They are very unprofessional
They are very unprofessional, they tried to put my policy up a day after I purchased it and 2 weeks before it's start date. When I said NO they have taken it upon themselves to hold £40 back as I said I didn't want it. I didn't agree to adding almost a third extra. They are thieves.

Unfortunately, the information held on the Claims and Underwriting Exchange (CUE) database did not match the details provided when the policy was purchased. As a result, the insurer reassessed the risk and an additional premium was required to ensure the policy information was accurate and cover remained valid.
We appreciate that premium amendments can be frustrating, particularly before a policy has started. However, these adjustments are made in line with the information available to the insurer and are not applied arbitrarily.

Poor communication.
I couldn’t speak to anyone despite being asked to get in touch as a matter or urgency. Wasted 2 hours on chat. So cancelled my policy. I like to be able to speak to someone.
