I originally saw their ad on Linus Tech Tips and I genuinely fell in love with the idea of a magnetic charging cable, then when a part of my first order arrived I decided that Volta had my full loyalty, I immediately fell in love with the feel of the cable so went back to order more.

I have used this product for a months now and I am impressed with the charging speed, across different electronic brands, so simple to use, even my young daughter can plug and unplug the phone with ease. Amazing product.

I use the Volta Wireless Anchor every day since it arrived about a month ago. My airpods, iphone and apple watch all charge simultaneously and charging seems quite fast. The magnet works well too. Would recommend

A small problem with my first cable but they solved everything; awesome customer care!

I initially came across this company through Indiegogo from where I have ordered a Volta Giga charger and some spark cables.
The charger was fantastic however, I experienced some issues with a cable and decided to contact customer support as I have tried everything I could think of to fix it.
Support responded quickly to my concern and asked for video proof to better understand the issue at hand. Shortly after sending the video I was told I would get a free replacement and sure enough I had a replacement cable delivered 3 days after the video was sent.
I have received fantastic customer service throughout and I am more than happy with my experience of the products and overall service provided.

mine is BOILING HOT
i externally cool it by placing it on a cold plate usually or have it not plased on flamable material

if it hast to charge over 3 devices or 1 big device be careful

it might be the graphite cooling dicipation
but i cannot say for sure

maybe an active cooling option would have been a good idea

Previous order of Spark 60W had issues of USB C tip overheating when charging MacBook. Recently John from customer service reached out and offered a replacement set free of charge. Within a week or so I received replacements and can confirm product works as originally hoped (no more overheating and now useable for original intended purpose). I very much appreciate the follow up (albeit a little bit longer than hoped) but the end result is what matters and my opinion in Volta has changed my hope is they continue to grow and improve.

Super Robust and durable, most importantly the support is the best support ever they are reactive and helpful

Started off ok, then the charging cord with the magnet broke, then one of the usb-c ports stopped working, and now the usb-a port.

So yeah a big brick for two ports that I can't trust enough to bring anywhere.

The quality of the product is already second to none. When I had a challenge with one cable then Volta replaced it right away. Great service and I can highly recommend Volta.

Great experience with people and a very good product. People are fast to respond to questions and address any concerns.

Poor customer support - early Feb I ordered an additional tip, by around 21st Feb I emailed to ask where it was, I got a polite reply saying they'd checked with Royal Mail. no response for around 5 days, chased up again and no response. I then sent another email complaining...no response but a random hand packed parcel came around a week later with no letter, email or explanation.

So technically I got what I paid for in the end but Volta needed a lot of chasing and they did not seem that bothered that they've now permanently lost a customer. Poor.

Very good quality product, magnets are strong, charges 3 devices at once. It just works and looks good.

Just tried the Spark and it's a strong one!
I love the fact that I can connect multiple devices with only one cable. It feels just too useful and I think it will last for a lot!

I used and loved Volta back when I first tried them in 2017. I kept running into an issue with the tension relief with their cables, which they kept replacing free of charge. I felt guilty by having been rough with them, and having been through a few cables, so went back to using horrible store brought cables and damaging my USB ports and having to deal with lint blocking my USB-c ports. I told myself someday I'd go back once they'd developed their new revolutionary idea some more.

Fast forward to Q3 2022, a friend was running into issues with lint and damage to his expensive phone. I was also running into issues with iron and sand in my phone's Micro USB port. While in a conversation with him, I remembered and told him of an awesome cable brand I used for a year back then, Volta. He was blown away by the concept, and by the fact they sent me something like 3 replacement cables (before I felt guilty). so I looked them up and was shocked by how far they've developed their idea and their cables. I figured now was the time to give them another chance and if not yet, it'll be soon perfected.

Seeing they had a offer for their Standard Right Angle Cables with it going towards charity, I brought 2 for me and 2 for my friend. He is as blown away by the cables as I am. The incredible work of love and detail that has gone into developing Volta and their entire range from their humble beginnings is incredible.

The connectors are extremely durable, and idiotproof. Plus, my friend was blown away that the connection points are all gold, even out of the basic cable he sometimes gets Samsung Super Fast Charging. No more having to find a USB cord which still works with a computer. I tested the idiotproof point by my search in trying to clean Iron balls out of the connector with a Sim Ejector Tool and snapping off one of the pins (which's connector still works!!). Much to my shock and relief an old toothbrush cleans my Volta Connector like new.

I reckon someday soon we'll see Volta on phones OEM and that will be a beautiful day. They're an incredible company to deal with and their product is a work of Love. Having seen from where they have came from, a great cable back then but now having enough strain relief for such a powerful magnet, to the beautiful details they've put on their product now and a massive strain relief. They have an incredible range of cords now with different wattage and connectors (for specific Fast Charging types). But you can still opt for One cable for Every device. A truly revolutionary cord and one that I will now stick to for life.

This is a really great product. The swappable mechanism is so seamless, it makes my work flow so much more easier.
