Great salesman Thomas, explained all thoroughly.
Three engineers fitted the wire and small box and modem. Sam, simon and Christo were really great men, friendly and professional. They explained everything clearly and after speedy installation made sure I was happy and knew how to work and continue.
Amazing service, I now have 200 + download speed from a very slow 44.

Getting the deal i looked for was great, have been with Voneus previously so knew the prices were decent. The person who sorted it out for me Jack Raistrick was fantastic, patient and happy to help, A+++.

My call to Voneus turned out to be a positive experience because Adam, the technical customer operations specialist was prepared to be patient and persistent and clearly wanted to rectify the situation. He phoned me back a few times and was willing to go over the tasks required regarding the router in a clear and friendly manner. He made the problem seem manageable and was ultimately successful in sorting out the problem for which I'm very grateful!

A lady called Nokwanda was incredibly good! Great attitude, very polite, really kind, exceptionally patient and understanding, She really knows the product well so she could recognise and solve my problem. And on top of that she provided superb customer care. Voneus...you have a splendid lady here, look after her well and give her a bonus. Thanks Voneus, thanks Nokwanda.

Our house is not the easiest when it came to installation but the guys (Marcus & Simon) went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and tidy install and it being late in the day were aided by another team of guys (Gareth & James) which halved the time needed to complete the job. Frustrated and annoyed with technical issues i called the helpline where i was assisted by a lady called Andwisa. Andwisa was cheerful, charming and very competent. My mood lifted and technical issues were resolved. A shining example of customer service. Andwisa deserves a pay rise, fully expensed company car and two extra weeks paid holiday a year!
