I don't think I was believed when I complained about salmon flavoured lick-e-lix packed in chicken containers and outer box, as it took quite a while before they even understood what I was saying. Sent us lollies to compensate, which our cat doesn't really even like. Still finding salmon ones in new ones just purchased.

Discount?
Was supposed to get a discount which never was honoured. Complained and told that it could only be used once. Fair enough but within 5 minutes of receiving it I put in an order and used the discount code, wasn't honoured. Put in a complaint and received an underwhelming response saying it was a once only discount but to try again next time. Up until this I was happy with Webbox but this soured my opinion.

We understand how frustrating it must have been to receive a discount code and then find that it wasn’t applied as expected when you placed your order, particularly as you attempted to use it shortly after receiving it. While promotional codes are limited to single use and subject to specific terms, we appreciate that this wasn’t your experience and that the outcome was disappointing.
We’re also sorry that our previous response did not fully address your concerns. That’s certainly not the level of service we aim to provide.

A Webbox disaster !!…
My final order with Webbox was a disaster.
Having regularly ordered knotted chews for our Labrador my last order was accepted and then when
I chased the delivery was told you were no longer supplying that product. Might have been better
customer service to tell me much earlier in the buying cycle. Very disappointed with this company.

Tasty dog treats.
I ordered some Chicken Chip and Sushi dog treats directly from Webbox. I ordered on Friday and the DPD tracking was still waiting on my parcel on the Wednesday. I sent Webbox an e-mail asking for an update. No reply has been given but DPD delivered the treats early afternoon (the tracking had still not updated). The quality and the value of the treats is good. I’m happy with the service but they should be replying to messages. Thank you.
