Delivery was all good. The Cat Soup is good, however in all honesty I do think the price is a bit too high.
The shops , ( when they have stock) all sell the Soup a lot cheaper than when I order directly from you.

Owner disgruntled cats happy
First off, I have been using Webbox for about 5 months and buying locally, kittens and now turning into cats love the stuff so decided to use the opportunity to save 15% and buy directly, the ordering process was straightforward and easy to do and the delivery was on time, however who knows what happened to the box it looked like it had been kicked all the way from your warehouse to me, the box was barely sealed and the packaging was coming out through a very large hole luckily everything was still there and although bashed about nothing was burst open, cats love it and that’s what matters so will continue to use Webbox might be one off but packing and courier issues this time round

Excellent service!
This is the second time I have ordered from Webbox and the service has been excellent both times. The first time, I arranged for my parcel to be delivered to a local store but my parcel went missing. When I contacted Customer Services, I was told by Megan that they had already been made aware of this and that another parcel was already on its way to be delivered to my address free of charge! I received it the very next day. Excellent service! Can't recommend them highly enough. And I have a very happy cat!

Only cat food that's grain free with no problems of a upset stomach, I prefer this brand so do my two calico girls ones 13 the younger one 21 months. They also have webbox cat treats and love the lix lix. Love the variety you can purchase.

My supermarket stopped selling the small dog meaty sticks and the dog crispies, the ones that look like Pringles. Didn't know Webbox did a delivery service but it was a great surprise. Order was easy to send and received a day later. These treats are my dog's favourite... Please, never discontinue them.

Hello Clive here the proud owner of one st Bernard and two nuffeys that love webbox and love it and great to see I can now go direct to manufacturers all was good with the product and delivery was also good the only one problem was one of the boxes looked like it had been half way round the country before it got to me lucky the contents were still in it apart from that the delivery was good and will be going back for more
