I have to start by saying that I find the company structure a little confusing, as We Fit Any Furniture appears to be the parent company, with My Fitted Bedroom and My Fitted Kitchen operating as separate brands or divisions. However, whatever the structure, my experience with the business has been overwhelmingly positive from start to finish.

I first approached the company in March 2026 to design and install fitted furniture in two bedrooms. I worked with Hayley, who was absolutely fantastic throughout the process. She listened carefully to what I wanted, produced excellent designs, and was always patient and responsive when I requested amendments. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and design revisions were turned around very quickly. The finance options were also extremely attractive, as I was able to pay part of the cost using a 0% APR finance arrangement.

The installation of the bedroom furniture was smooth and remarkably efficient, taking only two days. Ben Jenks and his colleague were professional, hardworking and highly skilled. Most importantly, they left the house exceptionally clean at the end of each day. The quality of both the furniture and the installation exceeded my expectations.

I was so impressed with the experience that, in August 2026, I returned to the company for a much larger project: a bespoke media wall and library in my living room, as well as an entirely new kitchen. For the living room project, I worked again with Hayley, who once again did an excellent job. For the kitchen, I worked with Steve, who designed exactly what I had in mind and suggested a superb quartz worktop option that really elevated the final design.

The surveyor for both projects was Stuart, whose professionalism, attention to detail and technical expertise were outstanding. Ben returned to install the living room furniture and delivered another excellent installation. The company does not provide kitchen fitters, so I relied on my own fitter for the kitchen installation; however, Stuart was incredibly helpful and made himself available to provide technical support over the phone whenever required.

No project is ever entirely free from minor issues. In my case, there were some delays with the delivery of a fridge door and some other drawers in the kitchen, and a couple of living-room doors arrived damaged. However, these issues were handled very well. Stuart, together with Chris, Tammy and the wider team, dealt with everything promptly, professionally and without any unnecessary hassle.

The final result has transformed my home. The quality of the furniture is excellent, the design process was enjoyable, the installation was first class, and the prices were highly competitive. The availability of 0% APR finance for part of the project made a significant difference as well.

I am so pleased with the service that I have already recommended the company to a friend. That is probably the strongest endorsement I can give. I would happily use We Fit Any Furniture again (but I do not have other rooms to refurbish, and I also don't have much money left!) and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for fitted furniture or a bespoke kitchen. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We first used Mr Bobby to design our bedroom wardrobes and were so impressed that we chose him again for our living room and under-stairs storage. He is professional, reliable and really takes the time to understand exactly what we want. His designs are stylish, practical and make excellent use of the available space. Mr Bobby also offers great advice while always listening to our ideas and preferences. The whole process has been smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. Choosing him for a second time speaks for itself, and we would happily recommend Mr Bobby to anyone looking for quality fitted furniture and excellent service.

Extremely disappointing quality and customer service

I am extremely disappointed with both the build quality of the fitted wardrobes and the way We Fit Any Furniture have dealt with the problems.

The wardrobes have developed serious issues with the hinges failing and doors actually falling off, which is completely unacceptable for fitted furniture, particularly given the price you would expect to pay for a product of this nature.

What is even more disappointing is the response from We Fit Any Furniture when I contacted them. I have a 10-year guarantee provided in writing, yet rather than taking responsibility and addressing the issue, I was told that the guarantee no longer applies because the property has since changed ownership.

From a customer's perspective, this is incredibly frustrating. The guarantee is written on paper and states the terms of the guarantee, yet the company appears unwilling to honour it simply because the original purchaser has moved house.

Regardless of the contractual position, I would have expected a reputable company to at least properly investigate the failure of their furniture rather than immediately dismissing the issue.

Poor build quality, failed hinges, doors falling off, and extremely disappointing after-sales service. I would think very carefully before purchasing fitted furniture from this company.

Bobby came to do the design for our two bedrooms. He was very thorough in explaining the design, taking measurements and making sure we were happy with the details and decisions made. Once we finalised our plans we were able to proceed with the project. We were very happy to work with Bobby on the designs.

This company has been a let down supposed to have a delivery and fitting today, delivery done but no fitting and my bedroom is in a dangerous state and apparently has to stay like this all weekend till Monday I am fuming

Wardrobes were still not fitted on the Monday been a mixup with what was required apparently I didn’t ask for the old to be taken out, Company agreed to do this free of charge and to take all rubbish away as a good will gesture which I agreed too, finally the fitting was done but ran out of materials now waiting to be completed have to agree they look very nice but disappointed of all the upheaval still ongoing on 18/08/2026

Just want my wardrobes completed and this Company out of my house and get back to normal, it’s been a nightmare don’t blame fitters they have done a brilliant job customer service rubbish.

Very poor customer service. We had fitted cupboards put in and had problems with access as gap between the cupboard and wall in front is so small that a normal sized person could not access them. No response from emails. I was promised on anumber of occasions that a manager would call me back I'm still waiting. Avoid this company!!

5 star experience from Design to Survey then installation.
Marks design works brilliant , both bedrooms look amazing, one taking in an office section which looks fab given the tight space constraints. Mark even popped in on his days off off to make changes for us and at the last minute we added on another whole wall to fit
out and the Team pulled out all the stops to get both rooms fitted together.
Kev was our fitter , what a wonderful polite considerate fitter , what a worker never stopped from 7.30 am till late , neat professional workmanship we are so happy with both bedrooms they are perfect.
Kev was flexible and met our required deadline , we are so grateful to him for working around things for us.
Well done to all the Wefitanyfurniture Team thank you so much we are so pleased with the quality staff and quality bedroom furniture.

I would give less than one if I could. Having gone from Hammonds to this company has been the biggest mistake. Poor customer service, safety issues and cupboards that are not fit for purpose. We have tried calling and emailing but nothing. Avoid!!

Whoever is going to use these guys be careful as the warranty they use is load of crap. Really bad customer service they will get you to do finance etc once fitted that it you will be forgotten. I’ve called them to do a job last year still havnt come and sorted my problem. Never again will use this useless company.

Second time using them. Was wanting a third room doing, but will look elsewhere. Poor organisation with the fitters and lack of email reply after installation shows lack of professionalism.

I cannot fault this company for their customer care, from design through to fitting. Bobby was polite and efficient, offered great design ideas and fully respected the changes we wanted to make. Communication was clear throughout and everything ran smoothly.

Glen the designer was lovely and listened to what I was after and tweaked the plans to make sure everything looked good for my daughters study. Gary the surveyor then came out and said the plans had to be changed as there wasn't enough support for a corner desk. Not sure how the corner desk was then meant to work? Ian came out to fit, he quickly realised the design Gary had done didn't work and that we needed an additional cupboard, he quickly got this resolved so that it didn't delay the completion which I am very grateful for. Ian has fitted me 2 rooms before and I would highly recommend. Study looks great now its finished.

I have had an excellent designing experience with Derric Phiri, who gave excellent suggestions and was endlessly accommodating to the changes and managed to fit into my desired budget.
Sadly, my flat purchase didn't materialise, so I had to give up on installation, but the company was extremely responsive, easy to communicate with and offers a returnable deposit before the production commences. The measuring appointment with Sufyaan was well organised and one could see the sample of the doors and the finish, as well as the chosen colours in person.
I wlll gladly go back, once I find the right property.

Karl, the surveyor plus the fitters, John and Paul did an amazing job! It was worth it! My new fitted wardrobes look classy. I am finally happy with my bedroom.

We have just had 4 rooms completed by we fit any furniture and our fitter Andy. The process has been smooth and easy. Andy was brilliant and made the whole process easy. He was extremely friendly, very professional and super helpful. No job was too big or too small. I’d highly recommend him. B243095

We did a lot of research on fitted bedroom companies before we decided upon Wefitanyfurniture including visiting their Stockpost showroom which we found useful. We had fitted bedroom wardrobes from them in January 2025. We are ultimately happy with the quality of the furniture that has been fitted and if we could we'd give 5 stars for Kevin the fitter who worked very hard over 2 days.

Bob was our designer and was patient with all the questions I raised to ensure that the configuraion would provide us with more space and not less than we currently had. We had to pay a separate fee for a survey after the design stage to confirm the initial  measurements taken by the designer before the materials are manufactured, The surveyor incorrectly measured the main wall and so when Kevin came to fit the chest of drawers they finished over a double socket and the remaining wall was less than anticipated so what we'd planned to put there wasn't possible (and wasn't possible elsewhere in the room due to limited layout). Fortunately, we reached a compromise to reduce the socket to a single one and Kevin was able to do this work so the job could be completed on time. There was also an imperfection with one of the wardrobe doors which was subsequently replaced 4 months later.   We managed to obtain a refund of the survey cost as it was inaccurate. This took some chasing and it is fair to say that once the money was paid and furniture was fitted that the company weren't forthcoming in contacting us or sorting out the issue which has teinted our experience.

So to summarise, our experience with the company was mixed and hence the 3 stars.

Abysmal After Sales- Zero Stars

Since 3rd April 2025, I have been trying to get a sliding wardrobe door repaired. The 10 year guarantee means I pay £75 for the visit to repair the castor.

I requested for this to be done prior to 23rd April- they failed. Now I am trying to nail down a repair appoint date in June; They refuse and I am informed by Bruce Clarke that "... Unfortunately, we can not offer you a date at this current time due to it being 6 weeks away. " One would think- booking a repair appointment to ensure I am available is the smart thing to do.

Wefit- Once they have your money- they simply DO NOT CARE about after sales.

My advice- CAVEAT EMPTOR- DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Fantastic Company - highly recommend.
From start to finish they were brilliant. From the first visit to the actual fitter coming to fit and install our dressing room ( which is a complex shape and tricky) all the people involved were professional and courteous and experienced. They kept us informed constantly. The finished job is wonderful and exactly what we wanted.
