wrong item delivered, shipped from outside EU despite shipping method was Evri EU NL
everything went wrong.
first the order was delayed, then despite the shipping method being Evri EU NL is choosen you ship the package from US to Denmark, then when i ask about that i'm told that i should just pay the customs invoice when it arrives then i'll be reimbursed,
you then can only Reimburse half of it because of the amount was higher than on my order so now i've paid 60% more.
i receive the tips, only to find that you shipped 2 wrong tips out of the 4 i ordered.
i'm then told that the replacement tips will be shipped from EU, but no, you decide to ship from the US again, i'm then asking for a full refund for the order and the remaining from the customs invoice, then i'd pay the new customs invoice, which would mean i'd still pay more than the tips costs. i'm told to reject the delivery and that the fulfillment manager has been told that my package should only be processed from the EU. that was on Oct-09.

Thank you for getting back to me on this. If the package is with customs, you can pay the fees and collect the package so I can reimburse you this payment, please let me know. Our new stocks would have since arrived at the EU warehouse, but we had an unexpected factory delay that disrupted the production process, the consignment is now being expected between November 17 - 20.

Top quality chargers and cables
Top quality chargers and cables, I use USB-C magnetic tips and they've worked great for over 3 years. Volta support is great, very trustworthy source.

They really are the best!
I have bought tons of chargers from Amazon that have broken after a month (or less) but my Volta chargers have realy stood the test of time and honestly still look, feel and work as if they were brand new a year on. I would highly recommend

Customer Service is Horrible
Products start out great but quickly degrade. I bought three cables and tips, figuring by spending more I'd get quality. I had an issue with one cable and tip, so I asked for a replacement. They sent the cable only and ghosted me on requests for the tip. I finally gave up as they just ignored my emails. A second tip malfunctioned and they spent a few weeks intermittently responding but finally set it up to send me a new tip. When I go to authorize the "purchase" so it gets sent (cost is zero) the system says it's out of stock and sends me back to the website. Repeated attempts to get help from Volta fall on deaf ears. Quality of parts is not what they claim and customer support is abysmal. I understand a one-off failure, but repeated failures in customer support is unacceptable. I'd recommend you avoid this company and it's sham "lifetime warranty." And By the way, I originally gave them a 4star rating when their products first came. I really wanted them to work. Update--The reply to the above email is incorrect. I have only received what I said. They asked for a video of the malfunction and I sent that. I have received 1 replacement as I indicated. Period. You have never asked for the parts returned and I am happy to do that. I have all email correspondence and attempts I have made to your customer service available for anyone to review. Your attempt to impune that I am trying to take advantage of you is offensive and your claim that you have replaced other than the one item is simply untruthful.
Great products, better customer service
The products are great. Works exactly like you want them to. International shipping takes a while, but I got my items in time to use their 30 days money back policy. Their customer service is excellent. Had to contact them twice, and both time they were more than willing to work with me to solve the issues.

Loved the customer service with this…
Loved the customer service with this company, and the product. The product is fast charging light weight & flexible. so I’m not worried about it ripping apart or breaking like regular apple iPhone chargers. I would recommend this to anyone, that needs to charge just about anything with usb-c, lighting or micro-usb.

I have used volta chargers for 3 years…
I have used volta chargers for 3 years now, and i have to say this is not getting any better. The service response is terrible so don't look at the life time warranty as a plus. Because you will end up being forced to buy another replacement cable elsewhere while waiting for this replacement. We are talking about 2-3 weeks of back and forth emails and finally getting it shipped. The tip is always breaking as the msterial to hold the metal cover and the circuit inside it always falls apart. The cable o ly charges fast if the brick is a good and has good circuit connection. Even the slightest disalignment will affect the whole charging speed. Still waiting for John to reply after 2 weeks 😪
Edit: not sure if Volta response is helping this case, the issue isn't with the replacement. The issue is with the response on email. You said it was confirmed, but I haven't even confirmed my order nor see a confirmation receipt that my order is being sent out. So the replacement hasn't even been placed as said. If there is one, send a confirmation/tracking order through as proof with the date stamp of your said confirmation.

Volta has earned my trust
Volta is a great company. I think the key distinction that sets apart ok companies and great companies these days is whether they are willing to stand by their product by providing great customer service when things go wrong. My Volta 2.0 cable broke at the 'fixed' USB A end that plugs into the wall charger. I was hesitant about going through the lifetime warranty process, but these guys were awesome. They asked for pics to verify and when satisfied, offered me a free replacement product with free shipping. Didn't have to send the defective one back at all. My rep, Kingsley, was professional and very prompt in handling the situation. Really, all that one wants from companies. Volta has earned my trust, and I'd rather pay just a bit more for quality product from a quality company over knockoffs.

Good quality products. Great customer service!
I placed two orders and had the chance to test some of their products. My overall impressions:
1. Orders took quite long to arrive, which is not an issue for me, but I understand it could bother someone else (I am from Spain).
2. Products were nice (Giga 200W GaN charger and several magnetic charging cables I ordered). They work flawlessly, and the cable magnets are very very strong. I cannot speak about durability, but they look promising.
3. Although I had to return some of the cables because they didn't fit all my requirements. Here is when, in my case, customer service shined. Very kind and helpful, and no issues with the refund.
The only negative point would be delivery times, but maybe my case was a matter of bad luck. Products were great and worked as advertised.
Overall, very satisfied, especially with customer service support, which I value the most.

Op zich zijn de kabel en de magnetische eindjes top. 2x iets besteld. Zodra je hebt betaald krijg je al gelijk de melding dat door COVID de bestelling is vertraagd. Belachelijk, 2023. Vervolgens duurt het 4 weken voor je order aan komt. Niet meer van deze tijd. Niet aan beginnen.
What customer service?
I purchased some cables and they were not suitable to my needs. I requested a refund which i received. I then sent the goods back to them. I received those goods back about 9 months later (parcel not picked up). I contacted Volta Charger and told them I had their goods. They asked me to get a quote to send to US. I did. That was too expensive so was asked to post to an Australian address and was assured the postage would be refunded. It is now a month later and they keep saying it will be refunded but I havent received anything. This is over $14.50. I should have not told them and they wouldnt have been any wiser. UNPROFESSIONAL!
Exceptional customer service
So I lost a part of my charger abroad; they don't manufacture it. Instead, they took a spare from the office and sent me that part. I've been using Valta for years and never would return to anything else. Quality and customer service are exceptional.

SOLD OUT?!
Although I didn’t get my product as soon as I would’ve liked, it’s a great product!
When they have to make more because they’re sold out, that’s a good problem to have.
I already own 4 volta 2.0 cables and 1 of their other 100w version.
I once had the in-phone bit exposed and it hit the ground causing the magnet to break. They warrantied it and replaced it. I LOVE VOLTA!
And Kingsley is an awesome customer support rep! If you’re patient and kind, you’ll see the best side of support!

Rough start, smooth finish
I had a bit of an issue getting my charger in the beginning, slight delay. After about a month something happened and the cord stopped working. Not only did they replace it but also threw in a couple more USB c tips. I would say a great company, that actually cares about the quality of their product, and the reputation they uphold. Hands down would recommend giving them a try

This company makes awesome cables BUT
This company makes awesome cables, I love them. The cross-compatability is really good. I can use the same cable for my phone (Type-C) and bluetooth speaker (Mini USB).
Why am I giving this a 3?
Well I ordered twice from Volta, I ordered more of the same cables. While both cables work really good, they work different. First shipment's cables has that if plug in the cable and begin charge something, the blue light on cable comes on. For the second shipment, the same blue light comes on when you just plug the cable into anything, without anything connected or charging.
I can't see any reason why they would change this post launch.

200W Giga Charger order issues
I ordered the 200W GaN charger since April of this year (2023) and have not gotten my product yet. It hasn’t even been shipped… They prioritized USA, so I asked them what happened with my order and they told me they were sorry but it hasn’t been fulfilled. And now I get an email telling me they got MORE problems with production and they offer me a $10 in store coupon… For Christ sake, I order from them in huge batches since I live in Mexico City and it is a complicated delivery system, I won’t be using this coupon anytime soon.
