They took £500 of my money, I waited 4.5 months on delivery with no communication and any response to my several emails was vague and irrelevant.
PRODUCT COMPLETELY DAMAGED on arrival and won’t respond now.

I wrote 3 times asking one question, but no answer. I paid 465$! Please advise, when you will ship my order #17802? I read on your web site that delivery to USA takes 10 days. PLEASE PROVIDE TRACKING NUMBER.

I placed an order on MAY 12 but they never shipped the product. Contacted many times and found that they sold product which was out of stock. On July 15 they sent a notification that additional payment is required for shipping of 975 euro. Looks like they have perfect scheme of accepting orders, wait 3 months, then tell people that shipping increased, cancel the order and take CANCELATION fee. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!!! THIS IS SCAM

This company is a total scam. They take your money and DO NOT SHIP product. After 2 months, you will find that this product is out of stock!!! This is the worst company. On top of that they do not refund money so you will need to dispute it

Buenas tardes, compré un tractor el 9 de junio, a fecha de hoy no sabemos nada. Estoy mandado mails diarios y no contestan. Alguien sabe que medidas legales se puede hacer?? Me siento engañado y estafado

Nos ha llegado el tractor!! Mi hijo está de lo más contento, todo bien aunque han tardado 3 meses en enviarlo. Creo que sí hubiera comunicación de la empresa hasta el cliente sería todo mucho mejor

Do not place an order with this company..

The website looks correct you place your order they say 7 to 10 days for order to be processed, then you will here nothing. You contact them many times with no response, when finally you get a response they say we hope you noticed the item is out of stock, even though there was no mention or information regarding this on the order page.
I was concerned after checking the company out online after placing my order unfortunately, i realised they had ripped off many people, I immediately cancelled my order which was within 14 days of ordering, to receive a 15% cancellation fee.
So they pretend to have an item, you order they inform you eventually after hounding them that they don't have it, you decide to cancel and they charge you for not having the item. please do not order from this company they are thieves.
Their response to this is you should have read the terms and conditions, which is just a very handy loop hole for them to take your money for doing absolutely nothing other than be a company with terrible business practices.
If you're not making it clear to the consumer at the point of purchase that the item is out of stock, allowing them to order then ignore them, then on cancellation because you do not have the item charge the consumer, you're just a bunch of thieves in my book..

He reclamado y pedido el reembolso y tampoco contestan obviamente!

Stay well clear!! Once placing an order you will spend countless weeks chasing it up.
If you are lucky enough to be able to pressure them into a refund you will only receive 85% back of the value of the product you ordered. (Due to their terms and conditions)
It's a very deliberate tactic to use a loop hole to steal your money without prosecution or being shut down.
You will not receive an invoice or any notifications of shipping. This will prompt you to become nervous and tirelessly make an effort to get in touch with these crooks and cancel your order leaving them with a 15% profit of the transaction value.
I honestly believe from my first hand experience and reading reviews all over the web that they have no intention of ever supplying you with a product.
Be very weary also of a few of the other websites that come up on the Google adds section from which you swipe side to side.
After checking these guys reviews out it appears a very similar scam is taking place. I would not be surprised to discover if they are connected or indeed the same people.
In my case I was trying to buy a John Deere 12v Gator for my 4 year old son.
These thief's broke his little heart.

Don't buy anything from these rip-off merchants!
They advertise that their products are available but then when it takes weeks and nothing arrives you are told that it was advertised as 'out of stock'.
In our case this was a total lie and the product was shown as available.
After weeks of arguing for them to cancel the order, being told it is on it's way, will be here next week, they will then deduct 10 or 15% from your refund when they eventually relent.
I think this company only make money by charging cancellation fees - do they actually sell anything.....?!!

Order 17336 Made on the 25th of May 2020 with no reply. However, No order shows on my account. Request for shipping information a few times by email. No reply at all. If still no reply and not item show up by next Friday, i will have to call paypal for refund. Please reply my email.

My order 16902. trying to be patient....my second post for you on this order and nothing has improved! You appear to blame your customers and more recently Covid19, the latter is understandable, but many of your reviews predate Covid 19!
In fact 80% of your reviews are Average or below, with 70% only 1 STAR BAD.
Stop blaming everything else and look to yourselves to improve your service and communication skills!!!

I was worried when I first made an order with this company due to the reviews but I’ve had such a good positive experience with this company I ordered a pram in April and received it in perfect condition well packaged all in good time, delivery times are taking longer than usual but that’s due to covid19 which is completely understandable as it’s slowed everything down, every time I sent a question via the ticketing system on the website Leonardo niro came back to quickly keeping me updated on my order and reassuring me he also emailed me as soon as my order was despatched and I was provided with the tracking number as soon as I asked so I was able to follow my parcel until it arrived, my experience with this company has been brilliant and the customer service has been brilliant thank you so much for my pram and for all your help I’m very happy and would definitely order from you again in the future.

I ordered a playhouse on the 21/4/'20 from this seller. Order No. 16816. I have found it next to impossible to make contact. They have answered a few emails. The thing is they took the order the Paypal payment on the 21 April even though they did not have stock of the playhouse as I have since found out. Up to a few days ago they still are waiting to hear from their distributor when they might be getting in the house and how soon I might be receiving my order. This is crazy a month has gone bye and I have no answers. I have asked for a refund, but have not being contacted since. It is a disgrace. They say on their website delays due to Covid 19. Why take an order and the payment when you don't even have the product in stock. It is a disgrace. Hoping they might answer this review as most of my other messages are being ignored. They say on website answer within 24 hours. Buyers be ware. This playhouse was to be a gift for my Gran daughters birthday, she asks every day when is her gift coming, very disappointed child.

I purchased a john deere toy for my son and was absolutely thrilled with the product. Easy to assemble. We couldn't have found it in the UK! The website is very nice and clear, the price very good. They respected the times for shipping even in this emergency period. Absolutely recommended!

Do not and I repeat do not buy a thing of this website/seller. Absolute Conn artists. Still fighting to get a refund and getting absolutely no correspondence what so ever. Wish we had read the reviews first before purchasing. They take your money with absolutely no intention of sending your purchased item.

Having placed and paid for my order on the 26th April and accepting the difficult times we are in, it is disappointing that I have not heard anything about my order. I have sent two polite emails, but no reply or acknowledgement!
Subject to receiving a satisfactory outcome, I will amend this review appropriately.

With respect to your inappropriate reply, my only request was for an acknowledgment of my order and subsequent emails (yet unanswered).
I realise that the times are extraordinarily difficult, but your negative reviews from others, pre-date the current crisis.

Hace 1 semana me dijisteis que el lunes 27 de abril recibiría el pedido y no es así. Es 1 de mayo hoy y todavía no lo tengo. No tengo datos sobre la empresa de transportes ni el número de seguimiento. Sigo igual, con problemas para contactar con vosotros y no obtener respuesta.

Sigo sin estar contenta con el servicio ya que me han enviado una silla que yo no he pedido, un modelo erróneo. La he devuelto y encima tengo que pagar los portes a Italia. Definitivamente, no quiero saber nada. Espero que la gestión de la devolución del dinero no se demore tanto como la entrega. Un saludo

Hola de nuevo, es 26 de mayo y aún NO me han reembolsado el dinero de la silla que les devolví. La recibieron la semana pasada y por mucho que lo intento no consigo contactar con ellos . Les he preguntado si necesitan algún dato para tramitarlo y nada, sin respuestas. Si no recibo el dinero de regreso en unos días los denunciare a la policia. Estoy muy harta y cansada con ellos!!

un `ordine il 10/01/2020 alla ditta„ La Nouva Culla del Bimbo Srl I ”. Il 13/01/2020 ho gia` fatto il pagamento di 1109, 90 € nel conto IT04W0326822300052650475760 per l’acquisto di un passeggino „Classica Jacquard By Inglesina”.

Când aveți pagato, Voi are ordinate il passeggino alla ditta productrice în Inghilterra, dar `due giorni piu`` tardi aveți l`` anulare a ordinului passeggino.

Il passeggino gia` pagato, doveva ajunge la 20 de zile lavorativi, dar `non e`` arrivato neanche fino il giorno di oggi, 24/02/2020.

Ați făcut o telefonă cu producția de producție (INGLESINA), că mi-au comunicat că le mandano il passeggino soltanto, atunci când veți greși transferul de bani verso loro.

Il passeggino gia` pagato, doveva arrivare entro 20 giorni lavorativi, pero` non e`` arrivato neanche fino il giorno di oggi, 29/02/2020.

Ho fatto una telefonata con la ditta produttrice (INGLESINA) che mi hanno comunicato che loro mandano il passeggino soltanto quando voi fatte il trasferimento dei soldi verso loro.

Per tutto questo, se non ricevero` entro 24 ore da voi una mail dove si fa vedere che avete fatto il pagamento di 1109,90 € verso Inglesina e la loro conferma di ricevimento dei soldi, per il numero di ordine 16314, prendero` I provvedimenti per farvi causa e anche faro`una denuncia ala protezione dei consumatori per riavere I miei soldi.

Vi faccio sapere che in conformita` con diritto di receso, abbiamo anche il diritto di restituire il prodotto aquistato entro 14 giorni da quando verra` consegnato.

Secondo la normative europea sui diritti dei consumatori, posso usare come un contratto fra di noi,la mail che Lei mi ha mandato dove avete confermato il nostro pagamento del passeggino.
