The description online matched perfectly to the trailer I got. I really appreciated the level of detail in the online description. The Wike came very very quickly and was so simple to put together, wow! I had been worried about the strength of the floor, but it is well built and works perfectly. We are thrilled with the purchase!

I bought a DIY trailer kit from them put it together sent them a picture when it was done and they sent me 30.00 dollars refund. the trailer kit is one of the best out there for the money and made in CANADA. if your in the market for a bike trailer this is the only way to go. . This is my third WIKE purchase! i love my City Shopper and Heavy Duty Flatbed Trailers and use them all the time. They are extremely well designed and easy to use. I love that they can be broken down for easier storage. I am confident that the kayak trailer I purchased will be just as fun to use!

When I ordered my WIKE cargo trailer, the website was easy enough. Shipping fee is very reasonable. Amazingly, it was on my door in less than 48 hours.
I contacted the company for advice before purchase and got good advice quickly. When I emailed with a question on assembly, customer service contacted me by phone instantly, even though it was about 5 minutes to 5PM!

Very Easy to build DIY Kit. I was able to build my trailer with only a few hours of work. The trailer tows solidly behind my bike. A similar bike trailer to the one I built is $100s more.

Great customer service. I needed a high side DIY trailer, but I accidentally bought the low side one. I was able to return the original package and get the right one. Very helpful throughout the process.

I spent a few months and many hours searching for the right bike trailer for our growing family. We currently have one very big 9 month old, but plan on having more children soon. I knew we would need a double trailer, but so many seemed very wide, but also like my very large child would probably outgrow them too quickly. It also seemed difficult to find something with great quality for a more reasonable price. We are just an average family, not long distance bicyclists, but I wanted something that will last a long time, be comfortable for everyone, easy to operate, simple to store, and with as many uses as possible. The wike double premium bike trailer completely fits the bill! The fact that it serves as a walking and jogging stroller is amazing! I was very pleased with how easy it is to convert and push in both modes. Although the wike is bigger and heavier to carry than my regular graco stroller, once you are pushing it, even on a steep incline (we live in the mountains), it is smooth and lightweight because of the large wheels and inflatable tires! The set up was pretty intuitive, although the manual's instructions could be improved by replacing the picture of the wheel installation with a more accurate one, and by providing more detailed instructions on how to use the 5-point harnesses for two children, as well as one child in the middle. Make sure that you put the wheels on with the black gear wheel facing toward the trailer; not away from it, as the photo depicts. They should fix this picture because it was misleading and at first I thought something was wrong because I was following the picture and the written instructions didn't specify. Then, the only instruction about how to fasten the harnesses is a simple diagram. My husband had to help me figure out how to secure our daughter in the middle properly, and I'm glad he figured it out, because I was stumped until he showed me! You take both of the u-shaped collars off and connect one of them in the middle. I know for some people this may be self-explanatory, but for a tired mom who's brain isn't what it used to be, the instructions could be improved in those two areas. The tires did come mostly inflated, but were not up to the recommended 25-35 psi, so do make sure to inflate further before using! I know that they don't inflate all the way because during shipping the air pressure will change with temperature and elevation, so this is a good thing, just thought I'd mention it so other buyers know to inflate them further. Otherwise, it's very straightforward and setup is as simple as I think they could have made it! The engineering has been well thought out! Now that I know what I'm doing, it's very quick and easy to pop it up, attach to my bike or set to a stroller mode, put my youngin in, and go! Lots of space and legroom, easy to put my child in, it's constructed with quality materials and is very sturdy, it comes with 2 bike hitches so you and your spouse can quickly trade-off pulling the trailer, the mesh and windscreens are easy to use and take off, good storage space with a pull-over cover to protect stored items, detachable foot brake and velcro wheel lock (although I wish the foot brake would stay locked like on my graco stroller), the trailer is smooth to pull, lightweight, secure, handles well in turns and over speed bumps in my neighborhood, and isn't too wide. My daughter stayed nice and warm in the trailer on a cold, blustery day with her snow suit and helmet on and the clear weather screen attached. She had a great time! The bike hitch was quick and easy to install with the quick release axle, and the blue trailer matches the accent color on my bike perfectly! Overall, I am extremely happy with this trailer and look forward to using it for years to come! We keep it stored inside and out of the elements, so I anticipate that it will stay in great condition with normal usage! Arrival from Canada to western USA was within a week of ordering on black Friday, and I got $100 off the regular purchase price, which I'm so grateful for! If you're going to purchase a bike trailer for regular use, I think it's worth making the investment in this brand, especially if you intend on using it for multiple children over time! I am extremely pleased with this purchase and everything arrived in perfect condition and was well packaged! I also love how this company has a trailer design to satisfy a plethora of uses, and that they have designed trailers to accommodate people with special needs and help them also be as mobile as possible! Thank you for the trailer, just thinking am missing a few parts. The safety strap I believe is missing from the package and self-tapping screws. I was under the impression that was part of the trailer. It showed up on time too. Thank you.

First of all I want to say, it's a beautiful unit, easy to put together... it arrived within a few days, shipping was free, it opens and closes with ease, and the storage space is a really great size (however, the bungee cover for the storage is too small and doesn't cover the storage space)

Why is it only a 3?

I emailed Wike, through the web page link and never got an answer about the suspension trailer.
So I was forced to buy the Double (Single Sold Out), which was not a downgrade, but I may not have chosen it, but we needed a unit.

The package we received was missing the "cotter pin" for the stroller option, so we have to figure something out about that.

There are no roll down windows, which was a selling point for me.

Lastly, my daughter is just barely 4feet tall and it was a little tight in my opinion considering it says it fits up to 4'4". I would maybe drop the height a little.

Honestly, we are running out of options for our daughter in terms of bike/stroller units.
She's 6, 4', 60+lbs...

I probably should have just bought the Special Needs option right away, but I went online and saw the stroller/jogger upgrade package was free for the Double, so I didn't want to delay any more.

We will get a years use out if it for $500 is my guess, at the rate my daughter grows and how she fits in it.
