Had a great holiday in Jardin del sol
Bungalow well equipped and clean and the site was well maintained
Only downside was that it would have been useful to have an information pack giving useful contact numbers and local amenities
We were ok because we have visited Playa Blanca many times
The outside light needs attention as it doesn't appear to work

I have stayed at Puerto Chico,Playa Blanca, on a number of occasions, and have never left disappointed.
Absolutely love the place. The Villa’s are always of high standard.
The pool is great.
The service from White Beach is first rate.

Stayed in PC V. Previously been to 3. Agreeable villa, well appointed. No user manual or info pack. Very warm when we stayed here so slept with windows open.
Unfortunately being on the level with the harbour has its disadvantages. The ferry moors overnight there and the constant rumbling of heavy marine diesel engines belching out black fumes is not good for sleep or health, especially if the wind is in the wrong direction.
Why can't the ship get it's power from the electric grid when moored overnight?

Company is always helpful and friendly. Been to our favourite complex many times and have already booked with Whitebeach, for our next visit. Public areas kept clean and tidy and pool area always looks inviting.

We have just returned from 2 weeks at Playa Flamingo 15. We stayed at this property 12 years ago and were pleased to see the enhancements to the property.
The terrace is spacious with plenty of room for sunbathing and entertaining, and the view of Playa Flamingo beach and across to Fuerteventura are unrivalled. There’s also a hot-tub for those who want to fully chill-out.
The bungalow is a very convenient base if whether you want to sunbathe on the beach of explore Playa Blanca, shops and restaurants are literally seconds away, with Playa Blanca port with its bars and restaurants a 15 minute stroll.
The property is furnished in a clean and modern style and any visitor will soon feel at home.
Booking with Whitebeach was quick and easy and the staff were very helpful. Upon arrival that courtesy and friendliness was continued when we arrived 2 hours early to be told that we could leave our suitcases and that if we were happy to go and have a quick drink the property would be ready in 20 minutes.
Our Whitebeach experience was great and we really enjoyed our time immensely, very peaceful and chilled out. My rating would have been 5 stars but (and purely personal choice) it would be good if the property could be installed with Air Conditioning as we found the fans somewhat noisy. There are a lot of properties to rent in Playa Blanca but I can honestly say that very few beat Playa Flamingo 15 for location! We’ll definitely be returning to Playa Blanca.

Great location - easy access to port and restaurants and an easy walk to Rubicon Marina at the other end of town.
Spacious, clean and tidy bungalow with a really nice private outside space.

Bungalow was clean and well prepared for arrival. Instructions on access/keys was very clear. The accommodation standards are very good and the facilities were as described. Helpful staff at reception if required. Very nice holiday in comfortable home from home facilities.

Only slight issue was the sun parasol base needs replacing as it worn to the point that it can't stay upright

Stayed in villa T. Villa had everything we needed & very clean, wi-fi excellent, great T.V channels, plenty of cutlery, dishwasher, washing machine etc... Outside - plenty of seating and loungers nice - minor issue was outside couch cushions very dirty but we used a throw over these. Easy, near and safe access to the beach, local shops, restaurants and bars. Armas ferry can be quite noisy (early to late) and the odd fumes when the wind is blowing in a certain direction! Complex very secure and kept very tidy with lovely pool. Didn't need reception as had no problems! Natalie from whitebeachholidays was very helpful prior to our arrival and the booking process seamless. Arrival, no problems - email with clear instructions received in advance. Would definitely recommend using wbh again and staying here...

First time staying here, nervous as I'm a parent of 2 boys, husband has to work so I go with my two boys, and meet up with my dad who stays elsewhere. Puerto Chico 9 was the apartment we stayed in. First impressions were great, well equipped apartment, had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The view was spectacular and the complex itself was clean and kept well. The boys loved the pool. I read on a previous review that there was no sun on the balcony after lunch, that review was written in Nov. In August I had sun on the balcony till 4 in the afternoon. To be honest I welcomed the gentle shaded breeze from 4 onwards. Sharing the same gated access to the 2 apartments 8 and 9 was okay, a very nice polite Spanish couple were staying in no.8 and we said our hellos and carried on. If a person was being picky, privacy might be an issue, but I wouldn't let it stop you from booking no.9. Few ants on the worktop, spray left under the sink they really weren't an issue, basic hygiene and not leaving food lying around helps.
My only bugbear was the bathroom, very strong smell of sewage at times, but I do understand that the Spanish sewage system might not be the best. I'd definitely stay again, a little gem of an apartment.

Been staying here for over 20 years and it cannot be beaten for its location and convenience, however despite the gardens and pool area being meticulously clean there are certain aspects of the bungalows that haven’t been wholly refurbished that require attention to keep them to the standards of others offered elsewhere. We stayed in V and nothing has materially changed other than the bathrooms in over 15 years. No information packs, no emergency guidance provided and above all our second stay where building works were adjacent. We booked 16 months in advance and WhiteBeach (as per their T&C’s) ought to have informed us of such. Their response to that was not very convincing.
Still overall a lovely and convenient place to stay but in our opinion standards have slipped a lot in their handling and greetings to guests.

This was our first visit to this complex and first time using White Beach Holidays and definitely won't be our last. The team are very efficient and quick to respond to any questions. The accommodation was clean and had everything we needed. The location is great, very close to the main town and harbour but did not hear anything from either. Bonus was the sea view with views across to Fuerteventura.

I stayed in 2 different bungalows on this visit, both were clean, comfortable. The location is perfect if you don’t have a car. First time getting the bus from the airport and it couldn’t have been any easier, dropped off 2 min walk away from the complex. The complex is so well cared for too. Lots of bits of work and upkeep going on but nothing that disturbs the peace of this place. All the workmen are polite and respectful too. Girls are lovely in the office, very helpful and friendly.

A totally relaxing holiday from start to finish. The booking process was very straight forward, the location and condition of the apartments was first class and the White Beach Team were always available to provide assistance, advice should it be required

Booking made easy due to excellent service from the staff. Have stayed in different villas over the years and all are well maintained and super clean. A well stocked shop just outside the gated area so no need to take all those small items in your suitcase. Lots of villas are wheelchair friendly for those who can transfer out of their chair. Showers have no step and are big enough for two for those that need a little help.
Easy wheelchair access into all main shopping areas and to all the bars and restaurants. Swimming pool was warm and not crowded. Once you have been you will return year after year. Very close to ferry port so a day trip to fueta Ventura is a must. Market also worth a visit on Wednesday and Saturday. Taxis are available close by and are friendly and affordable. Taxi from airport was €50 euros but well worth it for those not wanting to drive.

This was our 12th family holiday at puertochico. The property is so clean and well kept. Close to the sea, shops and all facilities. The staff right down to the work men are so friendly. To sum it up. Everything was perfect . Thanks again Natalie and all the staff.

Although the place was very spacious it was very tired and in urgent need of updating. We had small mites that were all over the place, and was in need of a very good clean aso the bedding was discoloured and torn, no pillow cases the first week on spare pillows. Saying all that Puerto Chico was a great place to stay and would love to return but in another bungalow.

Have stayed at various properties in Puerto Chico for nearly 20 years. PCB is our favourite with its huge patio with a lovely view.
Everything you could possibly need in the accomodation and friendly helpful staff on site.
Our only gripe and it is really minor is that the outside light is'nt on for when we arrive and it is nearly dark, so trying to get into the keysafe for a couple of oldies like us is a bit of a palaver! Probably hilarious for others to watch!

As always Puerto Chico excellent Villa 2 great place.
our only issue was the sunbeds extremely worn needed replacing fabric split and metal supports coming through the fabric, out of six only one okay.
notified reception on our second day nothing done!
