Comprehensive range of bolts, which are easy to identify on the web site. Ordering process was straightforward and confirmation of the order and its dispatch were promptly notified. It took just over 24 hours from placing the order to being in receipt of the items ordered. Clear documentation including a sales receipt. Excellent service.

Terrible customer services …
Ordered then find out most of it is out of stock via email I asked can send out what they have said yes but
They wanted to charge me another delivery charge
Lady on the phone said I should have done 2 orders 1 for the stuff out of stock and another for the what's in stock always blame the customer that's great customer service
The website never shows what not in stock clearly they just don't care

It's the fact you won't send out what you have in-stock for free and when I brought the items the website said everything in-stock otherwise would not have brought from you that time
By the time you had confirmed the refund I already had received the items from somewhere else
It's taken you this long to reply

The total stock count is always shown for each item prior to purchase. We are aware you have bought from us multiple times and bought items not in stock before. We provide live stock counts for each item on the website, but if you are still not sure or need them in a specific time frame we would always advise calling our customer service team prior to placing an order.

Precision screws
The screws are to the exact specifications on the website; they are well made. There were polite updates on my order with quick delivery. Best of all, there is no minimum order so I didn't have to buy a lot of screws when I only needed 10. I also like the detailed measurements of each screw on their website, this helped me to get the exact screw that I was looking for. I will definitely use them again.
