My Rolex finally arrived today and the feedback was great from WMD. However delivery took quite long but it’s understandable around Christmas time but it’s all good. I’m happy how my Rolex turned out and doing the whole unboxing experience. Again very good customer service making sure you get what you’re looking for!

Hello, I'm asked for my opinion! I bought a watch according to the article number and pictures. What I got was another watch with damage. You just sent me something worse than what I wanted, I should send it back to you, they would repair it. I do not want to send the watch back because I am afraid it will do nothing and I stand there with empty hands. I have offered to have the watch repaired in Germany that was refused and no other way. Nothing just empty words I should send them back Now my question is why did I not get what I bought in Germany that is a scam !! I am disappointed how the good reviews come about, I don't understand

The BEST purchase I've made in AGES
The BEST purchase I've made in AGES. I would recommend Watch My Diamonds to everyone, and if I could hug my sales agent, Mary -- I WOULD! The level of care and support she provided is unmatched. I've never made a huge "big ticket" purchase as this, online or over the phone. Needless to say I had my anxiety about so many things and asked so many questions. Mary answered every question, provided documentation, and assured me that this purchase would be well worth it. When my watch was delivered, I even did an UNBOXING because I just wanted to commemorate the moment. It's even MORE beautiful in person. I've had Rolexes passed down to me but this was my first one just for ME!! The diamonds and customization -- heavenly. Everything I wanted, and everything I dreamed. I had it engraved as this was to be a gift from my recently passed father, so I'm super emotional about the purchase and cried when I saw the engraving. I had to get additional links for my watch and Mary sent them out immediately. She even provided suggestions for where to take the watch locally to have the links added. I've worn it twice since I received it and everyone who's seen it has given me a world of compliments. ESPECIALLY the jeweler who added my links. Mary's integrity and sense of calm is everything you'd wish to have in not just someone selling you something, but everything you'd wish for in A FRIEND. I'd be proud to call her anytime for anything. Thanks WMD and of course my new friend Mary for making this the most wonderful experience.
