Nathan Stevens has been incredibly helpful with our company’s IT issues. He successfully resolved an ongoing problem that several others had been unable to fix despite multiple attempts. Thanks to his expertise and persistence, I’ve been able to work from home smoothly without the usual stress, frustration, or risk of missing crucial deadlines. His support has made a huge difference and is genuinely appreciated.

I don't know where all these 5 stars are coming from because this is hands down the worst company I have ever had to deal with in my life.

Took them 2 months to reply to an email, did not support when our company phone lines dropped out and we had no phones for over 8 hours of trading.

The list is endless but honestly, do not believe the 5 stars, and avoid this company.

David McCree from Wavenet, I contacted directly due to his prior assistance with network issues. Within minutes, David successfully identified and resolved the problem, ensuring my devices were operational. I appreciate the prompt and efficient support provided.

Emus Omamogho was helpful, quick, and managed to set us up with the tech solution that we needed when we were under significant time constraints, working with editors in different time zones. He came through for us. He reduced what would have been a very long, extensive headache into three emails and an activation. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately I can't add 'Zero' stars.
The WORST company to deal with ever. Never answers the phone. They can't even contact Open Reach to do a line check on a failed internet connection. Our company internet has been down for 4 days and they have done nothing. At a cost of £10,000/hr to the business, they aren't interested. can't get through to support, don't answer tickets. just the worse.

Spoke with (Reece Frendo)who is really helpful and sorted out my headset issues really quickly.

Nathan was very helpful troubleshooting setting up Claude with Outlook in the UK, even though it seems less supported via Microsoft. It is very useful!

Duncan Hood was very helpful, it has been stressing me out for a while as it is my work phone but Duncan was happy to assist and problem was fixed.

Emus was extremely helpful in actioning a change in our direct debit details, ensuring a quick and painless process with the task resolved the same day. Great to have a responsive customer service phone line!
