I didn't want an overpriced and uninspiring variation of black/white/grey from Apple. I like that Wave is British, and started by 'normal' people, who are not primarily motivated by money.

Great customer service
I bought a case while sick so ordered the wrong one - the customer service was fantastic and I got the one I wanted really quickly afterwards. I’ve only just received the case, but so far I’m really happy with it!

Excellent case
Excellent case. Love the colour and the design and it fits and protects my phone perfectly. So great to know that this is recycled plastic and it is helping me do my bit to help reduce plastic pollution.

Best case I've bought!!
This is by far the best case I've ever bought for my phone. The fit is amazing! The feel of the case is different but I actually prefer it to others. The range of colours to choose from was excellent. It's lightweight and affordable compared to other case out there. I am very happy and will definitely come back again for more!

A brilliant company to deal with - and a fab product range
As a repeat customer, I ordered a case for a family member: it arrived promptly and wonderfully free of packaging excess. Unfortunately I'd ordered the wrong colour: Wavecase could not have been more helpful! A replacement was despatched immediately and arrived promptly and the new case is MUCH LOVED by its recipient.Thank you for a great product and textbook customer service!

Cute, durable case; fast international shipping
This case is absolutely adorable, and pretty durable, too! It fit my iPhone 12 perfectly. Also, the price was extremely enticing--compared to other sustainable brands here in the US, the price (even with shipping) still won out. I'll definitely be a returning customer.

Great service if things go wrong
The AirPods case I recently got, the top section slid off whilst I was out walking. Got in touch with Wave and they were happy to send a replacement which is great. Top notch service.

Amazing customer service and great case
The customer service at Wave is fabulous! I received a phone case as a present and needed it in a different size. I contacted Wave and Ross was so helpful, quick, and efficient in getting me a new case, free of charge! Such a great small business with a great ethos!
