We’ve just sold our house and bought our new one through Belong by James White. James and his team have been brilliant every step of the way; from the first time that he showed us the house that we were to purchase, as he prepared our sale brochure, his local knowledge of who he thought would want to view our property, right up to the time that he carefully placed our new key on my car bonnet as we maintained our social distance (in the middle of the COVID-19 crisis), James has been excellent. Katie kept us up to date either by email or telephone. She liaised with solicitors, vendors and purchasers and nothing was too much trouble. She was always friendly and positive whilst maintaining a professional manner. In fact, she was our ‘go to’ aid whenever we had a query - and if she didn’t know the answer, she found out and got back straight away - communication was exceptional. Having been in the local estate agency business for many years, James’s team have an excellent relationship with many local professional trades and were able to provide contact details for any services we required. Thank you, Belong, for providing the ‘hand holding’ we needed to make this house moving lark the best it could be. We couldn’t have asked for more. The sale of the property became a long and drawn out affair at no fault of Belong. After initially selling reasonably quickly and being let down six week after agreement Belong stuck to the task and eventually found a buyer which both them and me were very frustrated in the time taken to complete the sale. In doing so I was kept informed of the problems encountered on a regular time scale and in a professional manner by all at Belong. Thanks to all.

Twice I’ve sold my house with belong and both times within a month at very close to asking price. The staff are amazing and lovely, and have had to be to put up with me! I wouldn’t sell with anyone else. They just do MORE than other estate agents. They go the extra mile and really get to know you and what you need at this stressful time. I will miss Katie! Nothing but positives to say about James and his team. I have moved on several occasions and I have never come across an estate agent offering the personal touch as I experienced. Including updates left post each viewing, the ability to contact James for an update at anytime on any day and also the virtual reality offering to showcase your property! I also cannot thank James enough for going the extra mile time and time again to help in areas which he didn’t need to including contacting solicitors to chase and speedup exchange.

I never usually write reviews but myself and my husband were very impressed with Belong when we sold with them earlier this year.
We have used many local estate agents in the past and have not experienced anything like the level of service we got from James and his staff. The service given was friendly, yet very professional, and not in any way 'pushy'. We felt as if we got a real 'personal' service in all aspects. It is the only time we have paid an estate agent and thought 'it was worth the money', in the past we have been left with the feeling of 'what the hell did they do for that fee'.

Making the decision to list our house for sale with Belong was 100% the correct decision. Their marketing and branding is so appealing, our house sold so much quicker than we had imagined. But the main reason I will sing their praises is that they were professional, organised, warm and friendly and extremely good at communicating with us.
