I had been looking for so long for a proper non-plastic phone cover, and I love my new Wave case: the texture is really nice and has much better grip than a standard plastic case.
There was also a small hiccup with my order (I accidentally got the wrong type of iPhone case so it was a bit too big) but Ross replied super quickly and I received my correct case within 2 days. I will definitely be buying from here for future phone cases!

The case lets dust and sand in through the button slots in the case, which has caused extensive damage to the aluminium edge of my iPhone. When I contacted Wave to give feedback they suggested I should be taking the case off regularly to clean behind the case. I started to do this and now the case has loosened so the phone moves slightly. I have bought a new case to replace the Wave case.

I was sceptical at first buying one of these cases for my iPhone 13 pro. But it recently arrived in the mail and I’m absolutely delighted with it. The quality is superb And I’m really happy with my decision to buy a case from wave. Highly recommend

Nice quality phone cases and Fantastic service. I ordered a case for the wrong model by mistake, they responded very promptly on email and the whole thing sorted really quickly within a couple of days including receiving the replacement item!

I ordered cases for my wife's Google Pixel 6 and my iPhone 14 Pro which arrived the next day - a very nice surprise!
Both cases are of good quality and fit really well. They have a nice matte finish, and flecks through the colouring which are a nice touch. They feel good to hold with good grip provided by the matte finish. I can't comment on how well they'll protect the phones if dropped (and hopefully I'll not have to!) but they feel good and sturdy so wouldn't be something to worry about.

With the magsafe compatible case my iPhone wasn't charging via my Magsafe Charger (although it still snapped on nicely) so I got in touch with Wave, and Ross was very quick to respond and sent out a replacement (which works great) the very next day. Couldn't be happier with the service provided.

Really impressed by the cases, the delivery times and the overall customer service provided by Wave, especially Ross, who quickly resolved this for me.
I would highly recommend Wave to anyone looking for a new case for their phone, especially if looking for a stylish and sustainable/plastic-free alternative from the usual big brands. It's nice to see a company that really is doing their bit for the environment, so I'll not look past them if I ever need another phone case.

The matte grippy texture is exactly what I was looking for and I love the subtle flecks imparted by the wheat straw. The logo is understated and superior to a brand name engraved in block capitals. Although my phone hasn't been through an unscheduled drop test, the case feels up to the job. Also comes with the feelgood factor of supporting a small business. Cheers!

Absolutely amazing experience buying from Wave!! I ordered my case on Thursday evening, and it had arrived by Saturday! The packaging had no superfluous plastic like so many places do, and the case itself is amazing so far! Having only just received it, I can’t comment on longevity/wear and tear etc., but the feel of the case is ace, and the etched design and speckled colour are really very pretty!! I have been searching for a conscientious UK based phone case company since getting my new phone about half a year ago, but I’m so glad that I waited and found this company! They seem very mindful of how they run their business, and how it impacts the environment, and I’m really glad to no longer have to have plastics where they’re really not needed.

I ordered a MagSafe compatible case for my iPhone 15 Pro, but at the time I didn't have anything MagSafe to test it on. The case fit perfectly as expected having had one on my previous iPhone 13 Pro.

I then received a MagSafe charger for Christmas but unfortunately the case didn't perform as expected, slipping off and not charging.

I reached out to Wave and explained the situation, they quickly replied and noted that some early MagSafe cases weren't working as expected and would send a replacement out.

This came quickly and works perfectly, full stick and charging!

Will always be my go-to case for phones.

Why we love Wave Cases! This review is for my second Wave purchase. I repurchased after four years of abuse my iPhone 11 pro took, but no damage while protected with a Wave case. The cases are sturdy, recycled and stylish to boot.

Upgrading phones, I mistakingly purchased the regular, not the pro case. After contacting customer support via email, my man Ross helpfully responded within a few hours to say to send back the new case and email him the proof of posting. He would send the correct case immediately. This was two days before Christmas. The new case arrived the day after Boxing Day! Unfortunately, the case isn't sitting quite right against the phone line. Contacted Ross. No problem. "I'll send a new case straight away".

Bought a backpack from Wave - really like the concept of a renewable backpack. Unfortunately the product wasn't up to the standard I expected but once this was brought up I was issued an immediate refund and apology, great customer service experience.

The Wave team provided fast guidance on how to clean my case. They also offered generous replacement option when I emailed about needing a darker color case. The case I originally chose is of very high quality, fits my iphone 15 perfectly, and the wireless charging works well. No complaints for general, everyday use!

Excellent customer service when I accidentally ordered the wrong model. Superb communication with multiple emails from a real person (Ross) and the icing on the cake was sending out the replacement on proof of postage so my Christmas gift would arrive faster. Highly recommended.

Excellent experience. I’ve been using another brand of compostable cases for years now but due to cost of living went looking for a more affordable alternative. I found Wave and am so happy I did. I really like the quality and tactile feel of the case, even more than the more expensive brand I previously purchased.

I received my order super quickly, though unfortunately the wrong colour. I emailed them and they were speedy to respond. They sent out the correct colour and it arrived within 48 hours of my original email, with a returns label to post back the incorrect colour. I was really impressed with how efficient and easy they made it. Excellent customer service.

Amazing quality, tactile cases. The cases have a lovely matte feel to them, which is so much better than the shiny plastic tat elsewhere on the market. Customer service went above and beyond when I contacted them about the design of a case.

A wonderful company doing their bit to fight against the unnecessary use of toxic plastic. As someone who has a degree in product design engineering, I really really admire Wave's work to find alternative materials. I try not to buy any plastics as every part of their production and use is just so much worse than people previously imagined. I understand too that it’s difficult to find materials with the same properties as plastics for a comparable price, but am very impressed overall with Wave.

I originally purchased the white colour iPhone 13 Pro case. As this is textured, it did end up looking rather worn out quickly, and picked up noticeable wear within a few months. So I emailed Ross at Wave, who arranged a free replacement in a different colour. I chose Khaki, and am very impressed with this. The material is much smoother and more defined, so I am confident it'll keep looking fresher for longer. Thank you Wave for your products & brilliant customer service.
