I didn't want an overpriced and uninspiring variation of black/white/grey from Apple. I like that Wave is British, and started by 'normal' people, who are not primarily motivated by money.

Beautiful, sturdy case and good for the environment
Beautiful, sturdy case and good for the environment. The case is well made and fits snugly to the phone. It looks very sleek and is hard to tell it is biodegradable. The material is great -- a little flexible but not bendy like silicone. The package shipped (to the U.S.) in good time, within 7 to 8 days with no issues whatsoever. I am very happy with this brand and will be suggesting it to my friends and close contacts! Thanks for creating a product to help us all cut down on our personal waste!

A little bit more circularity in my life.
Great to see what appears to be a suitable an alternative to plastic. It's not my first biodegradable phone case. The last one, made by one of your competitors, lasted about 12 months... I'm hoping my lovely blue Wave case will improve on that. Thanks for making my existence a little more circular.

Amazing case
Amazing case! I’m so happy with it! I was unsure before ordering online but I noticed a friend had the same style case. They said they were really happy with it & it had stood the test of time with general wear and tear and the occasional drop! I think the price is very reasonable compared to other cases. I would recommend to anyone and will always get this style/brand of case in future. It’s the perfect size, fits the phone perfectly. It’s is slimline but also feels solid. It’s easy to grip but with a nice feel to it and easily slips it my back pocket. I would recommend to anyone. 👍

iPhone 13 case: etched in pink
I’ve had my iPhone 13 case, at this point, for less than a week, but I’m, nonetheless, loving it! It’s beautiful, I’m very excited to have a sustainable case that also seems of very high quality. It fits my iPhone 13 great! I got it etched and think it’s adorable. I also got it in pink and the color is perfect! I’ve taken photos, but they will never do it justice. Summed up, I’m beyond satisfied with my purchase (and this is me being 100% honest). The only problem is I live in the US so it took some time to be delivered (which is to be fully expected (;) For reference, I live on the east coast (in New England haha) and it arrived in maybe two weeks? Anyway, it took a bit, but the wait was definitely worth it, and without question! Lastly, I wanted to add that I made a big mistake in failing to check all of my emails and therefore jumping to the conclusion that my order was not being shipped, and well… I sort of freaked out about that. Whoops ha…ha. That was 1000% my fault for not keeping track of my emails, and I truly apologize to Wave for that mistake. That was on me though, and I just wanted to point out to Wave that I screwed up and I’m really sorry about it. I want to fix things but I’m not sure how to do that. Well, I’m going to stop writing now, and hopefully I can resolve that issue.

This is highlighted on the website and was explained in our original email to you - apologies that this doesn't meet your expectations. It is worth mentioning that your case was only dispatched 4 working days ago - taking into consideration the Easter Bank Holiday weekend. That being said, it could be another 10 working days before it arrives with you in the US. As mentioned on the website and in our email to you, our standard timeframe is 10-15 working days for international shipping. Apologies again that this hasn't lived up to you expectations and if we can do anything at all to help please let us know!
