Nous avons commandé une poussette pendant le temps des fêtes , la livraison à été un peu plus longue que prévue , mais nous avons bien reçu la poussette. Elle est comme indiquée, rien à redire sur l’article. Le seul petit problème, j’ai du écrire pour avoir mon numéro de suivi de l’article . J’ai écris deux fois avant d’avoir une réponse. Sinon rien à redire.

Edit. Finally after several replies from them saying just wait a few more days or it’s stuck at the border rubbish , I requested a refund after waiting 53 days with still no clear idea if when I may receive my item.
7 days later they processed a refund but kept 7 percent of the money I paid.
I will never ever use this company nor will I encourage anyone else to.
They clearly make a lot of money from not supplying goods but keeping a percentage of all orders cancelled.
They’ve even disabled Facebook reviews as so many people were having the same problem as I was.
Absolutely disgraceful people.

I ordered a side car stroller. Showed as delivery 7-10 days. I placed the order. Money was taken immediately. I then waited.
No feedback from where my order was. I messaged them and got a reply that the item was not in stock and that it would be arriving within a few days and would be shipped once in.
I have since messaged multiple times. Requested a delivery date from their supplier.
Requested any kind of feedback.
After 14 messages I’ve had a few generic messages back and still no answer as to when I will get my item. It’s now been 25 days. After reading their reviews I wish I had never ordered through them.
Appalling customer service. Not truthful with delivery times nor if items are a actually available when order is placed.
Do not buy off this site if you expect the item during their advertised delivery dates.
Fantastic experience
Fantastic experience. A Bloom highchair delivered in a satisfactory timeframe and at a reasonable cost. They even offered me free shipping, which I was not expecting. I particularly appreciated the nice answers I received through webchat, that made me overcome initial hesitations in ordering a product from a different country. 5 stars for me!

Vuelvo a editar: la única respuesta que he tenido por parte de la empresa es por aquí, ya que he mandado correos a la dirección que ponen y nada.... si, yo pedí la batería 12v 12ah y en lugar de eso me mandaron la bateri 12v 9ah me gustaría me dieran una solución ya.
Edito: después de recibir mi pedido 1 mes tarde, me envían un producto diferente al que yo pedí, más barato, ahora a esperar a que contesten y que den alguna solución, aunque no creo que me la den. Devolveré el pago en el banco. No pienso pedir nada de esta tienda!!

No issues with my order
I was a little nervous having read the previous negative reviews but noticed that a lot of them have been replied to by the store.
I placed my order and it did take a lot longer than expected to arrive in Australia. I contacted customer service a few times and always received a reply when I queried about my order.
My order finally arrived and was what I ordered and in excellent condition. I would not hesitate to order from them again.

How else would I describe my purchase experience other than perfect? I bought this great Peg Perego tide-on toy, a replica of a John Deere tractor, and these people were able to pull out a miracle, despite Brexit, despite COVID-19, despite the situation at the UK border in the past few days...the vehicle was delivered to my son yesterday! One day before Christmas! You all should have seen his eyes when the delivery man rang at out door with this huge package at his feet. It is impossible to show my gratitude because one thing is to create expectations, another is to deliver them. Very happy mum...by the way, my son made me recharge the battery four times already since last night...please give me a break...

J'avais beaucoup de craintes suite aux nombreux avis négatifs sur welcomemrbaby, j'ai fait l'achat d'une assise de poussette, c'était inscrit que la livraison serait effectuée après 4 jours, il en a fallu 5 mais c'est les fêtes de noël... Je précise que j'ai payé par paypal, qui me paraissait plus sûr. Le matériel livré correspondait en tous points à la description faite. Je suis donc enchanté.

I have recently purchased a Peg Perego twin buggy complete with car seat and some accessories. I found the company very professional and most importantly proactive in taking care of any doubt or queries I had to ask while ordering and before receiving the goods. Actually, they made two separate shipments (buggy first, immediately available, accessories later) without any extra shipping charge. I can easily recommend the website and the company. Very easy to talk to and to reach, perfect customer service, and we are very happy with the products! TOP!

The only number I have reference my order is from a screen shot taken at the time of order confirming my payment - 18188.
I emailed you to ask about delivery times to the USA as I had ordered a Silver Cross Sleepover. After a few days you eventually emailed back ( the automated reply said 24 hours) to state it was out of stock. I then emailed asking when it will be in stock as it is needed fairly soon. No reply. Today I checked my bank statement to see you have taken my money - £1372. How dare you take my money before you have shipped the item ,or even have it in stock- this is wrong on every level. I have raised it with my bank and we will be attempting to claim a FULL refund. I have cancelled my order and expect a FULL refund as you have breeched the conditions not me by not having an item in stock but taking payment. I shouldn't have even been able to order it if it wasn't in stock!! An absolute DISGRACE and judging from the comments/reviews you need to be shut down as a company. Let's see how long it takes you to respond on here!!

I’ve bought an Inglesina trio silk grey. The purchase went as it should and within one month I’ve received my product. I’ve found shipping time very fair and the delivery very detailed, I was able to track the parcel any time I needed and apply changes following my needs. This trio is absolutely stunning in terms of quality I strongly recommend, Inglesina is an unbeatable brand!
Overall my experience with Welcome Mr. Baby was good, I didn’t have issues at all and Mr. Niro helped me troughout the transaction efficiently and professionally.

Products not in stock/delayed shipping
This company is taking orders without having the goods in stock. It then orders the goods and does not know the lead time from the manufacturer at the time you place your order. For example, when ordering on 10 May it stated on the website that it’ll be be shipped same day and delivered in 2-4 days When I followed up it was not in stock.
You will notice from all reviews on trust pilot that they provide tracking numbers eventually, but these are provided about 2-3 months after the order is placed as they haven’t had the stock to ship until that point.
I followed up on numerous occasions and eventually cancelled my order. Please not that as they are in the EU they can’t charge a cancellation fee if they haven’t provided you with the goods within 30 days, they are obliged to refund you in full.
In my case, order placed on 10 May. Requested cancellation on 5 occasions from 15 June (after waiting 30 days) and up until 8 July as it was a gift and I had to source elsewhere. They shipped it on 10 July where I had to refuse delivery as I had to source elsewhere. The company then got in touch as they were “confused” as to why I refused delivery.
I would advise anyone that waits or waited more than 30 days for delivery to use EU consumer rights to get a refund as they shouldn’t be charging a cancellation fee if they can’t fulfil the order.
Please also note, the company did not refund me, I initiated a chargeback with my credit card company stating all details of what happened. Ensure to keep correspondence with the company so you have backup, but don’t expect them to provide a refund or have the items in stock for their stated delivery times.
I requested delivery dates on numerous occasions and couldn’t get a delivery date hence why I cancelled the order
Please search for shoppers rights on the europa website for more details on your rights
I also understand delayed items due to COVID however the history of bad reviews on here shows this is an ongoing issue

Hi there I have placed a order for a pram system on the 07/10/2020 that I have payed £702 for but since I have payed for it all I have seen is bad reviews, it says it will be delivered within 7-10 days it has been 9 days and I have not received a tracking number or the item itself I have tried emailing this company about my order 5 times and have not had a reply since. I want to know what is happening with my order as it says on my order history it is processed and complete and the order comments say to be shipped shortly but I am worried I am not going to receive my item as I have no tracking number or no reply’s from this company with my emails. Please could you reply to this message or email me back so I know what is going on with my order please.

Realize mi pedido el día 11, después de leer las opiniones sobre esta empresa y al ver que no recibía ninguna actualización de mi pedido en 10 días (según el tiempo de entrega que tienen en su web), desconfíe de esta tienda. La comunicación con ellos siempre fue buena y hoy me comunican que mi pedido esta en camino.
Pienso que deberían de actualizar los tiempos de entrega de la web y mejorar la comunicación con respecto a los pedidos.
Viendo la fiabilidad, volvería a comprar.

Overall good experience, but please answer emails!
Received the package in US within one month, which is very good given that the official stroller companies don't send to US at all due to the pandemic. One wheel of the stroller is damaged, but looks like it is a factory defect. Waiting for Welcomemrbaby! to answer about a replacement. If Welcomemrbaby! would answer emails within at least 48 hours, I'd give 5 star rating.
Previous review: Placed order 17826 two weeks ago. They emailed with the confirmation that the order will be delivered the next week. Trying to reach them now to obtain a tracking number with no success. They stopped answering emails and phone calls.
