Wer billig kauft, der bekommt auch billig.
Da wird sich auch durch Bewertungen nichts ändern,
wird sowieso nicht veröffentlicht.

I love my TM007 treadmill and use it 6 days a week. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is because the pictures on their website are fake and very misleading, the treadmills are a lot smaller than they look in those photos. PLEASE do your research and find video reviews to get a better idea of the true size. Luckily, I do not use the handrails because they are too low and not adjustable on the one I have. Other than that, it is a great budget friendly treadmill. Support is also responsive and helpful.

Ordered a treadmill and found out after that they won’t refund if opened, that their motors aren’t actually brushless, and that the model I bought doesn’t actually have the incline indicated on the product page.

No 24/7 chat as indicated on their site, so I emailed. Not only did they say “you can see the sticker that says ‘brushless’ and that verifies it” but they admitted what I ordered does not have the advertised incline. Offered me a discount not to cancel.

To cancel before shipping, they charge a 5% fee.

I will upgrade this rating if I am refunded in full, because customer service did respond quickly.

I was told on ordering that my treadmill would be delivered by Yodel, Evri or Fed Ex, so I was looking out in my emails for communication from them. None arrived!
I was away from home when I received a random text from a company called XDP about delivery of my consignment. After checking the order number I found it to be my treadmill. I signed digitally for the item and sent the QR code they sent me to my mother as I was told this had to be scanned at delivery.
At this point I also realised I had some emails from them in my spam box. I had not read them as I had no idea who they were, I was not expecting anything to be delivered through them, and there are often similar emails which are scams.
I rushed home to find my elderly disabled mother on the bottom floor of our flats, in floods of tears. She had answered the intercom and expected the item to be brought upstairs. Instead, the driver buzzed again and said it was on the ground floor.she said she was very elderly and asked how she would get it up two flights of stairs. There was no response, he just left, having partially blocked the entrance doorway.My mother had tried a few neighbours for help, but being holiday season, many are away.
By luck, my neighbour's son arrived to visit and helped me upstairs, though being a pensioner myself I was of little help and have suffered considerable bruising.
When I ordered they said delivery by Fed Ex, Evri or Yodel, and there was no mention that they would not deliver to the house. However, after putting in a complaint to them,they have changed the info on the website! Luckily I had photographed the info on the site at the time of ordering so still have that! However, this left an elderly,disabled lady in a terribly upsetting position. Had this information been given to me I would NEVER have ordered from them. They did not even do me the courtesy of responding to me!
Before ordering with them, please ask them for the most up to date delivery info.

No customer service, no delivery, had to charge back on credit card.

So many mixed reviews about this company. In my experience, there was good and not so good. Isn't that true of all businesses? My biggest complaint is that I wasn't able to get someone on the phone when I had an issue. I re-read the website and noted that their hours are "GMT+8" which means they are overseas, not in Nevada as claimed. That was confirmed when I started emailing them and the responses came in the middle of the night. They were very responsive, though, and I was happy about that.

I wasn't happy with one aspect of the treadmill and wanted to return it. They tried to discourage me from returning it due to the cost of returning a large, heavy item, and tried to offer alternatives. I get all of that, but it wasn't going to work for me. I felt that the product was very well made. I was impressed with the quality right out of the box. They are one of the few budget walking pad treadmill companies that have a 3.0 hp motor in a product at that price point. My only complaint is that the handrails were much too low for me (I'm only 5'8") and they could not be adjusted. A friend of mine that is shorter tried it too and they were too low for her as well. I'm not sure who they had in mind when designing it, but it definitely wasn't for an average height American!

There was a lot of back and forth via email, but ultimately they honored the "30 day free returns" as advertised on their website. In part I believe that they agreed to the return because I purchased it through Amazon. I think it would have been a much harder fight if I had purchased it directly from them. The only advantage to buying direct is to save sales tax. I think the cost of sales tax is worth the peace of mind.

I bought a TM037 about a year ago, after major back surgery, to get active again. It was such a great purchase. I bought another one today for my sister as we're going on a trip in a year and I want her to be walking and ready to enjoy herself. I highly recommend this company and their treadmills. I contacted customer service today to ask a question before purchasing hers and they were very responsive and helped me. Great experience.

Buyer beware: the wellfit warranty only covers the motor for 180 days and the company will not repair or replace the motor if it malfunctions after the 180 days. The company offers a 2 year warranty on all the other parts of the treadmill except the motor which is the most important part of the treadmill. The motor went on my wellfit machine and now i am stuck with a treadmill that won't work. I contacted the company several times and they refuse to repair or replace the machine because i had the machine 201 days. If you are planning to purchase from wellfit contact their customer service dept first to discuss what is covered under the warranty before you purchase from them.

Extremely disappointing experience with WELLFIT. I would caution anyone considering purchasing from this company to carefully review the product details and return process before buying.

I purchased a treadmill for $754.96 on 6/10/2026. The treadmill was advertised as being convenient for small spaces, with claims such as “Small Office & Home Friendly,” “Can Be Stored Vertically,” and included a “Folded Size.” The advertising gave the impression that the treadmill could easily fold away for storage. After purchasing, I discovered that achieving the advertised storage setup requires taking parts apart rather than simply folding it down for everyday storage. This was not clearly explained and was a major reason the product did not work for me.

I contacted WELLFIT the same day I purchased it, before it was delivered, explaining the issue and requesting to return it. Instead of simply helping me process the return, they repeatedly tried to convince me to keep the treadmill.

I requested return instructions multiple times (6/10, 6/11, 6/12, 6/14, and 6/16). Rather than providing clear return instructions, they offered me increasing amounts of money to keep a product I repeatedly told them I could not use:

* First offer: $30 refund to keep it
* Second offer: $50 refund and suggested I gift it or sell it secondhand
* Third offer: $150 refund after I clearly stated I was not keeping it

I never asked for a discount. I asked to return an unused product.

I also found their return policy confusing and concerning. The website stated a 5% restocking fee, but customer service told me I would be charged 15% to return it.

To avoid any claims that the treadmill was damaged or used, I even arranged for the package to be held rather than delivered so it would remain unopened in the original packaging.

My experience was that WELLFIT made the return process unnecessarily difficult, provided inconsistent return information, and repeatedly tried to convince me to keep a product instead of honoring my request to return it.

I would not purchase from this company again and recommend that other customers be very cautious before ordering.

Love the treadmill I got it makes it easier for me to get in my steps an so easy to operate an to store.

Impossible to log on to the UK website, it wont open in safari or chrome which rings very loud alarm bells.

I am thrilled with my new Wellfit Treadmill, Model TM034. It was easy to assemble and is excellent quality. I especially love the pink color. The customer service team responded to my concerns and questions very quickly and professionally. I had researched many brands for hours and hours and am so happy I decided on Wellfit. Thank you Wellfit!

Cheap product, even worse customer service. This is one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. This company sells cheap, faulty equipment and then doesn't promptly stand by their product to make it right. For months I have been trying to get a refund or a replacement on a defective, brand new treadmill and after almost 2 months of being ignored, then treated poorly, we are no closer to settling this matter. I WOULDN'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN.

Wellfit sent me a treadmill that broke with in less than 90 days of purchase with little use. I jumped through hoops to get a replacement and after a solid month of pleading they sent me a replacement....that NEVER arrived. FedEx claims Wellfit didn't put correct mailing information on it so it was lost in transit, and they closed the case. Wellfit treadmill now refuses to replace the treadmill, stating they "already tried" and now they want to offer me a refund that doesn't even cover the cost of the Wellfit treadmill. Plus they asked me to change my Trust Pilot review to a favorable one. I JUST WANT THE TREADMILL I PAID FOR!!!!!!!

Ordered and paid more for a 45" TM007 and receiver a 43" treadmill that I could have purchased from Amazon for $70 less. They offered me $50 for my inconvenience not even enough to cover the price difference. When I said no I want to return it, then they agreed to match the Amazon price and offered me nothing for the disappointment and agitation they caused me dealing with them. Too bad they used a bait and switch tactic to get you to purchase from them directly. All communications were via email with hour wait time between each with no human communication and you receive rude AI summaries of comunication stating that you are complaining about receiving the incorrect item not that the sent the wrong item. At one point they stated they would "give me $50 after I wrote a review". The company customer service is not nice and makes you feel like you are car shopping to correct the price but the treadmill seems nice for walking, I am not a runner. The handles are lower than I would like and I would have purchased the 43" with adjustable handles if I had not been baited into this one with the potential of a longer belt.

Warranty Coverage - We had an issue with our walking pad not working. Customer service responded within 24 hours with a few questions and easily reached a resolution that I was very satisfied with!

I recently had a issue with my TM010. Although I was dissapointed with the issue. Customer service (Karen) was great in trying to help it get resolved. Thank you!

I ordered the Wellfit TM002 and I loved it from the start. It has a manual 10% incline which adds to the intensity of the work out. When paired with the app there are preset workouts and challenges you can participate in. I personally enjoyed that I could make a customized workout with speed and time in the intervals I wanted. I like to walk while watching my favorite shows and the Wellfit treadmill has been a perfect fit for me.

We were very pleased with the treadmill. It worked great and both my husband and I used it pretty much daily.

We had an issue with the motor not working at one point and WELLFIT was very responsive to our request for warranty resolution. They were very easy to work with and our issue was quickly resolved. i would recommend WELLFIT treadmills.
