Devo dire che in molti anni di lavoro con le carte aziendali, poche volte mi è capitato tanta professionalità e disponibilità di persone che neanche conosci, noi come imec service srl abbiamo la fortuna di essere seguiti puntualmente, e non solo quando ci sono problemi..... dalla dott.ssa Annarosa Pomponio, veramente molto efficiente e professionale, ma anche molto empatica nei momenti in cui non riesco a capire il portale, lei mi aiuta sempre, mentre altri gestori, si lavano le mani una volta che hai firmato il contratto. Complimenti alla Esso per avere questa risorsa nel suo staff.

Ik heb een tankpas aangevraagd via dit bedrijf. Na een aantal dagen heb ik me bedacht en annuleerde de bestelling. Inmiddels was er €18.15 van mijn rekening geïncasseerd. Dat kan, maar vervolgens wacht ik nu al twee(!!!) maanden op datzelfde €18.15! Ik zou absoluut geen zaken met dit bedrijf wilen doen. Twee maanden wachten om je geld terug te krijgen...Ongekend en asociaal vind ik dat

We are having a great experience with our fuel card supplier. The service provided has been seamless, and Haaris, our account manager, has been great by keeping in touch. His regular follow-ups and proactive support helps us to manage our account much easier. It's refreshing to deal with someone so professional and attentive. Highly recommend!
