We ordered the wrong size and Waudog was very helpful in helping us exchange the product!

I ordered the “Eco-Friendly Re-Cotton Leash For Dogs” size XXL for $22.95 (order was from Greece and was held up in customs 10 days where I had to pay an extra $16) and a couple of months later I received the same leash type but size XL that costs $17.95. So I did not get what I actually ordered and was cheated (by mistake i suppose) $5…

Amazing product and came fast. Only you sent me two when I ordered one.

Waudog has excellent customer service. Their follow up is like none I’ve ever had before. The quality of their products I have purchased are excellent. Unfortunately I have an active and destructive Lab puppy. One of the many products I purchased fid not survive but Waudog was very prompt in issuing a refund and suggesting another product that might suit my needs. They’re a great company!?

Purchased the Glamour collar and leash set for my dog because it was advertised as flourecent, neon pink. It was not. I reached out to customer service and while they have been very kind and professional, no one will except a return/refund for the items I purchased that are still in its original packaging. Not particularly happy.

Edit: After a little more communication, Waudog was willing to send a prepaid label and refund the purchase of the collar and leash. I am still out the $10 shipping to initially receive the item. Thanks

Everything went smoothly, products arrived in good shape and in a reasonable timespan, considering the distance. Will order again !

Product page doesn't show the product info well

The small was still too large for my dog, even when tightened as small as it could go... Wish they offered an extra small because the product is exactly as advertised and I wanted it to fit so bad!

I really appreciate the high quality of this dog collar

Lovely dog collar and leash. They are strong and well made.

Slick marketing, very attractive collar with black background & colorful design, looks great but overall quality & function are sub-par. No what we expected from an "NASA"-logo product.

XL nylon collar is adjustable but the snug fit loosens repeatedly every few minutes of walking/sniffing/gawking, allowing 'wiser' dogs to instantly wiggle the head & escape if they so choose.

Mine did but then just stands there grinning at me (mockingly) which is great because I became aware of a major fault with the Waudog NASA collar.

Had there been a racoon/rabbit/beaver, etc., doggie would have been gone. Now I check the fit before & often during walks as I await a sturdier collar with a reliable buckle & stronger material.

The buckle itself does not engender confidence that it will remain locked. It's a non-traditional design (hook-like ends) instead of the traditional, solid, snap buckle that locks in with a confident click. Our previous collar lasted 20+ years, passed down 2 large dogs after our first sweetheart passed away.

Also, not sure if there's an annual cost to the flimsy QR Code tag that comes attached. Overall a pretty collar but be careful, esp. with larger pets.

Iv been eyeing this leash for a while. When I finally went for it was I was so disappointed. It’s very pretty but not functional at all. It doesn’t retract easily and sometimes not at all without help. It’s A great idea but came up short. The customer service from this company is very great tho!!

I am so happy with my purchase. I ordered the round leather leash in red for my miniature poodle and the quality is A+++ I could not be happier. The customer service representative I worked with we so nice and knowledgeable. I will most definitely buy from Waudog again and have recommended them to my friends.

Thank you for your effort for me .
Every thing is very cute ,and I am so satisfied❗I hope we Japanese can buy your things more easily .
I pray for Ukraine.

The one piece of "clothing" my dog doesn't mind putting on!

This was a great company to order from as customer service was prompt and efficient. First time buyer and bought the wrong size vest for my dog- they immediately offered an exchange and it arrived to me probably before they got the return vest.
Also learned that this company has a Ukrainian base- it really makes me want to support them at this terrible time.

Excellent product quality. Very fast delivery.
