Very good Mattress

Purchased a bed from here and love it! It arrived quickly and was simple to put together. I’d highly recommend.

The bed arrived promptly after ordering and it was so easy to put together! The quality was is so good and the mattress is one of the comfiest I’ve tried. A very happy customer!

II bought two mattresses that were too springy and cheap, so I asked the company to send me a return label for a refund. They prolonged the process by asking for photos of the mattresses. After receiving the latter, they asked for photos of the packaging. Today, after delays, they stated in the afternoon that unless they receive the mattresses by tomorrow, my 30-day money-back guarantee will have expired, and I would have to keep their mattresses. They've done everything to delay matters and now send this email. They are dodgy, and I would never buy anything from them as their aftercare service is awful, and they don't like to refund.

High quality product. I opted to build the bunk bed myself and, whilst it wasn’t complicated, it took more than 6hrs. I’d opt for the build service next time. We needed to reschedule our delivery date because of a holiday and the system the company use meant we needed to wait a fortnight rather than a few days but otherwise a great experience.

Edit - to clarify, the delivery was a bit of a pain to reschedule so the Winksleep [auto?]response that states we were happy with the prompt delivery is a bit rich. Otherwise all good!

Mattress not comfortable and poor quality

Just would not recommend at all. Every stage was terrible.
Messaged to cancel my order 54 hours after placing and was told I had missed the 48 hour cut off point (fair but didn’t appreciate the lack of flexibility especially considering I ordered at 2am and production etc happening at that time was unlikely.)
Then Delivery man was rude, told me he was doing me a favour by putting the order on my door step inside my flat instead of leaving it on the doorstep outside.
The instructions that came with the bed was ridiculous, they was literally four square box’s on an a4 (ie 4 steps) no written explanation and illustrations are at best poor.
The quality of the product is just terrible. You can get much better quality, customer services and experience for cheaper. My bed is currently up and is not straight, it bulges at the top and looks odd. Also although the instructions show legs mine come with none.

Just over all terrible. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE.

I did received my mattress, it was rolled up which I didn't like, it's didn't come as I asked for, it is very small, no thickness and not soft like it should be as it was suppose to be memory foam. Also when lay out on the bed there's a dip already in it also when sitting on the bed to get in or out all you hear is the springs clinking and you can feel your bum on the base of the actual bed. I've emailed and still no reply so not a happy customer. I've wasted my money and I'm a single parent to which I feel like I've been scammed. There's no leasing with customer service whats so ever.

They claimed I had bought a mattress and took £97 from my visa account. I had NOT confirmed the purchase. Their robot was ,of course, entirely useless. So were they. I haven't the energy to fight(80yrs old) so effectively they have stolen £97 from me.

It’s the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever slept in

The bed it self very nice and my daughter really like it , just a bit confused for the instruction that come with , it not really clear so we look online for an Assembly Instructions, so far will reccomended the bed to parents who looking for a nice and effortable price.

I recently got the Marina kids bed in the teddy fabric, and it’s absolutely gorgeous—both how it looks and how soft it feels. My daughter loves it so much that she’s been sleeping in her own room all night (and even sleeping in a bit later than usual!).

Putting it together was super easy, and everything came just as expected.

Delivery was smooth too. We got regular updates, and the driver made sure everything was laid out neatly in the garden to take photos as proof of delivery. He even helped us carry it into the hallway, which was really kind.

I’d totally recommend this company if you're looking for a stylish, comfy bed for your little one!
