Tara was exceptional from the moment I contacted her to the moment she submitted my claim. She was thorough and explained everything in detail. I cannot recommend her enough!

Recently bought a car (second hand), with a warranty by this company attached. Unfortunately I have had to claim twice in 5 months (disappointing) and each time made a claim due to the issues. On each occasion, whether by phone or email the service has been exemplary. The staff have been professional, prompt and helpful and the matters dealt with better than I expected according to the terms of the warranty. I cannot recommend this company and its service enough.

Jo and her team Kirsty especially deliver excellent service and make life so much simpler. They are all so friendly and welcoming making what is usually a chore a real delight. Would never go anywhere else

Tara and Robert were instrumental in getting my Golf booked in for repairs. It wasn't an easy process dealing with the main dealership and 1link, but through their perseverance and persistence, we got there in the end.

They were always friendly, approachable, and kept me updated on progress every step of the way. Communication was excellent throughout, and nothing was ever too much trouble.

Poor experience, bought a car through car hub Birmingham and this warranty was inbuilt to my purchase price, both company are awful in my experience, the faults on the car were numerous the warranty side tells you specifically to to get work quotes from a garage that charges less than 60£ pr hrs including vat then they pass it on to.. the garage you bought it from. And guess what the garage declined all work, pointless and always in their favour. Don't be fooled.

I have had the best experience with this company! We dealt with a lady called Tara and all I can say is she was so helpful, understanding and compassionate with the situation me and my husband were facing. She was honest which is sadly hard to find and with her help and guidance everything has run smoothly and I’ve definitely saved a lot of money. Tara is worth her weight in gold and I hope her company sees this.

Wow after our car breaking down en route to our holiday I wasn’t expecting a warranty claim to be so straight forward, how wrong I was!. Tara dealt with our claim and she was so prompt, so transparent and fantastic with communication, I’m genuinely stunned in this day and age at the stunning customer service! Thanks so so much!

I am delighted with the service I have received this week from Warranty Administration Services and particularly from Matthew Friel, Claims Advisor. Every stage of my claim was extremely well explained and processed. Matthew acted in the exact opposite of abject in the way in which Insurance claims tend to be treated. He communicated politely and efficiently with the Vehicle Service company, as well as with me, and worked quickly at each stage to take the claim to full approval on the same day. This is excellent professionalism for which I am very grateful.

Highly recommend WAS. Initial contact over the phone was super helpful and polite and Tara explained the process in great detail. Email communication was handed over to Robert, who is mega quick to respond and action. My rather expensive claim was dealt with quickly and without any resistance and so highly recommend.

Kirsty is extremely efficient at responding to every query. I am never kept waiting for a response, which is gladly appreciated.

I was late getting my quote in as I had sent it to the wrong email. Robert was so helpful and once I had gathered the info the money for my claim was in my bank account within half an hour. Excellent service.

Tara at Warranty Admin Services was wonderful. She was very helpful and friendly. Nothing was ever too much trouble and I feel she always went the extra mile to ensure a super smooth process. She helped make what could have been a stressful situation feel much more calm. She was very knowledgeable. In fact all staff were friendly and approachable but dealt mostly with Tara. Responses were speedy and clear.

Tara and Matt have been outstanding in helping me navigate how to make a claim on my warranty; how the process works and how I will get reimbursed.
