Price was good, bed style is good and easy to assemble, memory coil mattress is terrible, just an old style sprung mattress not very supportive. Its not clear how firm the mattress are on the website

Very very cheap quality and they not accepting the refund.
Not only did they send me their poor quality product, but I also received a damaged product.
When I reported it to them, they told me I should have asked the person who delivered to open the packages for me so I could make sure the items were not damaged.
I felt like I was being tricked.
Please don’t buy anything from them and please please don’t trust them. Don't waste your time and money on this company.
If is possible I can give them zero star .

Professional service easy to order fast prompt delivery. Beautiful presented mattress and have slept like a baby not waking up in agony as usual as I have austioaurthritis this is a very difficult thing to achieve . My pain during sleeping and waking has vastly improved I recommend the hybrid memory foam pocket spring mattress I live in bed now it helps my pain during the day and night x wonderful like sleeping on a cloud so soft and supportive ten out of ten .

Everything with this bed has to be bought separately — the wheels, the storage, even basic parts you’d expect to be included. The bed sits flat on the floor, which is so unhygienic. You can’t mop or clean under it, can’t lift it, move it, and there’s no elevation at all. I have never seen a bed like this !! If you choose a light fabric, it gets dirty immediately, and good luck trying to maintain it.
I’ve been emailing and messaging customer service every day, and I’ve either been ignored or received the slowest, most unhelpful responses. Even when I tried to meet them halfway, they were stubborn and unwilling to cooperate. This was going back and forth for almost 3 month’s.
They don’t even offer refunds, which is unacceptable. Everything is sold separately, and honestly, how unprofessional is it to sell a bed that feels incomplete unless you buy five extra things? In the end, I had to DIY solutions just to make it functional.
Beware of this company. I would never recommend this experience to ANYONE !!

Feet are also an optional add on, therefore you were not lacking any necessary components

This company is a huge scam
This company is a huge scam. The colours of the beds themselves are nothing like the images on their website, and for some reason their bedframes are classed as bespoke and are non-refundable (moody wording in their returns policy means this is easy to miss). Try and catch you out at every little step in order to steal your money. I would avoid at all costs, like many others have warned on their trust pilot reviews it seems.

Winksleep are a legitimately registered business committed to providing high quality products and transparent service to all of our customers.
The item you purchased is considered bespoke, as it is made to order based on your chosen colour, fabric, size, and specification. This is clearly outlined and agreed to in our contract of sale at the point of purchase, including in our returns policy which is available to review prior to placing an order.
We always recommend ordering free fabric samples beforehand, as screen settings and lighting can affect how colours appear online.

Love my white plush ottoman bed!
I absolutely love my ottoman bed- it’s beautiful and exactly what I was looking for. I went for the white plush finish, and it’s just perfect. I searched high and low but couldn’t find the right one until I came across Winksleep. Their website was really easy to use, and their customer service was excellent- they responded promptly to all my questions about the order. I’m honestly so happy I found them! :) (also the gas lift is easy to use compared to my old bed, I used to struggle so much lifting it up but this one is great!)

I was in love with this bed the moment it arrived, even the delivery driver commented on how nice it looked! The design was exactly what I spent weeks trying to find until I found it on Winksleep.
What really sets this bed apart is how incredibly customisable it is. I was able to choose everything from the material and colour (with super affordable sample swatches, which made the decision much easier), to the type of mattress, and whether I wanted under-bed storage or legs. It feels like a bed made just for me.
Best of all, it’s surprisingly affordable, especially compared to similar beds I looked at from other places.
