We purchased two 60-bottle redwood wine racks. The wine racks arrived in good condition. I assembled with screws to make it more sturdy. Assembly was a little confusing trying to figure out front from back. The instructions or illustrations could have been a bit more clear. We are using both racks and enjoy having them as we previously stored our wine in boxes.
We are happy customers and would certainly purchase again if we ever had a need - which I don't anticipate because we likely won't expand our wine collection.

I purchased both the Vintner Series wood racks and the Vintage View metal racks from Wine Cellar Innovations. They provided a consultant who visited my proposed wine cellar location to help draw up designs and document a pricing quote. The racks were all shipped without damage (23 boxes) and were in excellent shape. My contractor was able to use a nail gun to assemble the wine rack with relative ease. The trim package provided allowed for the racks to look complete with a finished custom look. Overall, I am very happy with my experience with Wine Cellar Innovations.

We are a small vineyard and winery and had a need for some space efficient bottle storage. They worked out perfectly and we did use a nail gun to put them together and assembly was easy.

We are very happy with the quality and value and will definitely look to your company for any future needs.

I worked with Wine Cellar Innovations for at least two months on a custom cellar design with storage capacity of roughly 2,400 bottles. They put in an enormous amount of time and were highly responsive to multiple rounds of revisions. We finally locked on a design and ordered in September. The racks and bins and countertops all arrived without a hitch. I had my contractor assemble and install everything in the room he built just for this purpose. Everything was exactly as promised and we could not be happier with our cellar. Very happy with the quality and the look and feel of the product and the customer service was top shelf.

We love the 5-column, 60 bottle wine rack we purchased from Wine Cellar Innovations, and have been using it to store our homemade wines. Shipping was very prompt, and assembly was simple and easy.

I was able to assemble it on my own with just a small hammer and level. The rack is very sturdy, even when fully stocked. We've yet to sand or stain the rack, but even the unfinished wood looks great on it's own.

We plan to purchase additional wine racks from Wine Cellar Innovations in the future, and would recommend their products for your storage solutions.

The wine racks look great (especially when full!!). I pre-drilled holes for trim screws which are both more secure and give a classier finished look than a nail gun. I pre-drilled the holes and then inserted the screws with a hand-held screwdriver so I did not have to change my drill bit all the time.
My racks were unfinished so I applied multiple coats of Watco Danish Oil which really brings out the redwood and a final coat of satin polyurethane. On the free-standing rack, I also added a top from redwood purchased at Home Depot.

The wine racks are great and fitted in an area under our stair case which is the coolest part of our house. We used our own nail gun and the installation was simple and easy and we customized the trim for a perfect fit. They work perfectly and look great!

Everything arrived perfectly. I did not use a nail gun as I don't have one and this was a small project, so I nailed it by hand. I did countersink 1"#8 screws to hold the vertical stacks upright and to link the rack horizontally, the put a few wall anchors into the concrete in the back. The result is solid and secure-and looks great!

The wine racks are fairly easy to assemble and the finish product is very practical. We painted ours and are very happy with the finished product. The only problem is we have too many bottles of wine and not enough racks!

Our wine room was completed after purchase of custom racking from Wine Cellar Innovations and we are extremely happy with the final product. I want to thank you for the design and for the incredible job on installation. Everyone I talked to at the company was professional and courteous. We are so glad we went with WCS.

This rack was ordered to fit in a specific area in my dining room and it worked out great. I was happy to see all the different options this company had to offer for unique areas. This one worked out really well for us.

After retiring from 35 years of restaurant wine programs, I retired to finally have the time to get my personal cellar organized. Wine Cellar Innovations provided exactly what I needed, at the best price.
My racks were delivered on time, in good shape, and I easily assembled them with just a hammer. Although my cellar is just that--a cellar!-the racks are both practical and good looking. It's such a pleasure now to be able to access all my wine, and take pride in my racks. Both my bottles and I are very happy!

Wine Cellar Innovations worked with me to design a full 10'x12' wine cellar. They took my input and produced a very nice clear set of drawings after several iterations. The turn around time from design to delivery was surprisingly quick. The delivery went smoothly and without any notable damage or missing pieces. The installation kit (brad nailer and compressor) was a very nice inclusion and saved many hours. All correspondence was timely and courteous. I would work with them again and recommend them to others regardless of project size.

I bought 8 redwood wine racks for my new wine cellar when we moved to Ithaca, NY in January. Shipping was fast. They were pretty easy to put together. A nail gun and some dabs of wood glue would make the assembly and longevity better. Be sure to secure them to the wall! The quality of these racks are excellent. My racks look fabulous, even unstained, in my wine cellar. And they are reasonably priced to boot. I highly recommend them.

I bought two traditional redwood wine racks. Shipping was prompt, assembly instructions were clear, finished product looks nice and is very functional.

All in all, a very good experience. There were a few issues with being shipped the wrong product (ordered 4 foot racks and received one section as a 3 foot rack), but I was able to chat with a representative online to resolve quickly. They rush shipped the correct pieces and even set up a pickup from my house for the pieces to be returned. They turned what could have been a huge hassle into a simple few day delay. The racks are nice quality and were quite easy to assemble with my nail gun. Now we are ready to expand our wine collection!

The various racks I've ordered have been easy to assemble and serve their intended purposes well. I have them in two different residential locations and a wine storage facility. They are attractive as well as functional.

The wine wrack arrive in great condition. Once I figured out the diagrams, it was easy to put together using my brad nail gun. Great product, very surprised

We ordered the 5 Column with Display Row Premium Redwood Light Stain. It was easy to put together but I had to print the PDF from the website because the instructions that came included in the package were for a different rack. I used a hammer and definitely should have used a nail gun. I used some wood glue as well to keep the display shelf in place because the bottles felt like they were going to tip off. Love the rack and that it was pre-stained!

My wine rack arrived in great shape. My son helped me put it together and we didn't use a nail gun.
I had been shopping for sometime for a rack that would fit in my space and go with the furniture that was already in the room. Your wine racks gave me the ability to pick the wood and then the stain. It matches perfectly. The rack is a perfect fit and I love it!
Thanks so much, it was a pleasure doing business with Wine Cellars Innovations.
