Ik wil graag mijn positieve ervaring delen met Clementine Carlier en het bedrijf Wex. Wex is een uitstekend bedrijf dat brandstofpassen, laadpassen en aanverwante oplossingen aanbiedt voor bedrijven. Het is een betrouwbare partner die goed begrijpt wat mobiliteit betekent in een zakelijke context.

Wat mijn contactpersoon Clementine Carlier betreft: zij is een absolute aanwinst voor het bedrijf. Haar enthousiasme werkt aanstekelijk, en ze weet op een prettige, klantgerichte manier met mensen om te gaan. Het is duidelijk dat ze passie heeft voor haar werk en oprecht betrokken is bij de behoeften van haar klanten. Ze luistert goed, biedt passende oplossingen en neemt de tijd om zaken helder uit te leggen.

De combinatie van het professionele karakter van Wex en de persoonlijke benadering van Clementine maakt het hele proces soepel en aangenaam. Ik zou niet aarzelen om Wex aan te bevelen aan andere bedrijven, en dat komt voor een groot deel door de uitstekende ervaring die ik met Clementine heb gehad.

Our Esso Wex account manager Haaris provides us great service in regards to competitive fuel prices compare to other fuel companies. Haaris regularly check prices and make sure that we always get lower price than other competitors so that we can keep withdrawing maximum fuel for my construction fleet.

Our account manager for the last few years has been Haaris.
He is a dymanic individual who always calls us and checks how our pricing is.
He is always on hand with any troubleshooting issues like ordering new fuels cards or unwarranted charges or sorting out any refunds. He is an approachable guy and a credit to WEX - he is easily contactable and knows what to do in any situation

Wex as a company had really started to drop the ball and were quite frankly taking the micky on pricing, i made my thoughts known to customer services and within 24 hours had been assigned the lovely Zuzanna to take over as my account manager, i cant speak highly enough of her - she calls once a week to have a chat , not just about pricing either, shes always cheery and chatty, and genuinely cannot do enough to help when needed. Put simply, if she goes to work for shell, i'll be applying for a shell card!
