arrived faulty and they have had me in a loop on support for four months. Lies and obfuscation. Avoid.

This is essentially a scam website, they will take your money and then delay the order until eventually cancelling it and then after you have been chasing that for week, they will promise a refund and never give it. Do not use this site, customer service is terrible and nothing is clear, please don't lose your money with this website.

We looked around for a mattress for an adjustable electronic bed as we have had the same one for a very long time. We searched around for quite a long time and saw Winksleep. My wife contacted them to make sure the mattress was suitable. They came back quite quickly and said yes it was. The price was unbelievable for 2 small single mattresses. We even got a discount on top as it’s the 1st time we’ve used them. The order, delivery and communication have been superb. Would seriously recommend.
Mattress came in a box and unpacked and left for 48 hours to fully get to size. Very impressed, it’s medium to firm and is comfortable so far. Looking forward to it over the next few weeks to fully adjust to it.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! I cancelled my order on the 19/12/24 and was told that their accounts department agreed to issue a refund. Was told this could take 7-10 working days. The refund still hasn’t even been processed let alone received, their customer service is horrendous and they keep making up more lies or ignoring emails. I have now not heard from them for 5 days despite multiple emails.

Absolutely terrible customer service - received a faulty bed which was sent back a month ago and still yet to receive a refund. This in itself was a nightmare to sort out with them trying to claim that it was our fault the bed was faulty. Would avoid this company at ALL COSTS. Would rate 0/5 if I could!

EDIT: In response to their reply, I have indeed received a refund (over 6 weeks after the bed was collected), but have not received any compensation for the brand new mattress that was ruined as a result of their faulty (moudly) product. The most awful company I’ve ever purchased from, doesn’t look like I’m alone in my experience.

The bed frame and mattress is absolutely terrible, it’s poor quality and looks nothing like the website.
I have tried to arrange a refund / return and they’re just not doing anything about it - even though when being delivered I queried with the driver that I couldn’t see the frame properly unless unwrapped and didn’t want to accept it without and he said he had to leave it, I’d need to take it up with the company. AWFUL!! Avoid at all cost.

From answering my email promptly to getting my matress delivered on the day I wanted, Hasnain was very professional,polite and got the job done! Even when the courier company said they weren't going to be able to deliver on the day specified, Hasnain rang them and made sure they did.I'm very happy with the customer service I received from.

I experienced problems with this company from as early as the bed arriving at my address. We purchased an ottoman bed which arrived with multiple faults. Trying to return the faulty bed to them was another problem, it took constant battle but I finally managed to return the bed about 8 weeks after first raising the issue.

Trying to arrange for a refund was our next challenge, which was an impossible task. I was constantly passed from pillar to post, with one customer service advisor promising me that the bed had successfully arrived at their facility and that my refund would be processed within 10 days, to only be told 10 days later that they would need to check they received the bed before I could be given a refund!

I lost all hope with trying to get my money back and believe they would have never issued me my refund I was owed, thank goodness I placed this order on my credit card and was able to get a charge back through my bank.

I must have spoken to one or two helpful members of staff during my dealings with Wink Sleep, unfortunately I cannot remember their names but I believe one of them was called Chloe. Other than that, the members of staff would not return my emails or calls for days on end, they have no people skills let alone customer service skills.

My experience with this company did not get off to a good start. But thanks to Haleema and Hussain for their outstanding and thorough customer service all my issues have been fairly resolved. The main point is that Winksleep respond to emails and answer the phone within minutes which is very much appreciated
