Fitter arrived at my home on time and did a very neat installation
However I am struggling to make the dash cam work I am clearly techno thick

Great service from local company. Whist I was purchasing online I was able to call up to check the fitting availability before finalising the purchase. The office was easy to locate just as I turned into industrial estate, and fitting of my purchase took place whilst I waited in waiting area. Once product installed, the technician gave me a run through of the product, ensuring I was happy with the device and if I had any questions. If I need a similar product on different vehicle I would certainly return to this company.

Fitted a Ghost 2 Immobiliser to our Ford Transit van. Booked everything online with great communication regarding fitting date, got it fitted at home (sorry can't remember fitters name). Fitter was great and explained how everything worked. Would definitely recommend.

Managed to get an appointment that suited me. Young lad called Reece installed front and cameras. He then went through down loading the app and showed me all i needed to know.

We found Carcomms (Cygnal) on google after our old dashcam stopped working. Ordering a new dashcam was easy and straightforward on their website and they booked us in on our requested date. The fitter came to our house, which was very convenient. He was very professional, friendly and did a fantastic job fitting the camera, hard wiring it to our car. We would 100% recommend this company to our friends.

Great job done at home on the drive - weather wasn't perfect either. This is the second installation I have had done and they provide a great service at a reasonable price. (Front and rear dashcam installed)

Had an immobiliser fitted with Cygnal and cannot fault my experience. Reece completed the install quickly, and taught me all I needed to know about it's operation before I headed out, safer in the knowledge that my car is protected.
