I got the collar but it was a small when i ordered a medium. I sent it back and waiting for it to be sent to me

The original color we selected was not available, the staff promptly notified us of our options and modified the order timely. The order arrived within a few days. The size is true to the measurement guide provided. When we remove the coat from our dog, she is nice and warm under the jacket. We are very happy with the purchase.

I want to rave about my wonderful experience ordering a down jacket for my dog. I thought I had measured her correctly but I hadn’t. And due to travels I was past the deadline in making an exchange but the customer support person i wrote to, who replied quickly to every email, not only let me but suggested a more likely size for my dog. She then expedited the exchange to arrive in just a couple of days. (It fits perfectly!!). All of our communications were not only helpful but there were kind human exchanges along the way. Lovely people. And I adore the coat. Perfect. A+

I was extremely pleased with the quality of your doggie jacket. Lightweight, well stitched, beautiful. Unfortunately, it was too small. Fortunately, I reached out to customer service. They were prompt and very cordial working with me and assured me they would make an exchange. This was after their requesting measurements to ensure proper fit. I was extremely impressed with their correspondence and fixing my issue.

I have a French Bulldog and clothes are hard to find because they have very broad chests and short bodies. This puffer vest fits perfectly. I was not happy with the zipper being on the underside….however, you keep it zipped and it slides over is head and goes on like a shirt without any issues.

Waiting is an excellent company with superior customer service. I got a World's Lightest Dog Vest/Jacket. It is beautiful and very well made and indeed, light as a feather. I ordered the wrong size since I had not yet picked up my dog from the dog shelter, but they were very accommodating in helping me return it. I would highly recommend this company for all your dog products.

I oriented the size after the size chart and measured my dog, the coat didn’t fit , when I sent an email to the company about returning the coat … never heard from them…that’s bad customer service. Also in regards to the coat, a zipper in the bottom/dogs belly is not practical at all !!!

Definitely lower quality than expected. Still a working leash but not worth the price. The design to loop your hand through and keep it on your wrist is convenient, but dog owners should be aware of when they use the feature as they won’t be able to quickly retract the leash back.

Such great, quality products (especially coats). I appreciate offering sizes for actual large dogs! It’s impossible to find coats for my german shepherd. Customer service is also incredible - strongly recommend!

I ordered 3 items on Nov 14, 2021. They let me know these would take a little longer to come. They charged my Mastercard. I contacted them on Nov 27 and said just send one of the 3 if they have it. Again I sent a message on Dec 4th asking them to cancel the order or just send the one thing. They have not responded to either message. My Mastercard does not reveal a phone number for them, but my agent did. On my mastercard they come up as Collarglobal and their # is 888-374-9497. The person answering speaks a foreign language and I got nowhere.

Very pretty dog leashes. They are really nice to the touch and well made. Would recommend but took a long time. Was worth the wait.

Have not received my product yet & have not been update on the progress of my shipment pretty disappointed!!!!

We love the coat. When it came, it was a little snug. So I contacted Waudog
and they instructed me to send it back with a shipping label that was sent.
We received another coat and it fits perfectly. Our dog walks with a little pep.
He knows he looks good.

We wish the zipper was on the top, though if you do not unzip entirely, you can slip it on easily. Also it would be nice to sew in a spot to bring up his ring to
attach his leash. We put his harness over his coat presently.

I tried to purchase a product earlier this month from Waudog. They charged me, but never sent the product. It is stuck in "label created" status for two weeks and customer service agents will not address this. I will start a fraud complaint tomorrow and encourage you to avoid this company. There are reams of complaints, it seems, and this company regularly neglects to send purchases.

I tried to return a jacket to Waudog. I liked it, but it didn’t fit my dog. Waudog wouldn’t send me a return label and blocked my emails requesting one. While I like their products, I would never buy from them again EVER. I was never impolite in my communications with them. Also, if you try to call their Customer Service number, no one picks up.

They have not sent me my order or even a tracking number. They told me my order must have been lost in the mail. After the last comment they will not reply to anymore. It's been 2 months. I'm pretty sure I'm just out the money because they are not taking care of anything. I would not recommend them for anything.

This jacket seems well made but is paper thin and will not keep our dog warm in any way. This was the most expensive jacket we’ve ever bought for her and unfortunately the most useless in terms of warmth.
It’s a pretty colour but that’s really it.
My first order was also lost so it took 2 months to receive it and now it’s too cold for her to even wear this one.
Customer service was great however and did their best to send out a replacement ASAP.
