I sent an email to the customer support team at Wave yesterday (sunday) as i couldnt find their sizing guide for fheir changing robes. I wasnt expecting to get an answer till Tuesday as its a bank holiday today so i was really pleased & surprised when i got up & saw the response from SOPHIE. Thanks again Sophie, i'll be placing my order today

Order Query Resolved Quickly
I had a query regarding my order. Esther was a huge help, updated me almost immediately with the status of my order and why the order had not been dispatched (1 item was out of stock). And quickly arranged for the other items dispatched with next day delivery, so that I could use my before the weekend. And the other item to be sent later once in stock again.

Terrible company ordered a product then…
Terrible company ordered a product then found out my partner had already purchased me one
From 7:30am.to 7:30pm at night i was speaking vis email to sophie and jade not one of them listened to me wanting to cancel order
Numerous emails asking me why i want to cancel ? Ive explained numerous times and 12 hours later still no refund or cancelation
Im starting to feel they have stats and they dont want to cancel as it would go against them luterally 12 houes ive been trying to cancel and even though sophie acknoledged i want to cancel still no cancelation now ive got jade emailing aaking me why also even though ive explained
Best of it is item isnt even dispatched ao please just CANCEL and refund and stop palming me off asking me to explain why.
If it continues im going to trading standards ive took evidence email screenshots

Went above and beyond to ensure I was happy
Delay in supply chain meant I wouldn’t get my new Wave Trailblazer single seater before my holiday, they went above and beyond to make sure one was delivered to me a week before I was due to go away.
Having received the kayak, I am impressed how good the build quality is and how stable it was in the waves in Torbay for my first day. Absolutely love this kayak.

I recently bought a Wave Tourer 3.0. The product is great. Well made, great graphics and nice to paddle. The Customer Support has been excellent. Both David and Sophie have been very responsive and helpful.

Bought a hopper for taking on holiday. Great fun for the kids, packs down small and only a couple of kg. Tom in customer support was really helpful with answering questions.

Great design and exceptional customer service
Customer service has been exceptional with constant updates to the progress of my order (Special mention should go to Antria for help and advice). As a first time purchaser of an inflatable kayak all email enquiries were responded to immediately offering advice and guidance.
Although I've just received the kayak and not had the opportunity to use it, I've been very impressed with the design and quality of the product. Very simple and straightforward to inflate as is the positioning of the seats and footrests. Deflation of the kayak is also very simple with the advantage of the supplied pump being able to operate in reverse to draw all the air out, making it simple to fold and package into the supplied holdall. This is large enough to store not only the kayak but also the paddles, pump, seats and foot rests too. Additionally, it's fitted with should straps and waist band for carrying.
Overall the is a well designed, great looking product that's backed up with excellent customer service.

I cannot recommend Wave highly enough! I recently ordered the Trailblazer 3.0, but realized after the fact that I had mistakenly selected the Blue version instead of the Camo.
I reached out to the team and had the pleasure of speaking with Henry and Antria, both of whom provided 10/10 customer care. Not only were they incredibly polite and professional, but they went above and beyond to fix my mistake. They arranged for a courier to collect the Blue unit covering the entire cost themselves and then shipped out the correct Camo model before the original had even arrived back at their warehouse.
The level of trust and proactive communication was fantastic. It’s rare to find a company that prioritises their customers to this extent.
I will be using again!

The customer service at Wave was very good - I interacted with many advisors (Esther, Milly, Henry and Sophie) pre-purchase (deciding which Kayak to chose) and post-purchase to resolve quieries, and they always replied in good time and were very helpful.
I ordered the 3 person Trailblazer Kayak and it seems to be made of high quality material and looks great 👍🏻. We still need to try it out in the water. There was an issue where the product was a bit different to what was online (one skeg instead of two) but I believe that was an admin error and the team helped resolve queries about this.

Great customer service
Had my new paddleboard come through but noticed the repair kit was missing the glue it mentions was included. I emailed customer support and straight away David got back to me and helped source a new one. Very happy with the speed and service and overall great paddleboard.
