Wine Cellar Innovations Anmeldelser

We purchased four of the diagonal wine racks and then put them together and placed two of them on two shelves of a re-purposed bookcase. They work fantastic and look even better. Everyone who sees them comments on them and can't believe that we didn't but them that way. The quality of them was great and very easy to put together, a few screws and we were done. A fabulous addition to our Wine Library!

We ordered 8 half-height racks, plus a couple other items, for a 600+ bottle cellar. Came with no defect, plus a free nail gun and compressor, which were perfect to assemble the components. No issue assembling and the result is fantastic. We are very pleased.

Great experience AND product!

We received our wine racks quickly and they were easy to assemble! We have an existing buffet we fit them around and added a custom shelf across the top for stemware and lighting and it all looks wonderful! The integrated display bottles are great for some of our more special bottles as well!! Thanks so much and we will definitely recommend to friends looking to build a setup!

I love the concept of this wine rack. However, it comes with only the sides assembled and you have to attached the cross members. You are sent nails (yes nails) to fasten the pieces together. Not a problem if you have a drill. This is very thin redwood. You guessed it - it split!! It would have been so easy to asssemble and ship or pre-drill the holes for you. Disappointing. Take my advice - pre-drill before nailing!!

Perfect for expanding wine collector who also likes a little bit of assembly. I bought one small 48 bottle rack when I started building my collection, and after two additional purchases I am now up to a 250 bottle cellar and growing. Kits are well put together, relatively easy to assemble, and color & wood selection have matched purchase to purchase. Company is quick to answer questions by e-mail, and every interaction has been pleasant. Also a great value when compared to other selections on the market.

Will definitely use again

Very functional wine racks. Look great, on time delivery. The company will supply you with extra parts at no charge. Use a nail gun to put together.

I am very pleased with our wine rack. It came in a timely fashion, was packaged very well and was fairly easy to assemble. I did use a brad gun, which I believe made the task much easier and created a better finished product. Also, I had their shop make a custom top for the rack because I wanted it to have more of a "finished" look...like a piece of furniture...since I was putting it in my finished basement. I've gotten great comments from anyone who has seen it. I'm thinking about getting a second one to stack on top of this one once I have it filled. Couldn't be happier with the product!!

I would of given this zero stars if I could. I bought a redwood curved corner wine rack. Very hard to put the wine rack together. Wood splits and breaks away when nailed together. Nothing fits right, sits on the floor uneven, looks shoddy, looks cheap. After putting it together I don't even want to put my wine bottles in it. I warn everyone from buying this horrible product. Now I need to disassemble it and return it.

This was one of the BEST online purchase experiences I'v had to date! The communication was fast and effective... the products were PERFECT, the customer service was out of this world. Overall, 10/10 and would suggest you buy right away! And don't be intimated by assembly... my wife laughed at me when she saw the jigsaw puzzle of racks I ordered, but the instructions were clear and I was able to assemble and install over a weekend.

Bought several of the natural mahogany kits for our new cellar. The kits arrived in perfect shape and assembled without a hitch. We used our nail gun which made for fairly easy assembly. We also bought the bases for the units which took the bottles off the ground. We used our own mahogany that we had used to trim out the cellar to trim out the bases and bridge connection points to give custom look. Definitely recommend these kits from Wine Cellar Innovations!

Horrible directions. Pictures were too small and parts not marked orientation.

Our wine racks came very quickly and they arrived safely packaged. We had a little trouble with some of the "brackets" which were nailed on crooked but we were able to remove them and reattach. The style and finish are just what we were looking for.

We love our wine rack, but it was a little tricky to assemble. We ended up hiring our handyman since it was suggested to use a nail gun and we don't own one. Customer service is phenomenal. I got very quick replies to my questions before and after placing my order. I am impressed with the level of communication. I would recommend buying racks from Wine Cellar Innovations if you are OK with having to do the assembly yourself or hire it out. The end product is very nice and suits our needs perfectly.

The wine racks were successfully installed, and are a very good way of storing our wine collection. They were installed in a basement closet, now a wine storage room. They arrived in good condition, and were relatively easy to assemble and install. I am not the handiest person around, but I did manage to get them assembled and installed. I did not use a nail gun, see previous comment. I purchased screws, and assembled the racks using them. For me, the most challenging part of the assembly was stacking one section on top of another, and fastening them to a wall in the closet. But it worked out in the end.

The wine racks were a worthwhile purchase, and provide a good way of organizing our wine collection, rather than having boxes of wine stored stacked on the floor in the basement.

WCI was great to work with; the design specialist that worked with me was patient and responsive, as I changed my design a couple of times. After we finally completed the order, the delivery was fast and the assembly was easy with my airgun and the racks look great. I am building other wine cellars for friends and will use WCI again.

I have built three wine cellars over the years in three different venues. My wife and I wanted to give our son a house warming gift for their first home.

My son and I chose a room in their basement and built the room from scratch: sealing the cement walls & ceiling, plastic on top of the walls, insulation, green board dry wall, electrical, etc. Then we assembled your company's wine racking. It was a family affair.

I chose Wine Cellar Innovations because of your Value: Price for quality. We were very happy with the product (Redwood) and the support offered us from you staff when we needed it.
It turned out great.

Thanks for providing a great product at a great price and terrific logistical support.

The kit and instructions were great. The finished product looks awesome. Went together easily. I didn't use a nail gun but hand nailed it for precision. I like the way it looks. Thanks! It's In my finished basement replacing a TV next to the bar. Perfect size and shape.10 X 9 rack.

What a great experience - so easy to buy and then to build. the nailing machine is a must - i built my whole cellar alone in a very short time. the company gives a bit of extra rack and wood for those little errors so the whole process is perfect in the end. my bottles are loving it.

Was surprised to receive this and find that self assembly suggested drilling your own holes for the nails - so as not to split the wood. Not helpful if you don't have a drill!

I bought a 144 bottles wine rack for my business, I'm I love it. First the wood is good quality, the color match perfectly with the one I ordered, the delivery time was on time, and the customer services beyond amazing, I remember that I missed 3 small pieces and I called then to report the issue and they sent it to me in 1 day. The only thing is that you need to know is about the assembly you NEED to have an air compressor gun machine to assemble any of this furniture is a MUST.
