Assembling our racks was super easy. I bought a brad gun and had fun! We are using them in our storage room, which is climate controlled. We have over 500 bottles of wine and needed a good storage system. These are quality racks! They arrived undamaged and the darker finish is beautiful!

Racks are easy to assemble and have many flexible sizes allowing you to fit in any space. Customer service has been great as well. I have purchased many times and slowly built my wine rack into a wine cellar

I purchased my first set of racks from Wine Cellar Innovations to convert my unused basement closet into a small cellar.

Customer service was great, easy to order and everything shipped on time and undamaged.

Instructions were easy to follow and with a nail gun assembly was simple using just one person.

We LOVE our wine racks!!! We built our wine cellar from scratch ourselves taking a regular sized clothes closet in a spare room in the basement and combining it with a storage room. We initially thought that we would be hand building all the racks ourselves to save on cost and had even started one before we came across Wine Cellar Innovations. It was the best purchase and desicion we made. Building them with an air nailer was so simple and it was amazing to see our room finally come together. We purchased some of the kits and then had your design team create a custom center piece. We truly love our new room! Our 5 year old has even been known to show it off to her friends, haha.

The instructions are very poor. When the first two steps state pre- drilling and nail gun recommended it should be a sign. Lucky my husband has the tools and used wood glue, but I would still recommend placing where you don't have to worry about someone bumping into it.

The finished wine cellar looks great! I will order again from Wine Cellar Innovations. The website had all of the finished measurements of the racks making it easy to design our cellar as well as helpful videos to show how to build the racks. The air compressor was perfect to use with this project. Customer service individuals were responsive and helped me when I forgot to choose a finish on one of my items. They identified my mistake before filling the order. That is great customer service. Thank you!

Bought my first 500 bottle rack system five years ago and installed it. I have enjoyed it with no problems and it looks great. Once I filled those racks to capacity and cases started to clutter the floor of my wine room, I went back and ordered more racks. The quality was consistent and it was really nice to be able to match the exact same wine system with the original version with the same company since they were still in business! Same quality, same finish and good price.

The sales staff at Wine Cellar Innovations was very helpful in deciding exactly which rack configuration worked best for my project. My kit arrived quickly, assembly was easy and I was able to customize the kit to make a high-quality wine rack that gets compliments from all wine enthusiasts who visit our home!

The staff was very helpful in designing our wine cellar and value engineering the plans. All items we included as needed and I was able to put the racking together with ease.

We love our redwood wine cellar! This is our third rack purchase from Wine Cellar Innovations and they have always has outstanding customer service.

Overall I had a great experience with Wine Cellar Innovations. I had a large order, 15 or so pieces, everything came in good shape. They actually sent me an extra kit by mistake, was very easy to return. Their support team is very friendly and knowledgeable and helped me through some customization I needed to do. The compressor and nail gun they sent me worked very well, I had no issues. As others have mentioned this is definitely "some assembly required" in fact a lot of assembly. Make sure you are pretty handy or call some over that is. Very pleased with the results.

Poor quality, missing instructions. Rickety when assembled.

We bought the traditional racks to turn an awkward, unnecessary closet off of our garage area under some stairs into an amazing space.
The racks are of great quality for the price and super easy to use. They assembled super easy, we were even able to adjust the height ever so slightly so they fit perfectly in the space and it didn't detract from the appearance at all. We purchased the unfinished pine and stained it ourselves. We also affixed them to the walls for added security.
They even do well with some of the more awkwardly shaped bottles we brought home from overseas.

They're holding all the wine we brought home from Europe very well!

Wine Cellar Innovations was prompt with my order. The directions made the wine racks easy to assemble, and even though the racks seem wobbly as stand alone items, they are very sturdy once the wine bottles are placed in the bottle slots. They have a variety of finish selections and types of bottle storage. They make it easy to have a wine area that looks very professional. D. R. Miller

I biught three racks and was very pleased. They were economical, but very sturdy and met my needs.

Not a good experience at all. We purchased two wood wine racks hoping for the best but the quality was not at all what we expected. Nearly all the sticks were scratched, marked up or chipped and the finish felt cheap and homemade. The final straw came when we broke several pieces while trying to assemble the racks with a hammer and nails (who designs furniture that is held together like that?). By the time I'd put one piece of the assembly together the wood was so dented and chipped that I gave up and chucked the whole thing in frustration. They were the cheapest racks we could find on the internet but I guess I should have known I'd get what I paid for.

We where looking to design a wine room and heard about wine cellar innovations. I looked online and was debating between two layouts. Jordan was very helpful and had the team draw it out for me to scale. We went back and fourth a few times because I wanted to change the design and he never lost patience with me. I finally found a design I was happy with and ordered. It was simple and hassle free. The wine shelves were easy to put up. Took about a day with a nail gun. Room looks great!

From the design phase, through delivery, and self install, Wine Cellar Innovations was there 100%! Grateful for the answers and guidance they shared with me through the entire process of installing my temperature and light controlled 500 bottle cellar. I would highly recommend the design service as well as the company as a whole. Total Pleasure. Thank you Wine Cellar Innovations!

I asked Wine Cellar Innovations to design a small wine closet for me. The design was great, so I ordered their recommendations and set-up the wine cellar. The racks were pretty easy to assemble- I am pretty handy- and fit as advertised. Definitely buy/borrow/use a nail gun if possible, as there are a lot of nails that need to be utilized. Overall, I am very happy with the quality, value and service that I received.

The Vintner series wine rack kits work out great, I had a few questions which were answered quickly by Diego Sorto who was very helpful. Also the packaging was very good with nothing being damage during shipment. I did purchase a nail gun which made assembly go very well, I would not want to try assembly without using a nail gun.
