Lease For Life Housing Group is a specialist social lettings agency that works in partnership with private landlords and local authorities to provide secure, well-managed homes for hardworking families, key workers, and individuals in need of safe housing. We handle everything from tenant vetting and referencing to complete property management and guaranteed rent, making the letting process seamless, ethical, and profitable for landlords. We are currently working with landlords who are looking to sell their properties. While these homes are being marketed for sale, we offer excellent rental returns through our Temporary Accommodation (TA) model, which is based on direct agreements with local councils. These placements are not secured tenancies under the Housing Act, and we guarantee vacant possession within 28 days. This approach enables landlords to generate substantial rental income during the sales period, and many opt to continue with TA placements permanently due to the flexibility and financial benefits. Additionally, we operate a house-sharing platform for young professionals, delivered under a compliant House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) model. This provides much-needed affordable housing for key workers and essential staff, while offering landlords significantly higher returns. By managing every aspect of compliance and tenant care, we support communities in keeping vital workers housed locally and securely. At Lease For Life, we believe that housing solutions should serve everyone — landlords, councils, and tenants alike. Our goal is to provide stability, income, and long-term value in every placement we make.

We have had a very positive experience working with Lease for Life Housing Group Ltd. They helped us source tenants for several empty properties we had, and the process was handled professionally from start to finish.
A special mention goes to Karen, who was extremely helpful, responsive, and proactive throughout. Communication was always clear, and she made the whole process smooth and efficient.
It has been a pleasure working with a company that genuinely cares about both landlords and tenants. We would happily recommend Lease for Life Housing Group Ltd to other property owners and look forward to working with them again in the future.

One of the worse estate agents ever
One of the worse estate agents ever . Do not trust them . They are shysters . Do not trust Karen Bain she's a snake. By all means stay far far away from them she will only care for your money then bye bye. You will be house in drug dens, ex murderers flats , killers . Rather be homeless than renting with them .she care more about her appearance and her son and her staff. Do not trust them .speak to the council first and search them up. Company house . Citizens advise. They are not welcome or used with many council. Be careful. Do not trust them at all. Most of these reviews are fake or tennants who just moved in. I was happy when I first moved . Karen , Lisa, Debbie, promised so much then after I moved in was like a bomb. They disseminate. They are shysters . They only care for money from the council from mother and child . Do not trust them by all mean . If they offer you a flat in Brookhill road woolich , be assured , its very dangerous, its a converted house to flats. The noise are horrendous from upstairs as a man call Geroge sublet the upstairs for like 12 and 16 people living there. The electricity is upstairs so you cannot access it. Every one does drugs and smoke weed on the street. They play loud music. Arm police been there 4 times like 50 of then while I was there with guns etc. The police will say to you do not move there . There are police always coming and going as its a dead end road and very dangerous. Someone got killed and stabbed recently .You cannot leave door open or anything outside people will walk in druggies and also take what's in from your flat garden remember the people upstairs will trow there rubbish on your garden . The noise from upstairs and your neighbours is unbelievable Karen will never tell you this she doesn't care or give a toss as shes a nasty disgusting person .There are drunks living there ,upstairs its crazy and on the streets.

We understand that you experienced a long period of homelessness, and that being placed into accommodation after over two years of rough sleeping — while also managing three dogs and many personal challenges — was not an easy transition.
You were supported into housing by both Thames Reach and Greenwich Council, who made significant efforts to help you settle. We recognise that your personal experiences and belief systems may have made it difficult for you to feel comfortable in your placement, and we are sorry that this has been the case.
However, we must be absolutely clear: a tenancy cannot be sustained on the basis of personal belief or frustration alone. Housing is provided in good faith. Once a tenancy is legally surrendered — as you did in writing — it is no longer yours to occupy. Re-entering the property without permission was unlawful.
We cannot be held to ransom because a tenant finds it hard to adapt, or feels that their views or preferences aren’t aligned with the community. We are obligated to protect our landlords, who make affordable homes available for those who respect the process and seek a stable home.
While we understand you are upset, the facts of this case are clear and have been confirmed by both Thames Reach and the Royal Borough of Greenwich.
We genuinely wish you the best moving forward and hope you are able to find a placement that better meets your long-term needs.

Karen and the team at Lease for Life helped me and my family get our dream home! As a family living in unsuitable accommodation with four children – the difference a good Agent and landlord can make.
