This is my 1st time doing a self guided walking holiday and using WalkwithWilliams company to facilitate this. From the offset, I found them extremely helpful and responsive with their communication, customising my trip for a solo female traveller and information sharing. Their itineray / information pack was very well collated and included all the essential resources to make my trip run smoothly. My varied accommodations were of a very good standard and further added to my overall expereince. This added to the very positive, enjoyable experience I had and would highly recommend anyone doing this particular walking route which requires a moderate fitness level given 1st few days involve some hilly sections and long mileage true to it's write up. It is a very scenic and beautiful 'Way' full of much very interesting historical / heritage linked with St Cuthbert etc and many varied geographical stunning scenic tranquil locations.
I would highly recommend doing this route for multiple reasons mentioned above and WalkwithWillams as an excellent organisation to facilitate this. I will be using them again for my future planned trips.

The hotels booked were lovely and comfortable with suggestions for evening meals all good too. The St Cuthberts Way walk took us through some beautiful countryside and the guide that Mark sent gave us had useful pieces of information.

Good communication. Great accommodation. Taxi services were excellent. Baggage moves were always on time.

We’re happy that we booked through Walk with Williams. They made everything so easy - even if we’d had the time to make the arrangements ourselves, we wouldn’t have known where to start. They also responded promptly and fully whenever we had a question, and it was clear that they really care.
Guesthouse quality was questionable at times, though this was due to room allocation by the guesthouses themselves, because our dog was with us (indeed, WwW did well to find dog friendly accommodation for us on all nights).
A really enjoyable walking holiday - we intend using WwW going forwards.

Accomodation was as expected, all were friendly and helpful .
Where transport was required these were all on time and also helpful.
No issues with luggage transportation which were always at our destination on arrival .
Slight confusion finding the penultimate B&B but have made a suggestion to owner for a slight change to her guide.

Everything went according to plan. Really well organized.

We had a very enjoyable 4 days walking the Peddars Way last week. Thank you to the Walks with Williams team, their fantastic personalised itinerary was faultless. 5*s for the accommodation chosen we all thoroughly enjoyed the 'curry night' at the king William iv at Sedeford on the final night.

Great walking holiday..
Variable B&B and some more details about the days walk would have been helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed the Norfolk walk and its diverse coastline.

Everything was very planned, well perpared and went well.

Matthew was great at communicating and listening to our concerns about travelling with our elderly father. He adapted the walk to suit our needs. He chose BnBs that were quaint and beautiful. His instructions and maps were brilliant. We were also able to communicate with him during our walk and he was very responsive. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone wishing to do a walking holiday.

My experience with Walk with Williams has been nothing but first class from the very first contact. I had a custom, self guided, trip put together for me. All of the connections were without fault, the accommodation was varied (pub, B&B and independent hotel), and on the trail were available. When accommodation was not available right on the trail, then pick up and drop off was organised.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Walk with Williams, and I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Matthew Williams created a personal itinerary that was perfect for us. the longest walk was only 6 miles and he arranged all the accommodation, transportation and baggage transfers. We walked from Hunstanton to Hopton-on-Sea. We had 3 nights in Hunstanton at the start of our walk - he arranged the pick up and drop off for each day. That was a very thoughtful and relaxed start to our ultimately 85 mile walk. He also reserved dinners when reservations were advised. Everything went like clockwork from his end. We had some minor hiccups locating the Acorn signs but Matthew was always just a phone call away. Matthew made our holiday memorable for all the right reasons. We could not have done it without his planning. I highly recommend booking a tour with walkwithwilliams.

The trip was well organized, all bookings were correct and we enjoyed every place we stayed. The communications were good and the weatherproof map was especially helpful. Our luggage was delivered as promised each day and a couple of the property owners noted how helpful the person delivering the luggage was - taking bags upstairs etc.

Excellent planning of our Ridgeway walk, including facilitating the addition late on of our Ukrainian guest who we invited to join us. Well chosen accommodation. Days of manageable walking for 2 octogenarians. Reliable taxis organised to take us to accommodation when not immediately available close to the route. Friendly and efficient organisation and being collected at the end by Matthew was much appreciated. Thank you

All along Mathew was very communicative and available for questions.
All the info was given before.
On time with best hotel experience.

A few things that made our walking with William an awesome experience:
1. Communication: Prior to our booking and after we had selected the trail matthew was available to any question we asked.
2. Professionalism: we felt in very good hands. Experienced "walkers" with spot on tips and advice.
3. Personal care: although the package was selected from an array of trails offered we felt it was tailored to our needs
4. The little things: they gave us maps and band aids!
5. Logistics: everything went smoothly with no issues. B&BS were perfect for us, transfers and taxis. they even controlled the weather! not a drop of rain in a week!
