This was our second visit to Club Puerto Chico and there will be a third.

We arrived late and the keys were waiting for us in the keybox by the door. We were informed of the various codes for the gate and keybox well in advance of our flight. In fact the whole procedure was streamlined and efficient.

Our apartment was spotlessly clean and all the furnishings, indoor and outdoors were very comfortable indeed. As we are oldies, we are considered by friends as techno morons and as we could not fully understand the workings of the tv the management team came to our rescue the next morning and we soon got the hang of it. It was exactly as per the instructions and we were just a little afraid to press buttons.

The complex is ideally located next to a small commercial centre which includes amongst others a fairly decent sized Spar supermarket. There is also a fresh butchers shop as well as decent restaurants. About 200 yards away, is a lovely wet fish shop with very friendly staff. Who could possibly ask for more.

We had a lovely garden with Astro turf which was very convenient for following the sun around. We also enjoyed watching the regular ferry service nearby which sailed to Fuertoventura, which we were able to see very clearly. I must say the breeze from the sea opposite was dry welcoming.

The management staff are all lovely and friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble.

We stayed at the Puerto Chico V property in Playa Blanca from the 13th until the 27th of April 24.
We were due in late but that didn't matter as we received an email with all of the details to access the site out of hours.
When we arrived we found half eaten food on the patio which we reported and was informed it must have been the ground staff.
The villa is a bit basic with other villas have cushions on the outside furniture for that little bit of comfort.
The villa was advertised as having English TV, it didn't have any working TV at all, again we reported this and they said they'd look into it for us. This was resolved on Wednesday the 24th when an additional receiver box was fitted to allow for the signal to work.
On Friday the 19th some workmen turned up at the next door villa (W) and proceeded to demolish the internal walls and part of the roof, we we're told they we're only renewing the kitchen should only be banging for about an hour, this went on every day until the day we left on the 27th.
Along with the demolishing of the walls and the noise and dust it was pretty bad and unfortunately there was nothing the reception staff could do about it.
I would like to point out that the stay wasn't entirely negative, the complex itself is really nice and well maintained and all of the actual site staff we're really nice and as helpful as they could be considering the work going on in the next villa.

Whitebeach were great to book with and also in general to communicate with both before and during out holiday. We stayed in Casa Primera and really loved the villa. It's on a residential complex called El Palomar just a 10 to 15 min walk from the centre. As it is a residential area there are dogs and some of the barking may bother some visitors. Our next door neighbours took great pains to keep their pets quiet and that was fine by us. The villa itself was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The outside area and swimming pool were fantastic! We'd definitely return here and we highly recommend Whitebeach for booking.

The holiday villa was overall no more than average. On late arrival we noticed many of the lights were not working, the bed linen was old and stained and the property experienced a lot of noise from the local bars.
We were woken up early by the noise of the ferry starting up. The coffee maker didn’t work, so breakfast was a struggle. The poor lighting in the bathroom and the shower with insufficient slope to the drain just added to our frustration.
On reporting to the office, a guy came and fitted 6 lights and replaced the coffee maker. Thankyou.
The property had no manual with helpful notes like the local doctor or emergency telephone numbers and some appliances had no English instructions.
Overall, the quality of the property and the fittings was poor.
It would have been nice if the property was fully checked out prior to letting out.
We would not rent this property again.

Second time using White Beach Holidays. 1st time many years ago stayed in Puerto Chico and although bungalow a bit tired it was clean and very comfortable in great location.
Just back last week from Jardin Del Sol 3.
Bungalow was very very dirty, not only was the standard change over clean unacceptable, dirty floors, table, coffee machine, toothbrush mug in bathroom had spider webs & dead spider, light socket in bedroom hanging off wall, outside terrace was cluttered with brushes, mops etc that had clearly not been used to clean the terrace or furniture as these were filthy too. The bungalow is in need of proper deep clean. All walls, doors, furniture very grubby.
I contacted White Beach who were very quick to respond, offered to send cleaner back but no point as we had already cleaned, they did send maintenance man to fix some other issues we had.
Whilst White Beach acted quickly & professionally to try resolve all issues, and offering a small discount on our next booking, I am very surprised & dissappointed that they rent out holiday accommodation in this condition

This was our second visit to Peurto Chico with White Beach and we have a third already booked. From an administrative point of view they were faultless and the people on the ground (Natalie in particular) couldn’t have been more lovely or helpful. And of course, the location itself is beautifully placed and maintained.

Lovely location close to Flamingo Beach and excellent Joachim restaurant. Bungalow fine but could do with updating.

This was our second visit to Puerto Chico in Playa Blanca. We have also just booked our third visit for next year. The Villias/Apartments are clean and tidy and the complex is in a great location. Natalie and her colleagues are wonderful and very helpful.

Wir haben in der U gewohnt. Die Aussicht ist ein Traum, Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und das Team von Whitebeach ist immer vor Ort.
Das Haus ist ein superschön. Viel Platz, eine neue große helle Couch in U-Form, ein Tisch aus Wurzelholz und eine komplett neue Terrasse mit großem BBQ und neuen Möbeln. Außen sieht es wie die Q aus, die scheinbar dem gleichen Eigentümer gehört.

Always first class service at Puerto Chico...lovely chilled holiday.

This was our second stay at Puerto chico and the apartment was very clean and spacious. Natalie was very helpful and we can recommand the club as well as whitebeachholidays.

Firstly excellent customer service, nothing too much trouble. Property and complex beautiful and clean. Will definitely return.

We’ve been using a White Beach holidays now for many years - Puerto Chico in Playa Blanca. Always very quick to respond to any query re timing or costs. We’d be happy to recommend them to anyone.

High Standard of Apartment, the best that we have stayed. Location very convenient to restaurants and bars, and only ten minutes walk to Flamingo Beach. Great Credit goes to the owners who spared no expense in maintaining such a fine property.

We saw Puerto Chico last year and we were impressed with the layout and the location to baech’s, bars , restaurants and shops could not be beaten as it was ideal.
Yes you could occasionally see and smell the ferries at the nearby port but that wasn’t too much of an issue.
The pre arrival information was very good all the way through.
Never had reason to contact the staff so can’t comment.
We stayed in studio N which was a little tired especially in the kitchen and bathroom and the garden furniture and for us to make it up to ***** would require some work doing.
The bed was very comfy and the outside areas were kept well maintained

This was our first holiday to Puerto Chico through White Beach Holidays. We stayed in bungalow V for three weeks starting 2nd January 2024. The location is very good set in lovely gardens. Diesel fumes from the ferries in dock were a problem occasionally dependent on the wind direction.
The property itself was quite spacious but a little tired in some areas, especially the small shower room which was in need of refurbishment. Bar stools and white plastic garden furniture were unfit for use and should be removed. This did not detract from us having a lovely holiday and have already booked to return.
If we could just make a suggestion for somebody from the office staff to meet and greet either on the day of arrival or soon after, it would be much appreciated.
We were disappointed to be let down by the prearranged taxi company on our day of departure but luckily a replacement was found at the last minute.

Great location, good appartment, lovely pool. Staff very helpful and friendly. Nothing to add that others havnt really.
