Many choices of case colours and designs. Have purchased before and needed a new size. Arrived quickly good quality item.

Really good phone cases - much better than the branded ones and better for the environment.

It's been about six weeks since I ordered a case, and I was given a Royal Mail tracking number that never updated. A week after nothing had happened on the tracking page they supposedly sent another one and gave me a new tracking number, then another one two weeks after that, and then they've now asked me to confirm my address for a fourth shipment. That was four days ago and it's now been radio silence. Not that I think a fourth shipment would be likely to make any difference.

I ordered a phone case and screen protector. It's more than 3 weeks since I placed the order, and more than 2 weeks since I got an email saying the order was shipped and I have not received it. The tracking number they sent me doesn't work. I sent them an email roughly a week ago, and still haven't heard anything back. £50 completely down the drain. Not impressed at all.

You can tell it is made from crappy materials. Might as well get one from temu for 1/10th the price.

Ordered a phone case, took 12 days to arrive, was the wrong fit, and unable to return.

It's a great company trying to reduce plastic waste and I love the case I got for my last phone. But their customer service is aweful. I've been waiting over 10 days for a new case, the tracking number doesn't work, and their customer service hasn't been able to track it from their end.

Bought a few cases for each phone now and honestly they have all been brilliant.

I am constantly dropping my phone and have yet to have any damage to the phone or screen. Cant recommend enough.

And its nice knowing no plastic was used, in the making of the case.

I purchased it and have been using it for a while. So I have some thoughts after use:
1. If you’re buying a light coloured case: beware it gets dirty and difficult to clean. I have a bright yellow case which looks not great after like 4 months of use!
2. If you’re buying from the EU but not UK, please factor in some custom charges. I have to pay around 5€ on top because of the import.
3. The brand boasts about eco friendly cases and how it’s compostable but the website hardly has any information on how to compost it. The sustainability page just doesn’t speak of the phone cases which I wonder why! There should be more information.

Anyway all in all it does the job of a phone case well!

Received a full refund from customer service after reaching out and showing damage to my phone after using a case for a brand new phone.

I've amended to 3 starts as the damage is costly compared to the refund.

I have returned a backpack due to it being poor quality, funnily enough prior to returning the item I had great punctual responses from the team via Email, however since they have received the return (I sent it tracked); I am yet to have a response from any of the emails i have sent. I have also had no refund, although I have requested one, and they accepted it via email.

Great customer service. The hinge on my AirPods case failed after a year of hard use, and Wave replaced it without fuss. They clearly care about keeping customers happy. Great products and ethos.

Really like the eco credentials of this brand. Biodegradable material, and it's made in the UK (because what's the point of buying an 'eco' case when it has to be shipped across the world?).

Case fits fine, seems nice and tough, buttons are all nice and clicky, the protective lip for screen and camera seem deep enough. Great!

I brought a phone case and glass screen protector. I absolutely love the phone case, style and protection wise. I know it’s meant to be minimal waste, however the glass screen protector doesn’t come with any cleaning tools, which means there are bits of dust stopping it from sticking down in some areas.

I cannot recommend a product less. I purchased a pink and white Wave case. Both are completely ruined less than a month in. The sides of the case completely loose their colour and get a dirty look to them. Absolute trash. Don't waste your money.

I have spent quite some time looking for a sustainable phonecase for my iPhone SE 2022. After a while I found Wave Case and ordered a dark blue case etched with a turtle. It arrived looking exactly as advertised on the website and after 4 months it still looks as new. It fits my phone perfectly, has a nice feeling and is easy to clean. I've dropped my phone once or twice and it doesn't have a scratch (not my phone, nor my phonecase). Next time I will order here again.

I was looking for a more sustainable alternative to plastic phone cases, and was delighted to find Wave. I am now on my second case (unfortunately my previous phone was stolen or I'd have returned it for composting) and my partner has one too. The material is very sturdy and feels similar to plastic. The lip of the case is also well designed to prevent the screen from breaking if dropped. I received my order with 24 hours and I also appreciated the minimal packaging. I would definitely recommend.

I ordered the wave case and screen protector for iPhone 15.

The case came with the inner lining misaligned. The feel of the case also is flimsy. The holes for silent button, speakers and charging were very sloppy and aren’t as precise as you’d expect a premium phone case to be.

The screen protector also comes with no instruction, cleaning cloth or wipes and therefore any mistakes means you have to replace. Defeats the point of it being a sustainable choice.
