Booking easy, staff really helpful.
Second stay this year at Puerto Chico and booked again for next year!
Apartment really spacious and very clean.
Location excellent

Straight forward booking, good communication and accurate description of the property. We have used White Beach before and would be happy to use again.

We have just spent 3 weeks in Puerto Chico.
As usual the experience was fantastic. The accomadation was excellent--very clean, all appliances working, plenty of kitcen utensils and plenty of room.
The outside area and garden and barbecue was kept impeccably.
The staff led by Natalie were super effecient,helpful and friendly.
I will be recomending Puerto Chico to other family members and fiends.
We have booked again for 6 weeks which indicates how well we enjoyed ourselves---cant wait to get back there.

We are regular visitors to Playa Blanca but this was our first time staying at Puerto Chico. We have long admired its location and the style and layout of the apartments. Our apartment had everything we needed and our weekly servicing was perfect.

Excellent villa and stay in PUERTO Chico apartments as always. The villa was modern, clean and spacious with a superb garden. The Whitebeach team on site were friendly and helpful and special thanks to Natalie for going the extra mile when we needed help and advice.

Just home from 2 weeks in Puerto chico M. Really lovely villa. Nearly new appliances, kitchen and bathrooms nicely fitted out. Very clean. Great location. All the staff are very friendly and helpful.
The gardens are immaculate.
Just a couple of gripes:
As previously mentioned in comments - some diesel smell and overnight noise from ferry.
Outside lights not sufficient - can't sit out in the evening.
Barbeque was dirty, rusty and unable to use it.
Twice weekly towel change would be nice.
Would I recommend? Yes, most definitely. Fantastic holiday. Thank you.

The location and facilities at Puerto Chico are the main attraction. We have been to Playa Blanca many times over the last few decades and have been staying at PC in various bungalows for the last 10 years. There have been some changes, as someone mentioned it would be good to have an information pack with local emergency contact numbers and how to use appliances as this was the case up until this year. We arrived and could not work the TV but they sorted this very quickly the next day but it would have saved them time if there had been instructions, I'll know for next time! We have just booked again after returning a couple of days ago so we are very happy with the accomodation. The gardens are looking great. There are a few maintenance issues such as changing lightbulbs and batteries but I think you would find this in most properties. It's good to have on site help and they are very pro active. Used WhiteBeach again as our preferred agent in Lanzarote. Try and visit 3/4 times per year as either a couple or extended family with grandchildren. Great central location in Playa Flamingo this time. Airport transport arranged and reliable. Accommodation as described. Swift service when we had an issue with the safe on arrival. Highly recommend for customer service, and accommodations.

I have been visiting Playa Blanca since 2016 and have always stayed at Puerto Chico all be it different properties but mainly PC 4
The property it’s self is perfect for a small family, 2 friends or 2 couples ..it has everything you need for that home from home perfect stay. It is always spotlessly clean on arrival.
From start to finish of the booking, the Whitebeach staff are attentive and are there for all your needs.
The location I would say is the best … you have beautiful sea views, beaches either side (10 minute walk), bars and restaurants on your doorstep and the town centre about a 10 minute walk away.
All in all this makes for the perfect holiday, I can’t wait to go back in June!!!

Our 5th time coming to playa blanca and we chose to come over new year. We booked Puerto chico following many times walking past and they had the one remaining 2 bed. Reasonably priced for the time of year for a week.
The apartment was fabulous and so spacious, the biggest we’ve ever stayed in and very well equipped. It was like home.
My few negatives, unfortunately were lack of decent size towels. We had one large towel between a family of 4 and 3 small
towels. The shower went cold after 1 1/2 uses, the tank is very small so didn’t accommodate enough hot water for a family of 4. We only had two loo rolls which were not full so they didn’t last. no instruction manual or welcome book to let
you know how to work the hob, tv etc.
lastly on check out day, we had to be out by 10am. Our flight was at 6.40pm, unfortunately the office that day was closed due to a bank holiday and we were
not initially informed when we arrived. We had no where to place our luggage for the day. I had to contact the emergency number. The contact was very helpful and
found a storage cupboard/toilets under the reception area by the steps. It was our only option and was an unsecured area. We took a risk. Other than the above, all good

We have been booking through Whitebeach holidays for many years now and have stayed in several different accommodations on Playa Flamingo and Puerto Chico.
We love Puerto Chico as it’s beautifully maintained, the pool is never busy and it’s so convenient for supermarkets and restaurants.
Natalie and the team are excellent, communication is first class and any minor issues that arise are dealt with swiftly. The fact they have an office in Playa Blanca is a huge bonus.
Just booked for a month in January 2026.

Cannot imagine how many times we have had the pleasure of staying with Whitebeach holidays at Club Puerto Chico. Nothing changes, still a wonderful place to frequent, a change of staff here and there but still the same pleasant venue. Long may it last, we will be there again in the near future.

Our second time at Puerto Chico and just as enjoyable as the first even with the fumes from the ferries which is not the fault of Puerto Chico ! Our villa had been painted and new wardrobe doors and generally tidied up the wardrobes. Our only real gripe is the towels which are very small and extremely thin and didn’t smell very pleasant so much so that I washed them and we bought a couple of larger ones …they need renewing and the bed linen is also thin with some grey marks, otherwise it would have been 5 stars.
We’re back in March so hopefully some better towels will be provided. I’m not mentioning which villa as we tried to rebook for November 2025 and it had already been taken ! We’re very happy with the location as we no longer need a car as restaurants, supermarkets etc are virtually on your doorstep .

We really enjoyed our stay in Puerto Chico U and found everything we needed. It was our third stay at PC. We love the central location and sea view.
The only negative aspect is the ferry operation at the very close harbour. Depending on the wind direction, the noise and more critically the ferry engine exhaust fumes are annoying. In addition, the large ferry moors overnight at the harbour and the diesel engines are running all night emitting noise and fumes. We hope that this will be improved in the future. Probably we will come back next year again.

Found everything as promised, clean and nice. The reseption desk reacted promptly and friendly to problems and requests.
Ovet all the residence is nicely kept.

The property Puerto chico 3 is ok. The washing machine needs renewing as it is dirty. This is the second time we have been in this property in the last 12 months and it's comfortable. The terrace furniture requires replacement as 2 of the sunbeds are knackered. The welcome pack was very minimal. The smell of diesel fumes from the Armas ferry which moors overnight is not good. The weather was good 👍

Stayed in Puerto Chico V. Previously stayed in two others at PC plus many times at Playa Flamingo. Villa was very comfortable and spacious and having British TV, plus sports channels was a bonus. An info pack would be much appreciated, particularly with emergency info etc. The welcome pack was poor compared to previous years, a decent welcome pack is such a nice touch. The general maintenance and cleaning is not the standard it was compared to previous years hence the 4 star rating. We had issues with ants, the sofa smelled, the replacement towels didn't seem fresh (I had to wash them) and there were lightbulbs needing replaced. I appreciate with a lot of use the sofa will get smelly and dirty but if it can't be cleaned regularly supplying some throws (fresh for each booking) would help.
I'm sure we will return as we love the gated complex and the location but for what we are paying we do expect the maintenance and cleaning standards to be as good they used to be.

What can I say? We return year after year and always have a wonderful time. The villas are clean and well appointed with delightful gardens. The swimming pool is clean and close to the villas. The Puerto Chico complex is gated, quiet, and safe. We will be returning.

Firstly I really liked their website as it gave a lot of information about the units for rent and plenty of photos but also told you about the local area as well. The website was easy to use and I was able to see what was available in my time slot very quickly and simply. I had further communication with White Beach holidays by email as I wanted to ask a question about transfers and they responded very quickly with a choice of transfer information. I will definitely use them again as I plan to return and would certainly recommend them to my friends.
