We had the pleasure of Marcus visiting us today, he was a cracking young man and so knowledgeable, friendly and patient explaining all the lovely goodies you supplied, we signed up straight away !

Arda from Watson's Pantry just knocked on the door and offered a deal that’s honestly a no-brainer: 20% off everything for 3 months, completely free delivery even on a single item, and no subscription tied to it. You can cancel or change orders whenever you want. He was really polite and professional, so it was impossible to say no.

I have just met the representative and signed up to Watsons pantry. Wow he is a credit to the company and I'm very excited for our first delivery.

Constant Log in issues with the website and online ordering. Inflexibility on having different options weekly so you have to cancel and set up different items each week. Stock issues without indicating alternatives, they just don’t send the item. They are not geared to providing a great service to customers. This is the Second chance I’ve given them but will no longer use them. Other less frustrating options in the market place.

Tried the service for 2 months and had no option but to cancel.
Queries and complaints seem to be ignored.
Within the first 2 months I haven't received items paid for, had numerous substituted items, incorrect items, damaged items and very warm milk suggesting deliveries may be late at night and not in the morning?
It's all about the basic service and sadly this was poor for a new customer.

Regular and trustworthy weekly delivery. However one glitch happened when I received once some milk whose consumption date was 4 or 5 days only. Only happened once though.

Don’t do the orange juice with them .
They promised fresh juice and delivered it once ina glass bottle but that was the only time . They thereafter started to deliver orange juice from concentrate in a plastic bottle and to make it worse they would sometimes drop the bottle outside without proper delivery . Quite poor the juice selection .

Inês Duarte was the nicest person to come to my door, so professional and kind, explained everything in detail and we had a thoroughly enjoyable time spent with her! She’s just fabulous!

Such a weird experience with a pushy salesman at the door.

I explained to the gentleman cold caller that I would be interested as I have previously looked into milk deliveries before. But even though I said I was working, he insisted that I get my phone and scan his QR code to place an order there and then (even though I said I want to do it later, so I can work out what I need and when). He continued adding milk to my basket on my phone and then proceeded to the checkout asking for my details. As soon as I said "no, I don't want to order right now on my doorstep" he instantly closed my internet tab on the phone and handed it back to me. When I questioned why he did this, he quickly explained that I am not able to do this without him being present as I "would not be able to get it linked to the street". Then he walked away very quickly, whilst I stood at my door with a puzzled face!

Was weird, I was all for looking at placing an order but this just sends alarm bells.

I'd advise avoiding this company, looking at the other reviews as well as my own experience!

Will be cancelling my orders. The Sales Rep David was actually a really nice guy and signed up on the spot because of this. This is not something we tend to do as signing up on the spot has led to disappointment- this being another example. First delivery was delivered in the bushes of my neighbours house - so no one knew it was there. This was milk and egg on 10.08 so nice and hot. This also took quite a while to resolve and my conducting door bell investigation. Second delivery again delivered to wrong address- which is quite surprising as our address is on the wall (door number and street name). The person who delivered did take a picture although they were clearly moving at tje time so quality was shocking. 3rd delivery we did get out items to our door yay! Eggs were fine.

The milk on the other hand. Once opened will go off quickly. Like 48 hours quickly. It won’t smell or curdle like you would expect. No. Just the awful taste of spoilt milk. Which is exactly what I don’t want to be feeding my toddlers who already have food adversions. There is no notification to say the delivery has been made. The prices are not cheaper than the shops and we’ve worked out that actually we are already buying items from the shops so adding milk and eggs to the list isn’t hard so this delivery is a little pointless. I thought it would be farmers milk but nope. Just expensive corner shop milk - which we would only opt for in total emergencies not regular deliveries

Guy told me I had to place an order there and then on the doorstep to get the 30% off. I thought, no worries, I'll edit the order later. The guy selected an apple juice and without my knowledge set it to recur every week. Immediately after placing the order I cancelled and had a confirmation to say it had been cancelled. I discovered the recurring order and couldn't find a way to cancel all at once, so manually went through and cancelled into sept. Yet the apple juice keeps arriving and I keep being charged, and I can't find any pending orders to cancel. I've now had three apple juices delivered despite doing everything I can to cancel, not helped by warnings that the site is a scammer's e-store. I wanted to buy milk, but I don't dare order any in case it becomes another endless order.
