I ordered a watch and paid for it on May 4. I Was told that it would be shipped and that I'd receive a tracking number. The watch was to arrive today so I stayed home to sign for it. Well, the watch never arrived, neither did the tracking number, and the the woman that I spoke to at Watch My Diamonds said that "...someone would get back to me during normal business hours". My response was that I am seriously considering the cancellation of this $5100.00 order due to such cavalier and extremely poor service. I will update my review with the rest of the story.

Daniel (Co-owner) called me this morning regarding my order. He profusely apologized and said that he couldn't access my order because it was in NYC and travel/access is restricted by order of the Governor due to COVID-19. He said that my order would ship as soon as he could access it and that he would update me with the tracking number when it did. He provided his personal cell phone number as well. I assured Daniel that I understood the dilemma but that I should have been kept informed. I look forward to getting my package.

My girlfriend Susan received her package today. Boy was she excited and thrilled. Thanks Daniel for going above and beyond the call of duty to make this happen. I love the watch I purchased. I had an issue with the size, but after contacting them, I returned the watch -- free FedEx label was sent -- and they added links. Received it back yesterday -- it's perfect! Daniel is awesome -- I'll definitely get my next (4th) Rolex here!
