Extremely poor service. Customer service challenging and I have been waiting for a refund for more than 2 weeks. My product was out of stock but I had to chase where it was. The site says co.uk but not a UK store and they are struggling to reply to my emails. Have had to raise a PayPal dispute. Hoping to still get my money back. Would not recommend.
Ordered 11th April. No product no refund yet.

If someone thinks that this store is from the UK, they are wrong. They only have UK in their name. I bought the console 7 days ago and they haven't even sent it yet. And I don't even know how much longer I will have to wait. I do not recommend

Paid for expedited shopping and under the impression the package would arrive in 2-5 business days like their site says.

It did not. The company used the .UK site as a marketing ploy. All they're really doing is drop shipping items from china.

Product purchased was expected and works well, no complaints there. Be aware however; their stock resides in China so you will have a 2 week wait on delivery despite this being a UK company.

Whatgeek UK where excellent at every turn. They sent the item earlier than expected, it was received earlier than expected and the price was on par with other places that sell these retro devices. It works brilliantly - all games installed on the memory card work and run with no lag. Fantastic product and excellent service.

Ordered a white Trimui Brick on 7 April. Received on 18 April.

Easy to navigate the site. Great price. Item shipped quicker than the advised delivery times. Tracking was done via the Shop app so I was always kept up to date. Would definitely buy from what geek again.

Ordered a console mystery box what came was actually cheaper then the price of box
i got then anbernic 35xxH which is currently 53.99 and the mystery box is actually 57.99
i know its a mystery box but it should be atleast the same value or more of the price of the box

Was kept up to date with tracking and item came pretty quick from China.
All round great service.

We’ve been waiting 4 weeks fora refund they said would take 5-7 days.

Company is a joke. Just use Amazon.

Absurd length of time between ordering and order confirmation, and an even more absurd amount of time between confirmation and delivery. Order tracking doesn't work because WhatGeek are useless at communicating.

Furthermore after probably 20+ emails to their customer support probing for any update on my order, I'm still yet to receive a response.

Keyboard (Attack Shark K86) eventually arrived in a box that looked like it had been thrown down several flights of stairs and as a result I've already had to replace a broken switch for the spacebar which I can only assume was broken on impact.

Never buy from these reprobates.

Great product, great service and delivery much faster than I thought it would be. Arrived in a little over a week, well packaged and with a case which I didnt realise would be included. Highly recommended!

I had an unexpected issue with my keyboard and whatgeek has sent a new keyboard which I’m greatful about, they have otherwise really nice products so I will lol forward to shopping with them again.
