I had a visit from the lovely…
I had a visit from the lovely Selam,this evening. She is so sweet and as I was already thinking of supporting my local farms it was so good to hear that I can have my milk, bread and eggs delivered to my door and on the delivery date, my things will be delivered before breakfast. I’m not very tech savvy and Selam was so helpful and the prices of the products are very good as well. So good for the incoming winter as I can’t always get out either. Take a chance if this lady calls, listen to what she has to say, it could be the best thing you do for yourself.

Broken login system (to be updated once resolved)
I tried to change my password and was locked out of my account. Neither the old nor the new password works, and the "Reset password" option never sends an email. I have recurring orders I cannot amend or stop, and no way to fix this myself.
Sorting this out has wasted a lot of my time. A login system that fails at basic password handling is not acceptable for a business taking recurring payments.
I have contacted the company, asked for my deliveries to stop, and asked for my account and personal data to be deleted. I will update this review once they have dealt with it properly, for better or worse.

Very nice salesman
Very nice salesman, Muhammed Ahmed. Super helpful and explained everything well.
With a big family, I like the idea of having this weekly delivery, especially from a local farm.

Door-to-door salesmen came to my house and tried to get me to scan a QR code and sign up on the spot. Very pushy and uncomfortable sales approach. Not interested in dealing with a company that markets itself this way.

Watsons Pantry - late delivery with a short shelf life
My first order from Watsons Pantry was due before 7am this morning. At 8.45 it was delivered by Milk & More.
My order of 2 litre milk delivered today 1st October has a sell by date of 2nd October.
I have cancelled all future orders.
UPDATE I have amended this to 3 stars because both companies have phoned me twice asking for details and apologising.

Had a really great experience with Arda from Watsons Pantry! He was super friendly and helpful when explaining the home delivery subscription and made the whole process really easy.
I also ordered some breakfast essentials like milk, eggs and juice, which was really convenient. Arda was very approachable and made everything feel effortless. Excellent customer service and a real credit to Watsons Pantry. Thank you, Arda!

bread milk and eggs - supermarket quality for premium price
I bought bread milk and eggs. I was expecting genuine farm quality stuff.. my dad has farm so I know how those things are supposed to taste.
Bread was disappointing - definitely not fresh, arrived not even soft, I'd say a bit stale
Milk advertised as straight from the cow - was alright
Eggs tasted just like your average supermarket eggs.
Overall - disappointing for the price. Back to driving to an actual farm to get those things
