Wellfit has done everything, standing behind their product as promised. The customer service team (Aurora) was attentive and communicative throughout to get resolution for our concerns. Please hold the shipping company to a higher standard to ensure the product arrives to the consumer as Wellfit intended it to. Wellfit is a great company.

Before purchasing the online chat support team helped me select the right treadmill for me. Delivery was on time. I had reported an issue with the treadmill and the customer support team did their best to address the issue. I am completely satisfied with the solution and their customer support. They certainly value their customers.

I needed a treadmill/walking pad to stay more active at 76, here in upstate NY, since walking the school track isn't feasible for about 6 months a year! I did my research over a few weeks and decided on Wellfit and I'm very glad I did! I didn't want to spend a fortune if it wasn't something I wouldn't keep up with, and the price was right for the cute little number I chose! Even less with a discount! Easy to set up... couple of screws and some belt oil and off I went! I love it... prefect for what I need! Hope it lasts me a long time! I like this company so much I'm thinking of purchasing my son and daughter in law one for Christmas! Thank you, Wellfit!

I was looking for a trademill to purchase and the wellfit caught my eyes. The machine is strong and I felt like I am running on a pro machine like the one I use in gym. My full family loves it.

I purchased the TM015-Foldable Incline Treadmill With Side Rails and was very pleased with its performance during the first few months. The treadmill is sturdy, easy to fold, and the side rails provide extra stability, which I really appreciated.

After about four months of regular use, the motor unfortunately failed. While this was disappointing, I was extremely impressed with the customer service and technical support team. I reached out to them, and they responded quickly, professionally, and with genuine concern for resolving the issue. The process was smooth, and they made sure I was taken care of without unnecessary delays.

Mistakes and malfunctions can happen with any product, but the way a company handles them makes all the difference. In this case, the excellent customer support turned a frustrating situation into a positive experience. I feel confident continuing to use this treadmill knowing the company stands behind its product.

Not so to WELLFIT but do to FedEx messed up with delivery and WELLFIT company instantly investigated and is now replacing my treadmill. Kept me informed every step of the way and everything. Thank yall for everything

Great purchase and fast delivery. Fits well in house and was an easy set up. Makes it convenient to get a great workout at home anytime I want. Bluetooth is awesome feature.

Good product that I have used for 4 months (3-6 days per week, 3-5 miles per day. Great size for me (I am 5’3”, 135 pounds)and easy to move if needed. It did develop an electrical problem that we could not fix at home. They are replacing my machine.

I found it easy to install and it worked fine , unfortunately it broke down after about 2 months. However their response was very prompt and I was offered a replacement immediately.

We love our treadmill. It is lightweight and easy to move. We lost the safety key and needed a replacement. I reached out to customer service via their online chat feature and had a replacement ordered within minutes! Their customer service was efficient and speedy! Great job Well Fit!

So I was loud about my problem so I have to be even LOUDER when it’s made right!

I received my replacement treadmill (TM024) in record time, less than 3 days.

Due to the previous experience I plug it in soon as I took it out the box to make sure it was working & it did!

Installation was a bit easier this time & I was able to do my first 30 minute walk.

I was in the market for a treadmill for my 86yr old mother. I needed simple, sturdy, and dependable with a good warranty. I asked so many questions of WELLFIT customer service and they always answered promptly. They replied to chats on the website, emails, and phone calls. They also replied promptly on the Amazon store site. After about 60hrs research of every treadmill on the market, I chose WELLFIT. The treadmill was delivered in a timely manner, box in great shape. It took about an hour for a not-so-handy handyman to put it together. My mother loves her new treadmill. She feels stable and safe while walking. So glad I went with WELLFIT.

My wife and I ordered a treadmill from wellfit. When the unit arrived there was damage to the belt. Wellfit worked with us to correct the problem and had a new unit shipped to us the next day! We are very pleased with the customer service.
