Commande passée le 2/1, reçue le 24... il ne faut pas être pressé mais par rapport Aux autres avis, j’ai eu beaucoup de chance ! Super tarif sur un siege auto (une centaine d’eu De moins) . Je précise que je les ai contactés par email juste après avoir passé commande et j’ai eu un retour.

Non existent customer service
I made an order for a carseat on 3 Jan. The delivery time was listed 10-15 days. This has now been exceeded.
Twice I have emailed, both directly and through the site, to get an update but I have heard nothing back.
Very bad customer service.
Perhaps here I will get a reply???

Edito2: el paquete ha llegado, pero El soporte de la cabeza parece tener uso. O ha sido una mala impresion de la pegatina. Si me dejan subir una fotografia se lo muestro. Añado las 2 estrellas.
Edito3: el producto ha llegado, pero hablar con la empresa de compra o intentar ver que tiene errores de impresion el producto, pareciendo de segunda mano. Añado las 3 estrellas por el precio del producto.

Where are my tractors? No response via customer service email. No response from PayPal. Just let me know if my tractors are coming!
EDIT: 23 December 2019. Thank you for providing a tracking reference after 30 days; unfortunately the reference is incorrect and so I still cannot track the order. Fortunately, as 30 days have elapsed, I am able to cancel the order immediately. I have emailed Paypal and dpd group in the hope that I can refuse delivery and therefore not deal with this useless company's returns policy.

I’ve just ordered a John Deere gator…
I’ve just ordered a John Deere gator from this company and emailed them to ask would it arrive before Christmas.. I then found this page and my heart sank. There are people on here waiting weeks and haven’t received their orders yet.. I have no chance! Am I better to cancel (if I can?)

Tried to cancel my order one hour after I placed it, sent multiple emails, messages etc - all to no response. To be fair the gator did actually arrive, just a shame that it was 10 days after Santa had been. (Had to go out and buy another in case this one didn’t arrive - just as well we did.) Now going to try and sell this one on eBay - daren’t send it back as worried will never see a refund!

I ordered a John Deere tractor 3 weeks ago and despite a 10-15 day delivery timescale I have yet to receive it. I have raised a query 43367 nearly a week ago and it has not been responded to. I have put 2 further queries through and nothing. Communication is diabolical and would not recommend this company.
I will now be raising a dispute through my card provider.
I have now received my delivery but my tractor is damaged plastic broken. What do I need to do to get replacement pieces?

Ordered a Peg Perego 12v ride on John Deere Tractor on 17th November, this is a Christmas present for my very excited 3 year old who is desperate for one of these. Money was taken straight away and I have not heard anything since.
I have sent a direct email, 2 messages through chat option and have 3 live tickets open awaiting response, that it says I will get a response from within 24 hours. Ooh 6 days since the first one.
I have spoken to my card company and they will open claim on the 2nd of December which is Monday if I have not got full responses and delivery information etc by then.
Won't be using this company again.

Poor Customer Service getting worse
Ordered a car seat base on 25 October, and have not heard anything since they took my money. I have emailed, used the chat function on the site, opened a customer service ticket all to no avail. I’m giving them a bad review here since this looks like the only some have gotten a response from them. I have repeatedly asked for shipping confirmation, or tracking information, and all I have received is silence. I’m understanding about long shipping times to the US, but I would like to see confirmation that they have actually shipped my item and not stolen my money.
The order number is 15958.
I would advise anyone thinking about purchasing from this retailer to think carefully before sending them money. The bad reviews outnumber the good, and my experience has been terrible. I am very close to filing a dispute to have my money returned.
I’ve asked several times now for updates on the shipment with no response. I’ve asked for them to cancel the order and issue a full refund with no response. They left us with no option but to file a dispute through our credit card to get our money back. Amazing that companies still operate this way.
I would advise everyone to never do business with this company, it will end badly for you.

I wish I saw these reviews before my purchase. I bought a carseat on the 25/10/19...since then I have heard nothing. I sent a question in regards to the tracking number, nothing, niente. I am stuck in the house with the baby, cant drive anywhere.

EDIT 3: I finally received my carseat last week (over month and half of waiting) after passing the case to PayPal. I ordered the item from their website only because of the colour which was not available in the country I live in... they sent the wrong one... this company is a JOKE

Ok so this review is in 3 parts, the good the bad and the ugly!
So I wanted the Cosatto Posy Port car seat, I have the pushchair but no one in UK or in fact the world it seems has this except this seller....that’s part of the good bit also when they do send out the goods it’s by DPD and you can track it.
The bad....after ordering I sent a million emails, used the online support, rang the number I found on Facebook...nothing...I’d paid my money and hadn’t heard a thing....This was going on a week and I’m not one to mess about!
The ugly...I had to raise an PayPal dispute and escalate it before I had any contact with anyone....even then it was just to say it would be here soon....PayPal sent the tracking but I had to figure out who and what the number was as it didn’t tell me, my iPhone said it was fedex but turned out to be Italian DPD and the shipping number rather than the tracking.
Now I have finally received my car seat to go with everything, it was beautifully packaged and as I said when I had tracking it was great.
LISTEN UP WELCOME MR BABY....you have a well built website, good products so why don’t you stop giving yourself a bad name and answer calls and emails! Don’t make the buyer get irate and give bad feedback or go through PayPal.
Customer service isn’t hard or expensive to send yourself on a course.
Now below my review are loads of other people desperate for their items and tracking.
Deal with them and try and raise your profile!
2 on trust pilot is awful and so is 85% on eBay.
Come on you can do better for your customers!!!

Okay, I have ordered a $890 stroller. The website says 15 days shipping date to USA, but today is 7th week, and the product is not arrived yet.
I will move to a different country on July 18th 2019 (after 6 days), and I highly doubt that this product will arrive by that date. Which means, I will not have it or it will be returned to the shipper or something.
I had to file a PayPal claim after 4 weeks of purchase, and PayPal got me some tracking numbers from them. The tracking number is not even updated since July 7. According to it the package is still waiting in Milan, Italy. Today is July 12.
Customer service is terrible. They do not pick up the phone and they barely ever respond to emails with short and meaningless responses which doesn't even answer to my question. It takes them several days to respond to your emails. Or simple no response to many of emails.
I have also created a support ticket on their website, several weeks ago, no-one even bothered responding to them.
This website follows the "Art of how NOT to do a business". So many things are wrong, and I am wondering right now how they are even in the business.
And I am wondering why on earth I didn't check these review from other people before placing my $890 order.
If my order does not come by July 18, 2019. I am going to request a money back. A full refund, including the shipping fees. If refund doesn't process within a few days, I will report this company as a fraught and will get my money back with my Bank's help.
If my order comes by July 18, 2019 I might forgive some of their sins and update my review maybe. Maybe!
Just in case the business owner wants to check my order, here is the invoice number is: 15361. But I highly doubt he/she will even bother.
People, stay away from this site. Please take my advice, and do not order anything from them.

You are a joke. I am not holding you accountable for my trip, I am holding you accountable for the promise you made, which you were supposed to deliver the item to me in two weeks. Today is 7th week, and I don't have the item yet. That is what I am holding you accountable for!!! And the package didn't even leave the Europe yet, and customs are only relevant when the item arrives to US border. And you have given me the tracking number only and only PayPal came after you. I got the tracking number from PayPal, not from you! And sender is not responsible for the customs, correct, but you are responsible to ship the item as soon as possible. Not after 6 weeks of the order date. For the world to watch, here is the tracking number. Order was on May 17, 2019, and the first shipping activity is on July 7, 2019. You pretty much shipped my item only after 50 days. My trip was planned before I order the stroller, and it was two months ahead of my trip. In two months, orders arrive even from Mars! Yet alone it is only from Europe.
