Ordered on 27 May. On 29th JUNE email says shipment on the way. Still waiting.

The product is great in build and quality, the magnetic wireless charger hang model makes clear voice in both way communication.

One of the best magnetic chargers in the market at the moment. Very fast and effective. Great for people like myself who’s obsessed with an organised workspace.

This company is selling the cables of charging devices with a masking word. Why did I referring to when I bought this cable they said cable only but logically if you want to sell the cable the tip or the magnitude you assuming that is with it I just got it and we have the magnetic tip came I rode the company and they told me that they specifically wrote cable only how people will buy including myself something that you see in other companies that you pay the price for whatever is the cost for the cable and activities included so when you get these nasty surprise that you got it cable but another tip obviously they know already in advance that you going to be calling or you're going to be email them about the tip and now they want extra money or extra charge for it to me that's what masking don't do that to people because when you like to people or mask in the world so they will say legally oh well he says cable only but you know very well when people buy cables like that they know they assume that the tip is automatically come with it because how are you going to buy a cable that doesn't work or the tip is not come with it doesn't make any sense.

I contacted help with a shipping delay issue. They were prompt in explaining what was going on and worked to resolve the issue quickly. I’ve not used the product yet but their customer service was great.

This is my first time using a wireless charger for a phone, and I love it. The phone charger tilts, which is nice. My phone is in a case, so I tilted the charge as flat as it would go. I propped the front of the base so the charger lays closer to horizontal. The phone in its case would slide off the charger without all this extra tilting closer to horizontal.

I guess that's why there are the two mag-charger stickers, but I don't know where they go. Inside the case, outside the case? There are no instructions for them.

I also use the Archor 3-in-1 to charge my wireless ear pods. It's a sweet setup and I'm glad I bought it.

Yes, now I can say that this magnetic charger is working not only properly, but charges faster than wireless original safe mag, vertical and round Anker, and another one labeled 5 OORE. And, Volta charger charge fast, without making the phone hot- which I understand is not good for the phone battery.
From my previous bad experience with two American sellers, I did not expect my charger which did not function properly, to be replaced with the best one, and so fast (the previous charger together with one from Amazon were trashed before reading your letter, and now if I would have the previous tip, I can check if it was the culprit- no lint in phone socket!). Previously, two American sellers proved to me that they are not loyal to their customers. Fighting with them for the truth, is hard or impossible, and the time lost is more expensive than the victory. From being accused that I lost the part (item with missing part) and I replaced the item with a used one (the wireless earbuds were used with ear cerumen on them + original box dirty) and I pictured them. I learned that if I continue to shop online I must assume a risk, which I do… But Kingsley prove to me that some sellers are really loyal to their customers!!
Conclusion: impressed by doing business with this company which care about their customers, item quality, and their brand!

Bought a few of the Spark Magnetic cables. I did initially have a slight problem with them but their customer service was excellent. We tried a few different troubleshooting steps, they then issued replacement cables and I've not had an issue since.

Excellent product, premium feel and organised best support

When I was buying the charger, it says that it will be shipped with in the first week of May. But I still haven’t got my charger yet, on the order status it still says that “when the order is ready it will send me a email”.

Customer service takes at least two weeks to reply. I sent a email to ask for an update on my order on 11 May, still haven’t yet got a response.

From the moment the package arrived, it felt premium. It has made life a lot easier, I recently transformed my bedroom into my office space so all the power outlets are at different places. But Volta Charger came to the solution, with their charging cables going upto 300 cm !!! I can now easily sit at my desk or in my sofa and work for hours without worrying about the battery life of my devices.

I don't know what is wrong with this company.

Their products are never in stock, despite what the website says and they are always waiting for their shipment of something that's delaying your order.

The spark cable is not well made. The magnet part on the wire will catch ferromagnetic dirt that is impossible to remove after its there and then it will short the wire while it's delivering 100 W to your device.

In 2 years, it's the 2nd time i need a replacement (and I'm still waiting for it, 4 months after they concluded it had to be replaced).

Their charger plastic housing broke in two as I was pulling it off from the socket and that's only a few months after getting it. I asked them if they could replace it, which they agreed to. I then asked them if they had the replacement in stock and specified I could still use the broken charger held together with duct tape and could wait if they couldn't send the replacement right as it was still working. But they said they did have stock. They asked me to send in the broken one to their warehouse in USA which I did, hoping I'd be a day or two without charger. That was 4 months ago
I didn't receive anything yet, despite them saying they would dispatch it in early March, end March, mid april, early May and I'm waiting for them to respond to my 30th email regarding this replacement, and probably swear I'll get it within a week and then actually send it in 2 months.

They never do what they say they will, it's borderline comical. And that's if they even bother answering your email. Then if you have 4 questions to ask, better off sending 4 different messages cause they might answer one of the 4 and the information they'll give is either untrue, or they'll tell you what you want to hear and then do whatever they please.

A good company usually has either a great product or great customer service and ideally both. They have none. Their products are cheap and not well designed, their customer support is almost criminally incompetent.

I wrote so many emails to them concerning the problems I encountered using their products and especially regarding replacement of broken products and I'm so fed up with them. Do yourself a favor and buy your GaN charger from any other supplier. In my opinion, all this company is e-waste and I cannot understand by which miracle they are still in business today.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Purchased @$300 worth of products that all said in stock. Once purchased a few days later was told my order was delayed. I messaged them and they said items I bought were out of stock. They were in USA still. Claims in Australia. Why don’t you have any stock in your own warehouse and selling stock that isn’t instock? They tried putting everything in me saying I’m inpatient basically. They have said it would take two weeks to get to them then said to me. I said to send what is in stock to me. They then sent my stuff from the USA which isn’t what I asked for. I still haven’t received anything. It’s been nearly 2 weeks and they keep telling me to wait. They were not going to tell me they had no stock. Only did because I contacted them not happy. Terrible. I do not recommend from this experience. Customer service. How they treat people is an indicator of what a business is like.

It’s like their customer service is just copy pasting generic responses and didn’t want to take any responsibility for their issues or have a proper conversation.
Worst experience.
Stated clearly at the top of their website fast 3 day shipping. Ended up taking over a month.
The magnet bit broke. Took them a month to organise a replacement. Which then took another month to arrive.
Plus why would you put the magnet part on the phone? All it done was collect metal fragments and get gunked up.
I’ve thrown it all in the bin not worth the stuff around organising refunds cause I’ll be more out of pocket..

I bought the 200w version of the VOLTA GiGA GaN Charger and it was SO GOOD, I bought another one immediately after! It charges my laptop, tablet phone and my smartwatch all at the same time and I love it! When my plug pin broke, the team sent me a free replacement super quick too. Excellent product and the best service I've had in years! Very highly recommend.

The best charger on the market I have every color of the 2.0 version 2 reds two blacks one curved silver and blue I pre ordered the spark cables I have the standard wall brick I have a car charger and I was number 26th for pre order of the 200w giga nan charger so I’m a super fan I love the products
